Die einander zugewandten, radial äußeren Kanten der beiden Spannleisten sind als Schnabelkanten mit gegenüber der Umfangskontur spitzwinklig abgewinkelten Spannflächen 3 ausgebildet, die einen nach außen konvergierenden Spannkanal 4 begrenzen. Im ungespannten Zustand der Spannleisten grenzen dieselben mit den voneinander abgewandten Seiten teilweise gegen jeweils ebenfalls in der Zylinderausnehmung eingelegte Einsatzstücke 5. Diese Einsatzstücke, deren Außenkonturen ebenfalls der Zylinderkontur entsprechen, sind mit dem Zylinder verschraubt. Zwischen den einander zugewandten Seiten der Spannflächen und einer - erfindungsgemäß nicht relevanten - mit dem Zylinder verschraubten Unterlageplatte 6 ist eine Walze 8 angeordnet. Zwischen den Spannflächen 3 der Spannleisten 2 und den Spannleisten selbst ist ein elastischer Schlauch 7 - gefüllt mit Spaltverschlußmasse - angeordnet, der auf seiner gesamten Länge - entspricht der Zylinderlänge - mit einer oder mehreren Öffnungen in Richtung der zu spannenden Druckplatte 9 versehen ist. In Vertiefungen der Einsatzstücke sind jeweils in der gesamten Länge der Einsatzstücke zwei Exzenter 11 eingelegt.
