Durch die tangentiale Anbindung der Schwenk­verbindung zwischen Dichthebel und Federscharnier an den Führungswalzen des Dichthebels wird eine wirksame Spann­wirkung bis zur Überwindung der Totpunktlage zwischen der Öffnungs- und Schließstellung erreicht. Durch die Kompaktheit des Schnappverschlusses ist nur ein geringer Materialaufwand bei verhältnismässig einfacher Werkzeug­gestaltung erforderlich. Durch die zweiseitige Walzenlage­rung außerhalb des Dichthebels wird eine optimale Stabili­tät der gesamten Konstrukion erreicht. Die Lagerpunkte werden durch Betätigung des Schnappverschlusses nicht deformiert oder verbogen. Durch Veränderung des Führungs­walzendurchmessers kann die Federspannung (Durchbiegung) erhöht bzw. verringert werden. Durch Verändern der Federdicke und/oder -länge können die Öffnungskräfte verändert werden. Das Verschlußunterteil 1 kann auf den Behälter aufgeschraubt oder geschrumpft werden, derart, daß der als Dichtkonus ausgebildete Stopfen 12 den Behälter abdichtet. Der Zusammenbau bzw. die Komplettie­rung von Verschlußunterteil 1 und Dichthebel 3 werden somit bereits im Werkzeug bewerkstelligt. Das Federschar­nier 2 mit angespritztem Dichthebel wird in Verbindung mit der einen Filmanguß bildenden Schwenkverbindung in die Kappenoberfläche bzw. Verschlußoberseite 6 umgelegt und versenkt, wie Fig. 3 zeigt, wobei ein flächengleicher Abschluß an der Verschlußoberseite 6 gebildet wird. In Fig. 4 ist der kinematische Rotationsablauf der beiden Führungswalzen 7 mit exzentrischer Anbindung des Feder­scharniers 2 veranschaulicht. In geschlossener Stellung des Dichthebels 3 ist das Federscharnier 2 ungespannt, wobei die seitlichen Führungswalzen 7 in den Schwenklagern 18 eine parallele Führung des Dichthebels 3 gewährleisten. Beim Öffnen des Dichthebels 3 aus der in Fig. 4 gezeigten Schließlage in Richtung des Pfeiles 8 wölbt sich das Federscharnier 2 nach außen in Richtung des Pfeiles x, weil der tangentiale Anlenkpunkt der Schwenkverbindung 15 zwischen Federscharnier 2 und Dichthebel 3 in Fig. 4 in Uhrzeigerrichtung auf einem Schwenkkreis verdreht wird, so daß sich der Abstand der Gelenke der beiden Schwenkverbin­dungen 15 und 16 vermindert und das Federscharnier gespannt wird.The snap lock is provided in one piece in plastic by injection molding for flexible or non-deformable containers. In der Totpunktstellung 9, in die der Dichthebel nach einer Bewegung um etwa 90° aus der Schließstellung gelangt, wird somit die maximale Vorspannkraft des Federscharniers 2 erzielt. Nach Überwindung dieses oberen Totpunktes 9, d.h. nach Überschreiten der kürzesten, strichpunktiert dargestellten Verbindungslinie 23 zwischen der Achse der Führungswalzen 7 und der Gelenkverbindung 16 in Uhrzeigerrichtung wirkt sich die Vorspannung des Federscharniers 2 im Sinne einer beschleunigten Öffnungs­bewegung des Dichthebels 3 aus der Totpunktstellung 9 in die geöffnete Endstellung 10 aus, in der das Federschar­nier 2 in der in Fig. 4 dargestellten gestreckten Lage gezeigt ist, so daß der Dichthebel in dieser äußersten Offenstellung fixiert ist. 1. Einteiliger Schnappverschluß aus Kunststoff mit einem Verschlußunterteil, der auf dem die Öffnung eines Behälters umgebenden Hals mittels eines von der Unterseite einer Abdeckplatte vorstehenden Teils dicht anbringbar ist, wobei eine Öffnung durch die Abdeckplatte mittels eines Stopfens verschließbar ist, der an der Unterseite eines gegenüber dem Verschlußunterteil schwenkbar gelagerten Dichthebels angeordnet ist, welcher im Abstand oberhalb der Abdeckplatte mit dem Verschlußunterteil durch ein Federscharnier verbunden und unter Überwindung einer Totpunktlage zwischen einer Öffnungs- und Schließ­stellung schwenkbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in Schließstellung des Dichthebels (3) die Oberseite desselben sowie des ungespannten Federscharniers (2) einschließlich der Schwenkverbindungen des letzteren mit dem Dichthebel (3) und dem Verschlußunterteil (1) mit der Verschlußoberseite (6) flächengleich ausge­bildet ist, wobei die flächengleiche Oberseite des Schnappverschlusses sich tangential oberhalb von zwei Führungswalzen (7) des Dichthebels (3) erstreckt, die längs einer Mantellinie an die Schwenkverbindung (15) zwischen Dichthebel (3) und Federscharnier (2) angebunden sind und in Lager (18) auf der Oberseite der Abdeckplatte (11) eingreifen.1.
