Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a hearing aid with a battery arranged in a battery compartment of the housing, a contact spring arrangement for the electrical connection of the battery to hearing aid components which are to be supplied with current, the battery inserted in a hinged battery drawer having the one battery pole at a first contact of the contact spring arrangement is present and the circuit can be closed via a contact spring to the hearing aid components to be supplied when the battery charger is closed and the hearing aid is switched on.
Known hearing aids (for example DE-AS 25 03 253) are often switched on and off not by an additional switch, but by a swiveling battery charger, due to space requirements. The two usual contacts are installed in relation to the battery drawer in the hearing aid that both only touch the battery when it is fully pivoted into the hearing aid housing. In this first position ("on" position) the hearing aid is switched on, ie hearing aid components that have to be supplied with power (including the hearing aid amplifier part) are live. However, the swiveling battery drawer has two additional swivel positions. In a second, somewhat swung-out position ("off" position), the battery should only touch a contact spring, but cannot be removed or fall out since the battery drawer only partially protrudes from the housing. This position corresponds to the completely switched-off state of the hearing aid, since all hearing aid components to be supplied with current should be switched off by the battery. In the event of an unfavorable tilting position of the battery, an undesirable contact position between the battery and the two pole contacts can nevertheless occur come. In a third position ("battery change" position), the drawer can be swiveled completely out of the hearing aid housing. The battery can be removed in this position.
The object of the present invention is to design a hearing aid of the type described at the outset in such a way that the contact spring arrangement is designed in a simple manner and is easy to assemble, at the same time achieving an adjustment which prevents the power-consuming hearing aid components from being able to be connected to the battery if the battery drawer is open in the "off" position or in the "battery change" position.
This object is achieved by the characterizing features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are characterized in the
Through the use of the contact spring and its simple attachment, the arrangement of this contact spring part is possible without additional adjustment during the pre- and / or final assembly of the hearing aid. According to the invention, a fastening element, for example a plastic clasp, is inserted into the hearing aid housing in such a way that this element holds the one contact spring of the contact spring arrangement with pretension in a position which corresponds to an adjusted position. This element or this clasp furthermore has an insulated spring arm which, in the somewhat swiveled-out position of the battery drawer ("off" position), prevents the second battery pole from coming into contact with the contact spring, as compared to the insulated spring arm disengaged from the battery the contact spring of the contact spring arrangement is limited in this movement by a stop of the clasp and cannot move up.
Further advantages and details of the invention result from the description of an exemplary embodiment with reference to the drawing.

- FIG. 2 shows the enlarged distal end of the hearing aid shown in FIG. 1, with the battery drawer slightly unfolded into the “off” position,
- FIG. 3 shows a structural design of the contact spring arrangement according to the invention in side view,

The figures show a hearing aid to be worn behind the ear, its
In the closed, latched position of the
In a simple assembly, the
When the hearing aid is switched off (the battery drawer is partially or fully open), the battery lifts away from the contact spring and the insulated spring arm of the clip, which presses against the battery, prevents the battery from falling onto the contact of the contact spring. Because the isolated arm of the clasp opened battery drawer protrudes the contact of the contact spring, a contact position of the battery on the contact spring is excluded in the "off" position of the hearing aid. If the battery door is then closed again, the battery comes into contact with the contact spring and the insulated, moved-back arm of the clip remains in contact with the battery.
