  • motility is used to mean a capacity demonstrated as the overall result of muscular strength, general stamina, flexibility, power, agility, dexterity, balance and cooperative response.
  • the practice at physical fitness clubs or the like is to administer such items as Member Number, health condition, bodily strength, mobility, amount of exercise and the like, by inputting them to a CPU by keying.
  • administration by ledger in which information is written in by hand, mechanical administration in which information is inputted by buttons or keys, etc., are employed in substantially the same fashion.
  • EP-A-0246771 describes a system for providing an exercise program at a desired pace for each individual and including a central controller for storing data of the individual's performance and a processor for controlling the exercise program at each station; the user has to manually input his information via a keyboard.
  • EP-A-0229631 discloses a wrist-watch comprising a memory device on a wrist-band (as shown in Fig. 3a) which can store specific information relating to the person wearing the device and the information can be rewritten in non-contacting manner. This is used as part of an electronic data storage system.
  • the present invention aims to solve the problems mentioned above, and its object is to provide a management system including an easy-to-use band with a rewritable memory device exhibiting excellent water-resistance, portability and durability, and with which information can be read and written with ease for example when it is utilized for the member management of a membership club.
