Due to the suction effect of the pump -24- and the pressure of the product at a lower temperature than that entering through the conduit -33- into the compartment -41, the product is flowing to the inner compartment -42- wherein is sucked by the pump 24 in a way that should the upper part of the tank -5- be left empty, the pump -24- then only drains the product amount existing in the compartment -42- leaving the outer compartment -41- full and at a reduced temperature.
  • a venting conduit -34- is provided with a small extention at its lower part to make up a small air pocket at the upper part inside the compartment 41 of the pump.
  • an easy heat communication to the upper part of the tank -5- may be established by some perforation in the upper horizontal surface of the part -40-.
  • the lower module i.e. the active module 52 contains the electrical control and heating system at a location within a housing 16 where the tank 5 of the passive module 4 to be heated will be rested.
  • Said active module 52 can be equipped with a current tap by means of an electrical plug or direct splicing, a socket and a switch 14, a thermal fuse -18-, a terhmostat -19- and a safety pushbutton switch -20-.
  • the electrical heat source-13- preferrably a resistor, which may be of the PTC type, can be integrated in the armature -22- transmitting the heat to the base -10- of the passive module 4.
  • armature -22- two parts are there which are engaged by gravity: base 10 and armature -22-.
  • a spring -26- biases the armature -22- movably provided inside a sheath -15- of thermal insulating material and positioned by a screw -27-, a labyrinth -21- preventing access of foreign matter.

  • the positioning of the lower module 52 to a horizontal and vertical surface can be performed in several ways; e.g. by a plate 25 clamped to the housing 16 as in figure 1 or else with a lateral rectangular extension as in figures 3,4,6 and 7 affixed positioned to the wall, in the case of figur 3 by means of a plate -25- previously screwed to the wall;
  • Another way can be that of figure 4 where a rectangular mounting part can be affixed to a vertical wall by means of a screw passage -46- or to a horizontal surface by means of a screw passage -29-.
  • the active module frame can be shaped in several ways, among them that shown on the figur 1, being basically a single part opened only on the upper part or those of figures 2 and 4 being basically made from two parts, an upper one, opened from above to leave access to the thermal conductive armature -22- and also opened at its lower part to allow location of the electrical components; this lower part is closed by means of a cover which can be positioned among other things with the screws -31-; all them having at its lower part draining holes -48- and cable positioning with a pressure bush or labyrinth and cable outlet -49-.
  • a passive lower support module may additionally be provided having basically the same supporting function as the active lower module, but it does not contain any electrical component so that it can be located in wet places.
  • Such passive support module is not shown here and may particularly be used for receiving the upper module of the Fig. 2 embodiment in a suitably heated condition of its contents.

Claims (12)

1. Wärmevorrichtung für flüssige, fette, gelförmige oder ähnliche Produkte, enthaltend ein elektrisches Heizsystem, ein passives oberes Modul (4), das einen Tank (5) für das zu erwärmende Produkt bildet, und ein aktives unteres Modul (52), das ein das elektrische Heizsystem (13,22) aufnehmendes Gehäuse (16) bildet und mit Einrichtungen zum Befestigen des Gehäuses (16) an einer vertikalen oder horizontalen stationären Montagefläche ausgerüstet ist und das untere Modul (52) mit Einrichtungen (12) an seiner Oberseite zum lösbaren Aufnehmen des oberen Moduls (4) versehen ist.
2. Wärmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der das obere Modul (4) mit einer Dosierpumpe (24) versehen ist.
3. Wärmevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der das elektrische Heizsystem (13,22) ein Temperaturregelsystem (19) enthält.
4. Wärmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, bei der das Temperaturregelsystem einen Thermostatschalter (19) oder ein Widerstandsheizelement mit PTC-Charakteristik aufweist.
5. Wärmevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Tank (5) aus zwei konzentrischen Körpern besteht, die ineinander, unter Ausbildung einer ringförmigen Kammer (6) zur Verbesserung der Wärmeisolierung, angeordnet sind.
6. Wärmevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Tank (5) eine Basis (10) aufweist, die ein für die Wärmeübertragung von dem elektrischen Heizsystem (13,22) des unteren Moduls (52) geeignetes Profil hat.
7. Wärmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, bei der das elektrische Heizsystem (13,22) einen Kern (22) aufweist, der in dem Gehäuse (16) beweglich derart angebracht ist, daß er selbsttätig auf die Basis (10) des Tanks (5) einstellbar ist und in Wärmekontakt mit einem Heizelement (13) ist.
8. Wärmevorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, bei der der Kern (22) durch eine Feder (26) beaufschlagt ist.
9. Wärmevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der das elektrische Heizsystem (13,22) einen Sicherheitsdruckschalter (22) enthält, der ausgeschaltet ist, wenn sich in dem Tank (5) kein Produkt befindet.
10. Wärmevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, bei der die Pumpe (24) enthält: einen Zylinder (37), einen Kolben (38) in dem Zylinder (37), eine Stoßstange (7) zur Übertragung einer auf einen Druckknopf (1) ausgeübten Betätigungskraft auf den Kolben (38), ein Produktauslaßrohr (39), das sich teilweise in der Stoßstange (7) erstreckt, ein unteres Einlaßkugelventil mit einer Kugel (8B) in einem kegelstumpfförmigen Vorsprung des Zylinders, die eine abwärts gerichtete Öffnung in dem Vorsprung durch Schwerkraft verschließt, ein oberes Einlaßkugelventil mit einer weiteren Kugel (8A), das an dem Kolben (38) befestigt und mit dem Auslaßrohr (39) verbunden ist, eine Rückstellfeder (36), die zwischen dem Zylinder (37) und dem Kolben (38) angeordnet ist, und eine Falle (50), die den Kolben (38) in dem Zylinder (37) sichert.
11. Wärmevorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9, bei der die Pumpe (24) in einem zentralen Fortsatz der Basis (10) angeordnet ist und eine kegelstumpfförmige Gestalt aufweist und entnehmbar den Mittenabschnitt des unteren Moduls (52) durchdringt, um mit dem korrespondierend gestalteten Kern (22) desselben in Eingriff zu gelangen, wobei der zentrale Fortsatz einen Auslaß (3) an seinem unteren Ende aufweist, der von einem beweglichen Ventilelement (51) verschlossen ist, das von einer flexiblen Scheibe (9) eine Schließstellung vorgespannt ist.
12. Wärmevorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, weiterhin enthaltend als ein drittes Modul einen unteren, passiven Absetzhalter, der vergleichbar dem aktiven Modul gestaltet ist, jedoch keinerlei elektrische Komponenten aufweist, zur Aufnahme des oberen passiven Moduls.
