Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zur lösbaren Befestigung eines Gegenstandes, insbesondere eines Schmuckstückes, auf einer Unterlage, insbesondere einem anderen Schmuckstück oder einer Montagevorrichtung für ein Schmuckstück, mit einem Einführelement (2, 2′, 2˝) und einem Aufnahmeelement (1), die am Gegenstand befestigt sind oder daran befestigt werden können sowie auf der jeweiligen Unterlage, wobei die genannten Elemente zusammenwirkende Verriegelungsmittel aufweisen, in Form mindestens eines vorstehenden Riegels (22) auf dem Einführelement (2, 2′, 2˝), der in ein Schlitzloch (8, 17) des Aufnahmeelements (1) eingreifen kann, und einem beweglichen Organ (3), das im Aufnahmeelement angeordnet ist zwischen einer Verriegelungsposition, in der das bewegliche Organ mit dem oder den in das oder die entsprechenden Schlitzlöcher eingreifenden Riegeln zusammenwirkt, um deren Halt zu gewährleisten, und einer Entriegelungsposition, in der das bewegliche Organ von dem oder den Riegeln losgelöst ist, wobei das Aufnahmeelement (1) einen Behälter (4) mit einer inneren Vertiefung aufweist, in der das bewegliche Organ in Form einer Gleitlasche (3) montiert ist, wobei die Lasche und der Behälter mit übereinander angeordneten Schlitzlöchern (8, 17) versehen sind, deren Zahl und Größe mit den vorstehenden Riegeln (22) des Einführelements (2, 2′, 2˝) übereinstimmt, und eine Feder (5), die im Behälter auf eine solche Art und Weise montiert ist, daß die Lasche permanent in ihrer Verriegelungsposition beansprucht wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Lasche in ihrer Verriegelungsposition in den Behälter eingeschoben ist, wobei die Verschiebung der Lasche (3) in ihre Entriegelungsposition durch eine Zugbewegung auf der Lasche nach außen gegen die Rückholbewegegung der Feder erfolgt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der oder jeder vorstehende Riegel (22) des Einführelements einen Schlitz (24) aufweist, in den das bewegliche Organ eingreifen kann, insbesondere durch einen Befestigungsrand, den die hintere Kante (9) des entsprechenden Schlitzloches (8) im beweglichen Organ (3) bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorderseite des oder jedes Riegels (22), in den der Schlitz (24) mündet, ein Profil in Form einer Schräge aufweist, vorzugsweise nach innen gebogen, womit die Verriegelung durch Verklinken des Einführ- und Aufnahmeelements ermöglicht wird, wenn die beiden Elemente zu ihrer Befestigung aufeinander zusammengebracht werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufnahmeelement Mittel (7, 12) vorsieht, die die Längsverschiebung des beweglichen Organs begrenzen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Mittel durch ein Schrägloch (12) in der Oberseite des beweglichen Organs (3) gebildet werden, in dem eine Stange (7) geführt wird, die mit dem Behälter (4), in dem das als Lasche ausgebildete bewegliche Organ (3) gleitet, fest verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bewegliche Organ (3) an seinem Ende einen nach außen vorstehenden Riegel (14) aufweist, um das Greifen des beweglichen Organs zu erleichtern.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einführ- und Aufnahmeelement in mindestens einer Wand gegenüber der Verriegelungsposition zusammenwirkende Eingreifmittel aufweisen, insbesondere in Form von Vorsprüngen (15, 7) und entsprechenden Öffnungen (25, 27), die zur Positionierung und zum Halten des Einführ- und Aufnahmeelements beitragen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Aufnahmeelement (1) insbesondere durch Schweißen in Höhe der an seinem unteren Teil vorspringenden Teile (28, 29) mit dem Gegenstand, insbesondere dem anzubringenden Schmuckstück, verbunden ist, insbesondere in einem auf der Rückseite des Gegenstands vorgesehenen ausgesparten Teil, wobei das Einführelement auf einer Unterlage wie z.B. einem anderen Schmuckstück, insbesondere einem Armreif oder einem Collier oder einer Vorrichtung zur Schmuckbefestigung, wie z.B. einer Vorrichtung zur Befestigung von Broschen oder Ohrringen, befestigt oder aufgebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einführelement (2′) fest mit einer Vorrichtung zur Schmuckbefestigung verbunden ist, insbesondere einer Vorrichtung zur Befestigung von Broschen (30).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einführelement (2˝) ein Gelenkteil (31) aufweist, das vorzugsweise mit einem Befestigungshaken (32) versehen ist, um das Einführelement beweglich auf einer Unterlage wie einem Collier oder einem Armreif anzuordnen.
