Claims (16)

  1. Cartouche pour ruban encreur (32) avec dispositif de ré-encrage (11), du type comprenant un boîtier (13) doté d'un magasin (34) pour loger le ruban (32) et d'une paire de galets dentés (78, 79) comportant un galet d'entraînement (78) et un galet entraîné (79) disposés de manière à pincer le ruban dans le mouvement d'avancement du ruban, et dans laquelle le dispositif de ré-encrage (11) comprend un réservoir d'encre (51) pour stocker l'encre, un carter (53) pour le réservoir d'encre (51), et un moyen de dosage de l'encre (52) en contact avec le réservoir, caractérisée en ce que
       un galet encreur (42) rotatif est maintenu dans le boîtier en un emplacement situé entre le galet d'entraînement et le moyen de dosage de l'encre et possède des dents périphériques (76) entraînées par les dents du galet d'entraînement (78) et dont le moyen de dosage de l'encre est entraîné par rotation par le galet d'entraînement (78);
       un moyen de guidage (109, 41) est prévu dans le boîtier (13) et entraîne une partie du ruban (32) en dirigeant le ruban vers et en contact avec les dents (76) du galet encreur (42) et en conséquence vers les dents de la paire de galets (43); et
       les dents périphériques du galet encreur (42) sont disposées sur l'ensemble de sa surface périphérique et comportent des extrémités arrondies destinées à ce que le flux capillaire d'encre soit sensiblement uniforme depuis le moyen de dosage de l'encre (52) vers le galet encreur (42) et le ruban encré.
  2. Cartouche selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le carter (53) est disposé à l'intérieur du boîtier (13) et comporte une ouverture (74), et en ce que le moyen de dosage de l'encre (52) est de forme allongée et possède une première partie introduite dans l'ouverture et en contact étroit avec le réservoir (51) et une seconde partie maintenue en contact avec le galet encreur (42).
  3. Cartoucne selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le réservoir (51) pour l'encre comprend un corps poreux doux de faible densité constitué d'un patin en feutre en polyester pouvant contenir l'encre et en ce que le moyen de dosage de l'encre (52) comprend un corps poreux, compact, élastique de haute densité constitué, par un feutre de laine traité avec de la résine époxyde pouvant autoriser un flux capillaire d'encre depuis le réservoir (51) vers le galet encreur (42).
  4. Cartouche selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que l'ouverture (74) est de forme prédéterminée de section décroissante afin de réduire et de comprimer légèrement la partie du moyen de dosage (52) qui est logée dans l'ouverture et d'éviter une fuite de l'encre contenue dans le réservoir (51) sauf pour ce qui passe par le moyen de dosage.
  5. Cartouche selon les revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que la boîte (53) comporte un fond (64), une série de cloisons fermées (66, 67, 68, 69, 71) et un couvercle (73) et en ce qu'une ouverture (74) est prévue dans une cloison (67) de ladite série.
  6. Cartouche selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la boîte (53) comporte au moins une partie interne (59, 61) faisant saillie depuis le fond (64) et espacée d'une cloison (66) de la dite série de manière à former un espace (80) entre la partie interne et cette cloison, et en ce que l'espace (80) est maintenu à la pression ambiante par un trou (75) dans la cloison (66) afin de garantir un flux de décharge normale de l'encre par le moyen de dosage (52).
  7. Cartouche selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le réservoir d'encre (51) contient un corps poreux imprégné par l'encre (50) et contenant ultérieurement un moyen de positionnement (62, 63) agissant sur le moyen de dosage (52) pour assurer le contact entre la première partie du moyen de dosage (52) et le corps poreux pour permettre un flux capillaire de l'encre et pour délimiter un espace (85) situé entre la première partie du moyen de dosage et une cloison (68) de la dite série de cloisons adjacente à la dite ouverture (74).
  8. Cartouche selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 7, caractérisée en ce que la seconde partie du moyen de dosage (52) appuie en position fléchie contre la surface externe des dents (76) du galet encreur (42) et reste toujours en contact avec cette surface grâce à l'élasticité du matériau dont est constitué le moyen de dosage (52).
  9. Cartouche selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, comportant des moyens élastiques (103) prévus pour appuyer sur le galet entraîné (79) engagé avec le galet d'entraînement.
  10. Cartouche selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, comportant une paire de tiges (109, 77) faisant saillie vers l'intérieur du boîtier, et caractérisée en ce que le moyen de guidage comporte une douille de guidage (41) montée pour pouvoir tourner autour de l'une des tiges (109), le galet encreur (42) est monté pour pouvoir tourner autour de l'autre tige (77), et le ruban encreur est engagé autour de la douille de guidage (41).
  11. Cartouche selon la revendication 10, caractérisée en ce que le ruban encreur (32) est du type en boucle fermée et est disposé en tours répartis aléatoirement dans le magasin 34 et en ce que la paire de galets (43), le galet encreur (42) et la douille de guidage (41) sont disposés entre le magasin (34) et la boîte (53).
  12. Cartouche selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisée en ce que le boîtier (13) possède un fond (14) duquel deux tiges de positionnement (57, 58) font saillie vers l'intérieur du boîtier (13) et peuvent être logées dans des sièges correspondants (54, 56) de la boîte (53) pour fixer de manière amovible la boîte au boîtier (13) et pour le mettre en position adjacente au galet encreur (42).
  13. Cartouche selon les deux revendications 2 et 12, caractérisée en ce que les deux tiges de positionnement (57, 58) mettent en position la boîte (53) de telle manière que la dite ouverture (74) soit située dans un plan (70) intermédiaire tangent à la périphérie et coupant l'axe du galet encreur (42) et tel que la seconde partie du moyen de dosage (52) faisant saillie de la boîte (53) fléchisse et appuie avec élasticité contre les dents (76) du galet encreur (42).
  14. Cartouche selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisée en ce que le boîtier (13) possède un couvercle (21) et un fond (14), les galets de la paire de galets (43) comportant chacun trois roues dentées (78, 79) espacées les unes des autres par deux parties lisses (81, 82) fixes par rapport aux trois roues (78, 79), le galet d'entraînement (78) peut tourner entre deux ouvertures (83, 84) dans le fond (14) et le couvercle (21) et est tenue par un support (87) possédant deux flasques (88) avec des sièges semi-cylindriques (90) engagés avec les parties lisses respectives (81) et une tige (89) logée dans un siège cylindrique (91) du fond (14) et le galet entraîné (79) est tenu par un moyen pressant (98) possédant deux flasques (99) avec des sièges semicylindriques (100) engagés avec les parties lisses respectives (82), et une tige (101) logée dans une rainure radiale (102) du fond (14).
  15. Cartouche selon les deux revendications 9 et 14, caractérisée en ce que le moyen élastique comprend un ressort à lames (103) possédant une extrémité (104) logée dans un siège (105) du boîtier (13), l'autre extrémité (106) étant engagée avec le moyen pressant (98) et une partie intermédiaire étant engagée avec un élément de pré-charge (107) du boîtier (13).
  16. Cartouche selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisée en ce que le galet encreur (42) le moyen de dosage de l'encre (52) et le ruban encré (32) sont de même hauteur et caractérisée en ce que le moyen de dosage de l'encre est de forme sensiblement parallélépipèdique.
