Abstract

Pompe centrifuge multicellulaire plongeante, du type de celles comprenant un électromoteur supérieur à arbre vertical, un corps de pompe coaxial à l'électromoteur, agencé au-dessous de ce dernier et un pied inférieur situé au-dessous du corps de pompe, l'ensemble formé par l'électromoteur et le corps de pompe étant enfermé dans une enveloppe extérieure cylindrique, avec l'arbre de l'électromoteur agencé de sorte qu'il traverse de multi­ ples galets et étant muni d'un scellage mécanique conven­ tionnel d'étanchéité qui empêche l'accès de l'eau au moteur. L'eau est aspirée à travers des trous percés dans le pied mentionné, centrifugée par le corps de pompe, refoulée à travers un espace compris entre l'électromo­ teur et l'enveloppe extérieure, et sort par une ouverture située à l'extrémité supérieure de la pompe. Dans sa par­ tie inférieure l'électromoteur est fermé hermétiquement par une base traversée par l'arbre lui-même de ce dernier et dotée d'une chambre étanche où est agencé un deuxième scellage mécanique de fermeture du moteur, qui joue le rôle de fermeture de sécurité en sens inverse par rap­ port à la pression. Cette base de fermeture hermétique inférieure du moteur constitue un carter approprié pour contenir une certaine quantité d'huile qui baigne la partie inférieure du bobinage du moteur et le coussinet inférieur de rotation de l'arbre de l'électromoteur. Cette enveloppe extérieure cylindrique est fixée par filetage au pied inférieur mentionné.
