Innerhalb des Unterwagenkanals 22 sind drei in Längsrichtung des Tunnelofens 2 verlaufende Kühlluftkanäle 28, 30, 32 vorgesehen, welche jeweils rechteckigen Querschnitt haben, am Fundament 20 bzw. den Seitenwänden 18 des Tunnelofens 2 auf- bzw. anliegen und von der Unterseite der Stahl­konstruktion 10 nur geringfügig, d. h. unter einem Abstand von weniger als 2 mm, beabstandet sind. Die Kühlluftkanäle 28 bis 32 bestehen vorzugsweise aus Metallblech. Zwischen den Kühlluftkanälen 28, 30 und 30, 32 ist jeweils ein Raum definiert, in welchem die Ofenwagenräder 12 laufen können. Claims (6)

1. Vorrichtung zur Unterwagenkühlung von Ofenwagen (8) in Tunnelofen (2), mit einem vom Kühlmedium durchströmten Unterwagenkanal (22), der durch das Fundament (20) und die Seitenwände (18) des Tunnelofens (2) und durch die Ofenwagenunterseiten gebildet ist und der gegenüber dem oberhalb der Ofenwagen (8) gebildeten Brennkanal (26) zumindest weitestgehend abgedichtet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Unterwagenkanal (22) mindestens ein in Längsrichtung des Tunnelofens (2) verlaufender, geschlossener Kühlluftkanal (28, 30, 32) angeordnet ist, der von Kühlluft durchströmbar ist, der den Unter­wagenkanal (22) weitestmöglich ausfüllt und der von den Ofenwagen-Unterseiten nur geringfügig beabstandet ist.1.
