Die Erfindung richtet sich auf einen Behälter für ein Streichinstrument. Dieser kann ein Kasten, eine Ta­sche oder ein Etui sein, der eine Geige, Viola oder Bratsche aufnimmt. In der nachfolgenden Beschreibung ist zu deren Vereinfachung nur der Begriff "Geigenetui" benutzt, ohne die Erfindung hierauf zu beschränken.The invention is directed to a container for a string instrument. Aufgabe der Erfindung war es, eine Geige in einem Etui fest aber schonend lagern zu können, ohne sie mit bei der Entnahme zu lösenden Hilfsmitteln, wie z.B. Riemchen oder Bändern, festlegen zu müssen. Diese Auf­gabe löst die Erfindung mit den in den Ansprüchen de­finierten Mitteln. Sie ist in der Zeichnung an einem, keinen Anspruch auf Vollständigkeit erhebenden Ausfüh­rungsbeispiel veranschaulicht und anhand dieses nach­folgend beschrieben. Es stellen dar:

  • Fig. 1 eine Aufsicht auf das aufgeklappte Etui nach der Erfindung etwa im Maßstab 1 : 10;
  • Fig. 2 einen Schnitt durch den Gegenstand der Fig. 1, geschnitten längs der Linie II-II der Fig. 1 und etwa im Maßstab 1 : 2,5.

Behälter für ein Streichinstrument, bestehend aus einem das Instrument und Zubehör aufnehmenden Unterteilkörper (1) und einem mindestens einen Bogen aufnehmenden Deckelkörper (2), dadurch gekenn­zeichnet, daß die Aufnahme für das Instrument im schalenförmigen Unterteil (1) durch ein aus elasti­schem Material bestehendes Zwischenstück (4) in eine Aufnahme (5) für den Korpus des Instruments und eine Aufnahme (6) für dessen Hals und Schnecke unterteilt ist und mittig im Zwischenstück (4) eine Vertiefung (16) für die klemmende Halterung des Instrumenten­halses vorgesehen ist.1.
