Description

The invention relates to a sports pistol with a housing which engages in a substantially prismatic recess of a handle and is held therein by a fastening screw which leads upwards from the underside of the handle.

In sporting competitions, a large number of shots usually have to be fired in a certain period of time, which is quite a physical strain for the shooter. It is therefore desirable that the shooter be able to hold the pistol in accordance with his physical condition without firing or cramping. The pistol barrel should lie approximately in a line with the forearm and, in order to avoid canting errors, the hand must assume a certain rotational position in relation to the forearm. The degree of angling the hand in relation to the forearm or the straight line determined by the barrel and the twisting of the hand to avoid tilting errors is not the same for all shooters, since it depends on the physical circumstances. So in order to achieve the most natural, i.e. To achieve a comfortable and less tiring hand position, each shooter should have a special relative position of the handle and housing.

In a known sports pistol of the type described in the introduction, the grip piece is rigidly connected to the housing, ie the mutual position of the two parts cannot be changed and thus the pistol cannot be optimally stored in the shooter's hand. It is also known to provide a strip-shaped hand edge support on the right side of the grip of a sports pistol intended for a right-hander and to attach it to the grip so that it can be adjusted in the upward direction towards the barrel, but this only adjusts solution to different widths of the shooter's hand can be achieved, but no influence on the position of the hand during shooting can be taken.

Also known is a sport pistol (DE-A-2 512 027), in which the handle is also held by a fastening screw leading upwards from its underside, but the handle can be pivoted about a fictitious normal axis to the longitudinal central plane and also about the longitudinal axis of this fastening screw is laterally rotatable. For the mutual fixing of the handle and the housing in the different relative positions, however, only clamping screws are used, which allow hardly repeatable settings, and what is more, that a slight tilting of the handle around the barrel axis is not possible at all.

Finally, a handle piece rotatable about the normal axis to the longitudinal center plane is known from DE-A-2 237 480, the housing having two side pins which are mounted in recesses in the two-piece handle piece. The grip piece is again fixed in relation to the housing with the aid of clamping screws which penetrate the housing and press the two grip piece parts against one another or against the housing located between them. The disadvantage is that the handle can only be pivoted in the longitudinal center plane. Another possibility of attaching the pivotable handle, namely via a ball joint, represents an adjustability of the handle in different directions, but is also unfavorable because it is hardly possible to reproducibly with a ball joint, e.g. B. at a later time, make the same handle adjustment.

The invention is therefore based on the object to provide a sports pistol of the type described, the one ensures extensive adaptation to the natural hand position of the shooter and also enables repeatable settings.

The invention solves this problem in that the housing has lateral, underside and rear play in the recess and is supported on the lower and rear surface of the recess via two adjusting screws arranged on either side of the longitudinal center plane of the housing, the fastening screw being inclined with respect to the lower part - Attacks and rear surface on a part rotatably mounted in the housing about a normal axis to the longitudinal center plane and is arranged in a passage of the handle piece which widens towards the housing.

With the help of the set screws directed against the lower surface of the recess, the height of the grip piece relative to the housing can be changed in connection with the fastening screw. The rear-facing set screws allow the housing to be inclined relative to the handle parallel to the longitudinal center plane, but also to an inclined position in relation to the running direction. If the set screws are adjusted on only one side, the housing tilts to one side or the other with respect to the handle, in order to avoid canting, for example, despite the inclined hand. It is therefore possible to change the relative position of the housing and the handle on all sides, which is made possible by the fact that the housing has corresponding play in the recess of the handle, the fastening screw engages on a rotatable housing part and even penetrates a passage that widens towards the housing . The sports pistol according to the invention is therefore optimally adaptable to the particular physical circumstances of each shooter, and it is possible to count the number of screw turns of the set screws, a sufficiently accurate reproducible To achieve adjustment of the handle.

  • Fig. 2 einen Längsschnitt nach der Linie II-II der Fig. 1.
In the drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown in one embodiment, namely show

The handle 1 of a sport pistol has an essentially prismatic recess 2, into which the housing or a housing attachment 3 engages. A fastening screw leading upwards from the underside of the grip 1 serves to fasten the housing in the grip or the grip on the housing. The housing or the housing attachment 3 has play in the recess 2 on the side, on the underside and on the back. To support the housing or housing extension 3 on the lower and rear surface 5, 6 of the recess 2 are set screws 7, 8, which are arranged on both sides of the longitudinal center plane of the housing or housing extension 3 corresponding to the section line II-II.

The nut thread for the fastening screw 4 is provided in a bolt 9 which is normal to the longitudinal center plane and rotatably mounted in the housing or housing extension 3. In order to enable the all-round adjustability of the housing or the housing attachment 3 relative to the handle 1, the fastening screw 4 is also arranged in a passage 10 of the handle 1 which widens towards the housing 3.
