Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zur Durchmischung feststoffhaltiger Suspensionen, bei denen eine feststoffhaltige Suspension in einem allseits geschlossenen, druckdichten und -festen Behälter eingebracht ist und mittels eines Drucksprühsystems aus einer Düse zerstäubt und auf eine Oberfläche aufgebracht wird, wobei das Drucksprühsystem von außen mit Druck beaufschlagt ist, indem der den Kolben (1) umschließende Pumpenhüllraum (2) von einer im unteren Bodenbereich (3) luftdurchlässigen übwerwurfhülse (4) übergriffen wird, die in Ventilrichtung (5) einen Siebeinsatz (6) zeigt und die sich konisch verjüngend den Sprühhals (7) des Ventils (8) umgreifend erstreckt, und die eingepumpte Luft (15) von der Überwurfhülse (4) in den Bodenbereich (3) des SprühBehälters (10) gelenkt, dort die abgesetzten Feststoffkörperbestandteile (14) aufwirbelnd durchdringt und sich im Sprühbehälteroberteil (23) unter Druckaufbau sammelt, sodann die sich im Sprühbehälteroberteil (23) befindliche Luft bei Betätigung des Ventils (8) das aufgewirbelte Suspensionsgemisch (16) durch den zylinderförmigen Hohlraum (11) dem Ventil (8) zuführt, wobei durch den Siebeinsatz (6) eine gleichmäßige Suspensionszuführung in den konischen Wirkstoffmischer (17) erfolgt, so daß ein gleichmäßig verteiltes Gemisch aus der Ventildüse (18) austritt.
