Description

Es ist bekannt, daß bei Einbruchsversuchen mit entsprechenden Werkzeugen versucht wird, den Zylinderkern aus dem Schließzylinder herauszuziehen. Um dies zu verhindern, sind eine Vielzahl von sogenannten Zylinderabreißsicherungen bekannt, die mit Hilfe von drehbaren Scheiben den Zylinderkern primär vor gewaltsamem Ausreißen schützen. (siehe FR-A-2 594 163) Um einen wirksamen Schutz gegen alle möglichen Angriffsarten zu gewährleisten, muß diese Scheibe, die den Zylinderkernkopf abdeckt, sehr dick ausgeführt werden. Dies hat zur Folge, daß das Zylinder/Schlüssel-System nur selten ohne besondere Anpaßmaßnahmen, entweder am Zylinder oder am Schlüssel oder am Beschlag, einsetzbar ist. Besonders schwierig sind diese Anpassungen, wenn der Schlüssel bei einer zu dicken Abdeckscheibe nicht vollständig in den Zylinder einführbar ist, weil die Schlüsselreide an der zu dicken Abdeckung anstößt. Setzt man dagegen dünnere Abdeckscheiben oder Rosetten ein, so lassen sich diese relativ leicht überwinden, so daß eine Abreißsicherung nicht gewährleistet ist.It is known that attempts are made to break in with appropriate tools to pull the cylinder core out of the locking cylinder. Der besondere Vorteil der neuerungsgemäßen Lösung ist darin zu sehen, daß hier die den Zylinderkernkopf abdeckende Scheibe in zwei Bereiche aufgeteilt ist, und zwar einen mittleren relativ dünnen Bereich und einen Randbereich, wobei beide durch eine Sollbruchstelle verbunden sind. Der Randteil 1 muß in seiner Breite so ausgeführt sein, daß er zumindest, wie mit A angedeutet, den äußeren Umfang des Zylinderkernkopfes radial überragt. Der Übergang zwischen dem mittleren Teil 3 und dem Randteil 1 ist als umlaufende Sollbruchstelle 8 durch eine Eindrehung ausgebildet. Der Rand 1 der Scheibe sollte dagegen vorzugsweise eine größere Materialstärke aufweisen als der mittele Teil, um nach einem Brechen der Scheibe an der Sollbruchstelle eine ausreichende Sicherung gegen ein Herausziehen des Zylinderkernes zu bieten. Um die Wirksamkeit der Neuerung zu unterstützen weist die Scheibe eine axial nicht verschiebbare Führung 6 auf. Diese Führung 6 ist fest mit der Rosette 7 verbunden, z.B. durch Verstiften, Nieten oder Schrauben. Diese verschiebbare Führung 6 verhindert, daß beim Zertrennen der Scheibe in die Teile 4 und 5 (Abb. 2) ein Entfernen der Scheibensegmente möglich ist, denn dies würde ein gewisses axiales Spiel voraussetzen, um die Scheibensegmente fächerförmig übereinanderschieben zu können.
