Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Patentanspruches. - Die Erfindung mag für die Verpackung von insbesondere langgestreckten Gegenständen, wie Baguettes oder Pizzen bestimmt sein. Die Gegenstände können unmittelbar in die Verpackungsschachtel einzuführen sein oder auf einer Unterlage aufliegen. Der Ausdruck Gegenstand wird im Rahmen der Erfindung auch für Aggregate verwandt, die aus zwei einzelnen Elementen bestehen, z. B. aus zwei nebeneinanderliegenden Baguettes oder zwei aneinander angeschlossenen Pizzen. Die Gegenstände können im weiteren Verlauf in die Verpackungsschachtel, in die sie mit Hilfe der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung eingeführt werden, auch eingeschweißt werden und/oder die Verpackungsschachteln können auch mit einer Abdeckung versehen werden.The invention relates to a device with the features of the preamble of the claim. - The invention may be intended for the packaging of, in particular, elongated objects, such as baguettes or pizzas. Diese Aufgabe wird mit der Vorrichtung nach dem Patentanspruch gelöst. - Es versteht sich, daß bei der erfindungsgemäßen Vorrichtung das Eindrücken der Gegenstände in den Kettenförderer bzw. auf die Zuführebene nach Maßgabe des Ankommens der Gegenstände erfolgen muß, z. B. mit Hilfe eines Annäherungsschalters. Der Kettenförderer kann mit einer dem Prozeß insgesamt angepaßten Geschwindigkeit kontinuierlich bewegt werden und bedarf insoweit keiner besonderen Steuerung. Eine besondere Steuerung der Bewegung des Schachtelförderers ist ebenfalls nicht erforderlich, da die Verpackungsschachteln auf Stau vor der Sperre stehen und die Gegenstände selbst die gefüllten Verpackungsschachteln aus der Sperre herausdrücken und damit bewirken, daß eine nächste Verpackungsschachtel aus dem Stau in die richtige Position gerät und in der beschriebenen Weise gefüllt werden kann.This object is achieved with the device according to the patent claim. - It is understood that in the device according to the invention, the pressing of the objects in the chain conveyor or on the feed level must take place in accordance with the arrival of the objects, for. Die in den Figuren dargestellte Vorrichtung ist für die Verpackung von langgestreckten Gegenständen 1 durch Einführung in eine Verpackungsschachtel 2, die jeweils einen Gegenstand 1 aufnimmt, bestimmt. Die Gegenstände 1 sind zur Unterscheidung von den Verpackungsschachteln 2 besonders schraffiert, die Verpackungsschachteln 2 sind mit übertrieben dicker Umgrenzung gezeichnet worden. - Zu der Vorrichtung gehören
ein im wesentlichen ebener Schachtelförderer 3 mit einer Sperre 4, die jeweils eine zu füllende Verpackungsschachtel 2 fixiert und vor der die folgenden Verpackungsschachteln 2 auf Stau stehen,
eine oberhalb des Schachtelförderers 3 angeordnete, abwärtsweisende schiefe Zuführebene 5 für die Gegenstände 1, die im Bereich der Sperre 4, jedoch vor der Sperre 4 endet,
ein Kettenförderer 6 oberhalb und parallel zur Zuführebene 5 mit Mitnehmern 7 für die einzelnen auf der Zuführebene 5 befindlichen Gegenstände 1,
eine Transporteinrichtung 8 für den Transport der Gegenstände 1 neben dem Kettenförderer 6, und

Diese Verpackungsschachtel 2 ist durch den Gegenstand 1 aus der Sperre 4 am Schachtelförderer 3 herausdrückbar. Claims
