Claims (3)

  1. Verfahren zur Herstellung von Mustern auf vertikalem Nadelfilz mit thermoplastischen Fasern durch Gaufrieren, bei dem die Schlingenseite des Nadelfilzes (2) der Einwirkung eines Gaufrierkalanders (3) ausgesetzt wird, dessen Graviertiefe kleiner ist als die Höhe der Schlingen (5a) des Nadelfilzes (2), und bei dem Gaufrierkalander (3) auf eine gegebene Temperatur gebracht und sein Gegenstück (4) ebenfalls aufgeheizt wird,
       dadurch gekennzeichnet,
       daß die Erwärmungstemperatur des Gaufrierkalanders (3) deutlich niedriger ist als die Erweichungstemperatur der thermoplastichen Fasern des Nadelfilzes (2).
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die thermoplastischen Faserb Polypropylenfasern sind.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gaufrierkalander auf eine Temperatur im Bereich zwischen 120°C und 140°C und das Gegenstück auf eine Temperatur von etwa 160°C gebracht wird und daß der Gaufrierdruck etwa 40 Bar beträgt.
