Description

Durch die Lage der Gewindenabe auf der Gewindespindel kann der Abstand zwischen Ofentür und Wärmeschutztür bzw. Innenmuffeltür und Innenmuffel auftritt und somit kein Materialabtrag stattfindet. Noch sicherer läßt sich eine Reibabtragung des Isoliermaterials vermeiden bzw. minimieren, wenn man das dichte Schließen der Wärmeschutztür erst nach dem Verschließen der Ofentür durch Betätigen der Gewindespindel von außen bewerkstelligt. Die Anpreßkraft kann durch die Zahl und die Federeigenschaften der Blattfedern eingestellt werden. Sie können aus Federstahl oder auch aus graphitfaserverstärktem Kohlenstoff bestehen. Die Blattfedern (3) sind auf Bügeln (8) am äußeren Rand der Wärmeschutztür (5) befestigt. Die Blattfedern (3) pressen je nach Stand der Gewindenabe (4) auf der Gewindespindel (6) die Wärmeschutztür (5) auf die thermische Isolierung (9) des Ofens und dichten damit das Ofeninnere gasdicht ab. An der Wärmeschutztür (5) ist über Führungsstifte (10) die Innenmuffeltür (11) befestigt, die die Innenmuffel (12) abdichtet.
