Abstract
Bei bekannten Überlastsicherungen für Kreisel pumpen wer den zur Messung der Temperatur Tempe raturmeßfühler eingesetzt, die direkt in das von der Pumpe geförderte Flüssigkeitsmedium eintauchen. Bei einer Abweichung der von den Temperaturmeßfühlern gemessenen Temperatur von einem vorgegebenen Temperatur-Soll-Wert wird über eine Verstelleinrichtung ein Auslaßventil geöffnet und/oder ein akustisches oder opti sches Signal ausgelöst oder der Pumpenantrieb abgeschaltet. Hierbei besteht insbesondere bei der Förderung von Flüssigkeiten mit chemisch aggressiven Stoffen und/oder abrasiven Fest stoffen die Gefahr daß die Temperaturmeßfühler sehr rasch zerstört werden und dadurch als Meß organe zur Erfassung der Betriebstemperatur ausfallen. Auch sind diese Überlastsicherungen im konstruktiven Aufbau verhältnismäßig kompli ziert. Erfindungsgemäß wird demgegenüber eine im konstruktiven Aufbau besonders einfache und stets funktionsfähige Überlastsicherung für Kreiselpumpen dadurch erreicht daß das Auslaß ventil (11) und die Temperaturmeßfühler (2, 3) in der Wandung (1) des Spiralgehäuses angeord net sind, wobei die Temperaturmeßfühler (2, 3) im Körper der Wandung (1) des Spiralgehäuses, und zwar mit Abstand (d) von der inneren Wand fläche (18) angeordnet sind.
