According to this alignment, the small blocks are traversed by a hole with a threaded outward portion for the coupling of a respective ring connection 40 and 50 which has actuation pins 51 and is then connected to the chamber 31 by a respective passage 52 and 53 which corresponds to a port of the casing 35.
  • Both valves comprise a shutter which is generally indicated at 54 and has a stem 54a and a terminal pointed expansion 54b which has a groove for the accommodation of a gasket 55 for sealing and shock-absorption against the seat 56.
  • Both valves also comprise a guide 57, with bushes 58 interposed, for the sliding of the shutter stem 54a; a sleeve 59 surrounds the guide and is connected thereto by means of spoke elements 60.

Claims (10)

1. Ansaug- und Verdrängerkolbenpumpe, mit einem Pumpenkörper (1, 2, 3), in dem mindestens eine Pumpenkammer (31) gebildet ist, in der ein Ansaug- und Verdrängerkolben (18) bei einer Stopfbüchsen-Dichteinrichtung (32, 33, 35) eingesetzt ist, der von einem Kreuzkopf-Kurbelsystem (14) betätigt und mit dem Kreuzkopf (14) mit Hilfe einer Schnellkupplung (19) verbunden ist, die durch eine Öffnung (23) in dem Pumpenkörper (1, 2, 3) zugänglich ist, wobei die Stopfbüchsen-Dichteinrichtung (32, 33) derart angeordnet ist, daß sie von der Pumpenkammer (31) durch eine Pumpenkammeröffnung entnehmbar ist, die dem Kreuzkopf (14) entgegengesetzt angeordnet ist, wobei die Pumpenkammeröffnung normalerweise durch einen Ring (37) abgedichtet ist, der zum Entnehmen der Stopfbüchsen-Dichteinrichtung (32, 33, 35) aus der Pumpenkammer (31) abnehmbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stopfbüchsen-Abdichteinrichtung (32, 33, 35) ein Gehäuse (35) aufweist, das axial, jedoch nicht tangential mit dem Ring (37) verbunden ist, wodurch die Stopfbüchsen-Dichteinrichtung (32, 33, 35), der Kolben (18) und der Ring (37) als eine einzige Einheit aus der Pumpenkammer (31) nach Lösen der Schnellkupplung (19) und dem Abnehmen des Rings (37) von der Pumpenkammeröffnung entnehmbar sind.
2. Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie weiterhin einen starr mit dem Pumpenkörper (1, 2, 3) verbundenen Teil (38) mit einem darin eingeformten Gewindeloch aufweist, und der Ring (37) mit dem Gewindeloch in Gewindeeingriff steht, wodurch ein Abschrauben des Rings (37) mit der Schnellkupplung (19) in freigegebener Stellung das gleichzeitige Entfernen der Stopfbüchsen-Dichteinrichtung (32, 33, 35) und des Kolbens (18) von der Pumpenkammer (31) veranlaßt.
3. Pumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stopfbüchsen-Abdichteinrichtung (32, 33, 35) außen mindestens eine Nut (36) aufweist, und daß der Ring mindestens ein in die Nut (36) eingreifendes Element (41, 41 a) aufweist.
4. Pumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ring (37), der Kolben (18) und die Nut (36) koaxial zu einem Sitz (30) angeordnet sind, der die Stopfbüchsen-Dichteinrichtung (32, 33, 35) aufnimmt.
5. Pumpe nach Anspruch 1 oder 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mindestens eine Element (41, 41 a) eine gabelartige Konfiguration aufweist, die einen radialen Schlitz (41a) an einem Boden (41) des Rings (37) definiert.
6. Pumpe nach Anspruch 1 und 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stopfbüchsen-Dichteinrichtung (32, 33, 35) eine kuppelartige Endkonfiguration (35a) mit einem äußeren Vorsprung aufweist und die Nut (36) an dem äußeren Vorsprung ausgeformt ist.

Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchgänge zwischen der jeweiligen Pumpenkammer (31) und den zugeordneten Ansaug- und Abgabeventilen (44, 45), die Ventile (44, 45) und die Verbindungen (49, 50) der Ansaug- und Abgabeleitungen (64, 63) zu diesen längs einer gemeinsamen Linie ausgerichtet sind, die senkrecht zu der Achse des Kolbens verläuft und vorzugsweise vertikal ist.
8. Pumpe nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die entsprechende Leitung (63) mit dem Abgabeventil (45), angeordnet in dem oberen Bereich der entsprechenden Pumpenkammer, mit Hilfe eines im wesentlichen flexiblen Abschnittes (63) mit einem großen Krümmungsradius verbunden ist.

Pumpe nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes der Ventile (44, 45) koaxial mit der Ausrichtung einen Verschluß (54), eine Gleitführung (57) für den Verschluß, eine die Führung umgebende und mit dieser mit Hilfe von Speichenelementen (60) verbundene Hülse (59), einen Sitz, auf dem der Verschluß aufliegt und ihn verschließt sowie eine Ringverbindung (49) für die jeweilige Leitung aufweist, wobei die Verbindung ebenfalls zur Schaffung einer Dichtung zwischen der Kammer und der Hülse ausgebildet ist.

Pumpe nach Anspruch 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 oder 9, mit einer Vielzahl von in einer Reihe nebeneinander angeordneten Pumpenkammern (31) und einer einzigen horizontalen Kurbelwelle (9) zur Betätigung der entsprechenden horizontalen Kolben (18) durch entsprechende Kreuzkopf-Verbindungsstangen (11), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ihr Körper in Längsrichtung in drei lösbar miteinander verbundene kastenartige Teile (1, 2, 3) aufgeteilt ist und daß, während die Welle an der Trennebene zwischen dem mittleren Teil (2) der drei Teile und einem Endteil (1) angeordnet ist, die Kreuzköpfe (14) und die Schnellkupplungen (19) in dem mittleren Teil (2) bzw. in dem anderen Endteil (3) angeordnet sind und die Schnellkupplungen durch Öffnungen (23) des Endteils zugänglich sind, die normalerweise von einem Deckel (24) verschlossen sind.
