Definitions
- the invention relates to a one-piece snap lock made of plastic according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- Snap locks of this known type are relatively complicated and therefore expensive, both with regard to the tool costs for producing such snap locks in the plastic injection molding process and with regard to the use of materials.
- the known closures usually have an uneven outer surface, so that they do not always look attractive.
- the film hinges as storage in the known snap locks are very stable and their function is slightly impaired by the extreme bending of the bearing hinges. In addition, they have protruding parts after opening, which hinder the consumer and the application.
- the invention is therefore based on the object to improve a snap lock of the known type mentioned so that it represents an extremely stable construction, which after opening does not have the Ver protrudes the final edge and completely covers the mechanism.
- the function of a snap lock with a spring hinge should not be recognizable, or only barely, but an effective snap lock function by means of the spring hinge is ensured with economical manufacture.
- the invention solves this problem by the features contained in the characterizing part of patent claim 1.
- the area-like design of the top of the snap lock with the top of the sealing lever and the spring hinge and the joints connecting these parts makes the snap lock appear like a conventional known cap.
- the tangential connection of the swivel connection between the sealing lever and the spring hinge on the guide rollers of the sealing lever results in an effective tensioning effect until the dead center position between the open and closed positions is overcome.
- the compactness of the snap lock means that only a small amount of material is required with a relatively simple tool design.
- the double-sided roller bearing outside the sealing lever ensures optimal stability of the entire construction. The bearing points are not deformed or bent by operating the snap lock.
- the spring tension (deflection) can be increased or decreased by changing the guide roller diameter.
- the opening forces can be changed by changing the spring thickness and / or length. After opening the snap lock, the sealing lever disappears almost completely into the recess of the spring and thus does not form any protruding parts.
- the features in claim 2 form storage outside the actual sealing lever and ensure a precisely defined and unchangeable pivot point of the system. It is very easy to do that by means of the spring hinge with the sealing underside articulated sealing lever to transfer from its open position due to its manufacture into the normal closed position and to be transferred into this by the engagement of the guide rollers in the upwardly open insertion openings in the support walls on the cover plate of the bottom part of the closure in order to form the top surface of the closure .
- the bearing surface of the pivot bearings for the guide rollers consists of two semicircular depressions which are open laterally for connecting the spring hinge to the lower closure part, the guide rollers can be locked into their pivot bearings, whereby they are released by the spring hinge into the semicircular recessed pivot bearing surfaces are held.
- a one-piece snap closure made of plastic with a lower closure part 1 is shown, which can be attached tightly to the neck surrounding the opening of a container (not shown) by means of a part 12 projecting from the underside of a cover plate 11.
- An opening 13 through the cover plate 11 can be closed by means of a stopper 14 which is arranged on the underside of a sealing lever 3 which is pivotably mounted relative to the lower closure part 1.
- the sealing lever 3 is connected at a distance above the cover plate 11 to the lower closure part 1 by a spring hinge 2 and can be pivoted between an open and a closed position while overcoming a dead center position 9.
- the top of the same and the spring hinge 2, which is not tensioned in this position, including the pivot connections 15 and 16 of the latter with the sealing lever 3 and the lower closure part 1 with the closure top 6, are formed with the same area.
- the equal top surface 6 of the snap closure extends tangentially above two guide rollers 7 of the sealing lever 3, which are connected along a surface line 17 to the pivot connection 15 between the sealing lever 3 and the spring hinge 2 and engage in bearings 18 on the top side of the cover plate 11.
- the bearings 18 for the guide rollers 7 consist of upwardly open insertion openings 19 in support walls 20 which are arranged on the cover plate 11 of the lower closure part 1. These insertion openings 19 limit the diametrical incision 21 in the closure top 6 for the sealing lever 3 and the spring hinge 2 on both sides of the incision 21.
- the bearing surface 22 of the pivot bearings 18 for the guide rollers 7 are each semicircular deepened and provided in support walls 23 which are provided transversely to the incision 21 on both sides thereof and the pivot connection 16 between the lower closure part 1 and spring hinge 2 are facing. These support walls 23 form an extension of the incision 21 in the region of the guide rollers 7.
- the sealing lever 3 is essentially rectangular and together with the spring hinge 2 in the diametrical incision 21 in the closure top 6 together with the guide rollers 7 between the essentially parallel, the incision 21 and the guide rollers 7 delimiting support walls 22, 23 retractable.
- the length of the sealing lever 3 is dimensioned larger than the length of the spring hinge 2.
- the pivot connection between the spring hinge 2 and the lower closure part 1 is dimensioned narrower than that with the guide rollers 7, as can be seen from FIG. 2.
- the snap lock is provided in one piece in plastic by injection molding for flexible or non-deformable containers.
- the lower closure part 1 can be screwed or shrunk onto the container in such a way that the plug 12 designed as a sealing cone seals the container.
- the assembly or the completion of the lower closure part 1 and sealing lever 3 are thus already carried out in the tool.
- the spring hinge 2 with a molded-on sealing lever, in connection with the swivel connection forming a film gate, is folded over and sunk into the cap surface or top side 6 of the closure, as shown in FIG. 3, an area-like closure being formed on the top side 6 of the closure.
- 4 shows the kinematic rotation sequence of the two guide rollers 7 with an eccentric connection of the spring hinge 2.
- the spring hinge 2 In the closed position of the sealing lever 3, the spring hinge 2 is untensioned, the lateral guide rollers 7 in the pivot bearings 18 ensuring parallel guidance of the sealing lever 3.
- the spring hinge 2 bulges outwards in the direction of arrow x, because the tangential articulation point of the pivot connection 15 between spring hinge 2 and sealing lever 3 in FIG. 4 in the clockwise direction is rotated on a swivel circle so that the distance between the joints of the two swivel connections 15 and 16 is reduced and the spring hinge is tensioned.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a one-piece snap lock made of plastic according to the preamble of
Snap locks of this known type are relatively complicated and therefore expensive, both with regard to the tool costs for producing such snap locks in the plastic injection molding process and with regard to the use of materials. In addition, the known closures usually have an uneven outer surface, so that they do not always look attractive. The film hinges as storage in the known snap locks are very stable and their function is slightly impaired by the extreme bending of the bearing hinges. In addition, they have protruding parts after opening, which hinder the consumer and the application.
The invention is therefore based on the object to improve a snap lock of the known type mentioned so that it represents an extremely stable construction, which after opening does not have the Ver protrudes the final edge and completely covers the mechanism. Externally, the function of a snap lock with a spring hinge should not be recognizable, or only barely, but an effective snap lock function by means of the spring hinge is ensured with economical manufacture.
The invention solves this problem by the features contained in the characterizing part of
The features in
Since the bearing surface of the pivot bearings for the guide rollers consists of two semicircular depressions which are open laterally for connecting the spring hinge to the lower closure part, the guide rollers can be locked into their pivot bearings, whereby they are released by the spring hinge into the semicircular recessed pivot bearing surfaces are held.
Further expedient refinements of the invention are contained in subclaims 4 to 6.

- 1 is a one-piece snap lock made of plastic in a longitudinal section along line II in Fig. 2,
- 2 is a plan view of the snap lock in FIG. 1,
- Fig. 3 shows the snap lock of Fig. 1, but in the closed position and
- Fig. 4 shows the snap lock of FIG. 3 in an enlarged view with phantom views of the sealing lever in the top dead center position and the maximum open position.
In the figures, a one-piece snap closure made of plastic with a
In the closed position of the
As can be seen from FIG. 2, the
The snap lock is provided in one piece in plastic by injection molding for flexible or non-deformable containers. The
Der Schließvorgang des Dichthebels läuft naturgemäß in umgekehrter Reihenfolge ab.In the dead center position 9, into which the sealing lever moves from the closed position after a movement of approximately 90 °, the maximum pretensioning force of the
