Abstract
Der Sinkscheider weist eine langgestreckte, kanalförmige Sink-Schwimmkammer 6 mit parallelen Seitenwänden auf, die als sog. "Einkammer", d.h. ohne Quer- oder Trennwand, aus gebildet ist. Die Sink-Schwimmkammer ist im Längsschnitt als auf der Spitze stehendes ungleichschenkliges, rechtwink liges Dreieck ausgebildet, wobei die Hypotenuse die Ober fläche der Schwertrübe bildet. Die Spitze des Dreiecks bildet den tiefsten Punkt 15. Dieser tiefste Punkt 15, von dem der Förderer 3 zum Austrag des Sinkgutes ausgeht, liegt zwischen der in der Mitte erfolgenden Aufgabe 9 und dem Überlaufwehr 5 für das Schwimmgut. Die Förderschnecke tritt an dem dem Überlaufwehr 5 gegenüberliegenden Ende aus der Sink-Schwimmkammer aus. In diesem Bereich ist die Schnecke als Bandschnecke 4 ausgebildet. Die einfach ausgebildete Vorrichtung erlaubt ein sauberes Trennen von Schwimm- und Sinkgut und selbst solches Schwimmgut, das in der Nähe des Austritts der Förderschnecke aufschwimmt, gelangt durch die ungehinderte laminare Strömung über die gesamte Oberfläche der Schwertrübe zum Überlaufwehr. Diese Strömung kann durch zusätzliche Befüllrohre 8 für Schwertrübe unterstützt werden.
