Description

Die Neuerung bezieht sich auf einen Ablauf für Boden, Decke oder Dach mit herausnehmbar eingesetztem Geruchverschluß vor dem seitlichen Rohranschlußstutzen. Dieser Geruchverschluß enthält nach DE-GM 77 24 044 eine Tauchwand und eine Überfallwand und dazwischen eine Einlegenut für einen O-Ring, der gegen eine Rundführung im Übergangsbereich zwischen Gehäuse und Rohranschlußstutzen anliegt.The innovation relates to a drain for floor, ceiling or roof with a removable odor trap in front of the side pipe connection piece. Der Geruchverschluß bei diesem vorbekannten Ablauf muß beim Einsetzen mit dem O-Ring auf den Gehäuseboden gesetzt werden, der zu diesem Zweck absatzlos in die Rundführung und den Rohranschlußstutzen übergeht. Es hat sich gezeigt, daß das korrekte Einsetzen des Geruchverschlusses große Schwierigkeiten macht. Der Geruchverschluß muß stark nach unten gedrückt und gleichzeitig in Einbaurichtung verschoben werden. Dabei kommt es zu Verkantungen, die ein einwandfreies Einschieben verhindern und den Dichtring beschädigen können. Der Geruchverschluß legt sich mit den Gegenflächen auf den seitlichen Gleitschienen auf und verbleibt dort bis zum vollständigen Einbau. Dadurch gibt es keine Verkantungen mehr. Die flache Mulde sorgt dafür, daß der O-Ring einwandfrei eingeschoben werden kann. In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Neuerung im Längs- (Fig. 1) und Querschnitt (Fig. 2) durch das Ablaufgehäuse 1 mit eingebautem Geruchverschluß 2 dargestellt. Das Gehäuse enthält eine mit Sickeröffnungen 3 im Rand versehene Einlauföffnung 4 für (nicht dargestellte) Roste oder Aufsatzstücke. Der Gehäuseboden 5 geht mit einer flachen Mulde 6 in die Rundführung 7 über, die die Aufnahme für den Geruchverschluß 2 bildet. Die Rundführung 7 ragt dabei im oberen Abschnitt in den Übergangsbereich 8 des Gehäuses, wodurch Platz für die Überlaufwand 9 des Geruchverschlusses geschaffen wird. Das Mittelteil 10 des Geruchverschlusses ist zylindrisch und außen mit einer Nut 11 für den O-Ring 12 versehen. Am Ansatz der Tauchwand 13 läuft außen eine Scheibe 14 um, die sich als Anschlag gegen die Vorderkante der Rundführung 7 legt, die dort eine Fase 19 hat. Auf der Tauchwand 13 befindet sich noch eine gelochte Handhabe 15 zum Ergreifen oder Einstecken eines Werkzeugs. Die Unterkante 16 der Tauchwand 13 verläuft beidseitig der Mulde 6 in Längsrichtung, so daß sie sich beim Einsetzen auf die Gleitschienen 17 aufsetzen, die neben der Mulde vorgesehen sind. Die Gleitschienen 17 sind, wie Fig. 2 zeigt, so schmal, daß sie den Abfluß nicht behindern. Ablauf für Boden, Decke, Dach oder dgl. mit einem Ablaufgehäuse mit seitlichem Rohranschlußstutzen und einem in den Übergangsbereich einsteckbaren, Tauch- und Überfallwand aufweisenden Geruchverschluß, wobei die Abdichtung durch einen O-Ring erfolgt, der gegen eine Rundführung des Ablaufgehäuses anliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rundführung (7) am Gehäuseboden (5) eine flache Mulde (6) vorgeordnet ist, die von zwei seitlichen Gleitschienen (17) begrenzt wird, auf denen sich entsprechende Gegenflächen (16) am Geruchverschluß (2) führend abstützen.1. drain for floor, ceiling, roof or the like.
