Abstract

The display card (27) has a recess, to which the blade dispenser is clipped in such a way that it can only be removed by destroying the card. Description

The invention relates to a device for holding goods intended for sale, such as blades or the like, which has a stiff, preferably sheet-like support containing a suspension opening, on which the goods are detachably fastened and covered so that they cannot be accessed directly.

From US-A-3,346,108 it is known, for example, to pack razor blades in a cavity which is formed by a segment of a sheet-like carrier as the rear wall and a plastic cap attached to this carrier. The plastic cap and carrier segment are connected in a conventional manner, e.g. by gluing, welding, etc. The individual razor blades are removed in this assembly after removing a sector located in the front part of the plastic cap; the blade can then be pushed through a slot in the front part of the plastic cap.

According to EP-A-0 055 621, a special cosmetic container packaging is also known.
The essence of this invention consists in an economical and original packaging with a high visual and presentation effect. On a leaf-like main body is in a rectangular section of the container, which consists of two halves of approximately the same size.
The attachment to the main body is carried out in such a way that the cutout is smaller than the dimensions of the container cross section, so that corner and edge areas of the carrier are enclosed between the container halves. After opening the container, it can easily be removed from the cutout of the main body without damaging it. The two container halves are connected to each other via a hinge or joint mechanism. This design and an associated snap lock allow easy access to the container contents.

The invention has for its object a device for holding goods intended for sale such as blades or the like. to create, which is inexpensive on the one hand and on the other hand does not allow direct access to the goods without destroying the holding device, but the legitimate removal of the goods and storage, the same convenient and inexpensive.

This object is achieved according to the invention with a device of the type mentioned at the outset, which has the characterizing features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are the subject of the dependent claims.

In the device according to the invention, the goods intended for sale and in particular for self-service sales are accommodated in a dimensionally stable dispenser which has a housing for receiving the goods and which is positively and detachably connected to at least part of the carrier, so that after the Buy the goods. for example the blades, removed from the carrier, preferably can be torn off and the blades can be removed individually from the dispenser as required. For this purpose, the dispenser is arranged in an opening of the carrier, parts of the carrier engaging positively in the housing of the dispenser at least at one point, so that the dispenser is positively connected to the stiff, sheet-like carrier for sales purposes and expediently only under this Destruction of the carrier can be removed. The dispenser is provided with an exit or removal opening for the blades. This removal opening is designed as a narrow, rectangular opening over the width of the cover plate of the housing and is located in the edge region of the end wall and cover plate of the housing. To remove the blades, a tear-off cover that is present in the cover plate of the housing is removed and the blades are then pushed out of the dispenser with a finger. This is an effective protection against unauthorized removal of individual blades from the carrier which is still attached to the holding device and has not yet been sold. In addition, the lid protects the blades housed in the dispenser against environmental influences so that they do not corrode prematurely.

The dispenser housing is formed from two parts, which not only hold the goods to be sold, such as the blades and a spring that presses the blades into the removal position, but also establish a positive connection to the carrier by means of a snap lock. This snap connection consists of preferably on the longitudinal walls of the box-shaped housing hooks which engage in elongated openings in their shape which are located in the housing base. It is thus possible in a simple and inexpensive manner to mount the housing on the carrier in such a way that parts of the carrier engage in the housing and even webs remaining on the carrier in the region of the receiving opening can penetrate the housing.

In this way, the dispenser can be connected to the carrier without a protective film having to be pulled over in such a way that detachment of the donor from the carrier is only possible by destroying the carrier, just as goods can only be removed from the dispenser if one has partially destroyed it, namely by removing the tear-off cover provided on it.

The invention provides a sales aid which is particularly useful for blades, which is particularly suitable for self-service sales facilities and which ensures an expedient removal option for the goods sold, and on the other hand prevents the goods from being removed from the holding device without authorization, that is to say without prior purchase can.

The embodiment of the device according to FIGS. 1 to 5 is shown in the drawing on an enlarged scale in order to show the individual parts better. This device (1) essentially consists of two parts, namely a rigid sheet-like carrier (2) made of cardboard, for example, and a dispenser (3) which can be connected to the carrier (2) in a form-fitting manner and for which it is individually connected taking blades.

The support (2) contains a suspension opening (4) near an end and below this a substantially rectangular opening (5) which is interrupted in the central area by two crosspieces (6 and 7). At the outer ends of the essentially elongated rectangular opening (5) there are tongues (8) projecting inwards in the corner regions.

The dispenser (3) consists essentially of a box-shaped housing (9), which forms the upper part, and a flat base plate (10). On the longitudinal walls (11) of the box-shaped housing (9) protruding hooks (12) are formed, which can engage in elongated openings (13) of the base plate (10) to form the housing (9) and base plate (10) positively and permanently connect with each other. The tongue-shaped hooks (12) form a kind of snap connection with the elongated openings (13) which are adapted in shape, which is possible due to the design of the housing parts from limited resilient plastic.

The openings (13) are located in a flange-like edge region (14) of the base plate (10), so that the tongue-like hooks (12) inserted into the openings (13) do not protrude beyond the lower edge (15) of the base plate (10).

The arrangement of the hooks (12) and openings (13) is such that one of the transverse webs (6 and 7) can protrude between the adjacent hooks and openings (13). Thus, the dispenser (3) can be positively connected to the carrier (2) by placing the housing (9) from the front of the carrier (2) onto the opening (5) and the base plate (10) from the rear of the carrier (2) connects to the housing. The webs (6 and 7) then extend through the assembled dispenser, and the tongues (8) also engage in the corner region of the dispenser (3) between the housing (9) and the base plate (10). In order to remove the dispenser (3) from the carrier (2), the carrier (2) must be destroyed by removing the webs (6 and 7) from the carrier (2) tears off. For this purpose, the strip (16) of the carrier (2) located next to the opening (5) provided laterally offset in the carrier (2) can be torn or even torn off.

A stack of blades (17) is accommodated in the dispenser (3), which is supported against the cover plate (19) of the housing () by means of a leaf spring (18), which is supported on the base plate (10) between the webs (6 and 7). 9) is pressed. On a front end of the housing (9) there is a slot-like opening (21) between the cover plate (19) and end wall (20), through which the blades can be pushed out individually. For this purpose, the cover plate (19) contains a rectangular opening (22) which is initially closed with a cover (23). With the aid of a tongue (24) serving as a handle, the cover (23) can be torn off the housing (9) so that the top blade is then exposed in the area of the opening (22) and, for example, with the thumb in the direction of the removal opening (21 ) and can be removed through it. The cover (23) serves both as protection against environmental influences and as protection against unauthorized removal of blades, for example if the device is still hanging on a sales stand and has not yet been properly purchased.

The leaf spring (18) presses not only the stack of blades (17) against the cover plate (19) of the housing (9), but also the base plate (10) on the hooks (12), so that between the walls (11 and 20th ) of the housing (9) and the base plate (10) there is a slot-shaped distance into which the webs (6 and 7) and the tongues (8) fit.

Although the leaf spring (18) is shown in FIG. 3 in the central region of the dispenser (3), in a preferred embodiment it is located near the end of the dispenser (3) containing the removal opening (21) so that it can hold the package or pushes the stack of blades (17) on one side towards the blade exit. It can also be installed vice versa as shown in the drawing.

The second embodiment of the device, shown in FIGS. 6 to 10, is also shown on an enlarged scale in order to show the individual parts better.

In this embodiment as well, the device (26) again consists essentially of two parts, namely a sheet-like or card-like carrier (27), for example made of cardboard, and a dispenser (28) which can be positively connected to the carrier to receive it individually taking blades.

The carrier (27) contains an approximately rectangular opening (29) approximately in the central region, into which rectangular tongues (30) protrude opposite one another from the longitudinal sides. At the lower end of the opening (29), another tongue (31) projects into the opening. A further rectangular opening (32) is provided in card-like support (27) closely above or at a short distance from the other end of the opening (29), the longitudinal extent of which extends at right angles to the longitudinal extent of the opening (29).

The dispenser (28) consists essentially of a box-shaped housing (33) which forms the upper part of the dispenser and a flat base plate (34). On the longitudinal walls (35) of the box-shaped housing (33) protruding hooks (36) are formed, which can be inserted through elongated openings (37) of the base plate (34) to form housing and (33) and base plate (34) connect permanently with each other. The tongue-shaped hooks (36) form a kind of snap connection with the openings (37), since both the housing (33) and the base plate (34) consist of limited resilient plastic.

Rib-shaped webs (38) are provided between the openings (37) of the base plate (34) on the underside of the base plate, so that the tongue-like hooks (36) inserted through the openings (37) do not project in sections over the underside of the base plate (34), but form practically continuous supports with the rib-like webs, as can best be seen from FIG. 8.

Rectangular recesses (39) are provided in the side walls (35) of the housing (33) between adjacent or successively arranged tongue-like hooks (36), which receive the tongues (30) of the carrier (27) when the housing (33) of put on top of the carrier (27) and the base plate (34) is attached from the underside to the housing (28). A further rectangular recess (42) for the tongue (31) is located on the end (41) of the housing (28) which points downward and has a removal opening (40) for pushing out individual blades.

The connection between the assembled dispenser (28) and the carrier (27) can only be released if the carrier (27) is destroyed, for example torn.

The base plate (34) is provided with numerous openings (43) in the middle area for reasons of weight and material savings.

On the top or on the inward-facing side of the base plate (34) near the end, which is located in the assembled dispenser (28) below the removal opening (40) in the housing (33), upstanding inclined teeth (44) are provided, can be inserted between the hinge pins (46) projecting laterally over an arcuate elastic spring (45) made of plastic with a snap fit from above. The opposite end (47) of the spring (45) rests freely on the base plate (34).

A blade stack (48) is accommodated in the dispenser (28) and is pressed by the spring (45) into the height of the removal opening (40) provided for the delivery of the individual blades. Slipping out of individual blades through a recess (50) located at the opposite end of the housing (33) above the base plate (34) and intended to receive a web (49) of the carrier (27) is provided by a recess in the interior of the housing (33) , up to the bottom plate (34) reaching pin (51) prevented.

In the top (52) of the housing (33) there is an elongated opening (53) which is closed by a cover strip (54) which and is connected to the housing (33) via a kind of film hinge (55) so that it lies lower than the surface of the housing (33). A tongue-shaped tab (56) provided on this cover strip (54) projects over the housing (33) and serves as a handle and initially projects into the opening (32).

In order to be able to remove blades from the dispenser (28), it is necessary to detach the cover strip (54) from the housing (32), which is easily possible by tearing the film hinge (55) when the cover strip (54) is attached the tab (56) is gripped and pulled upwards. However, this is only possible when the dispenser has been removed from the carrier (27) because the tongue (56) inserted in the opening (32) cannot be lifted up by the undestroyed carrier (27). Unauthorized opening of the dispenser is therefore not possible while the dispenser is still on the carrier (27).

However, if the dispenser is open, you can press through the opening (53) with your thumb on the top blade of the stack of blades (48) and slide this blade out of the dispenser (28) through the removal opening (40).

The dispenser (3) or (28) or at least its housing (9 or 32) is preferably made of transparent plastic in order to be able to present its contents in a clearly visible manner.

The holding device for blades to be sold, which is shown in the drawing, is an extremely useful sales aid, in which the blades do not have to be attached to a carrier by means of the same covering films, but are in a dispenser from which they are obtained after purchase the device and after removing a protective cover can be removed individually if necessary. Although the dispenser is attached to the carrier intended for hanging in such a way that it cannot be removed from it without destroying the carrier, it is not held on the carrier by means of a film covering it, so that the blades to be sold are not only special be presented advantageously, but the device serving as a sales aid can also be produced very inexpensively.

The holding device is not only a pure sales package, but also keeps the goods packaged until they are finally used. The device is extremely active in terms of sales because it provides a view of the packaged goods. In addition, the device can be manufactured inexpensively and provided with the goods. After all, the goods are also securely packaged, i.e. it cannot easily be removed without authorization and there is no risk of injury to the user.

Claims (7)

1. Device for retaining goods such as knife blades or the like for sale with a stiff sheet-like carrier (2, 27) preferably having an aperture for hanging, on which the goods are detachably secured in a dispenser (3, 28) against direct access and the dispenser comprises a two-part housing (9; 33) with removal openings which is secured in a recess (5; 29) provided in the carrier, portions of the carrier in the region of the recess projecting into the dispenser in the form of edge or corner regions, characterised in that, in order to achieve a connection between the carrier (2; 27) and the dispenser (3; 28) which can only be released by destruction of the carrier, the substantially rectangular recess (5; 29) in the carrier is of such a form that
   continuous webs (6, 7) or abbreviated webs (30, 31) in the form of tongues remain and engage mechanically above the floor (10, 34) of the housing of the dispenser (3; 28) through or into the housing, and edge or corner regions (8; 49) of the carrier project in a tongue-like manner into the correspondingly recessed housing (9; 33), both parts of the housing (9, 10; 33, 34) embracing the transverse webs, abbreviated webs or tongues in the assembled condition,
   and that for interconnecting the two parts of the housing (9, 10; 33, 34) and trapping the carrier there is provided a snap connection comprising hooks (12; 36) present on the longer walls (11; 35) of the box-shaped housing (9; 33), engaging elongated openings (13; 37) of matching shape present in the base (10; 34) of the housing, the transverse webs, abbreviated webs or tongues extending through recesses (39, 42, 50) on the dispenser between the snap connections.
2. Device according to claim 1,
   characterised in that the stiff sheet-like carrier (2) has in the region of its rectangular opening (5) at least one transversely extending continuous web or strip (6, 7) which extends through an opening of matching shape in the housing (9, 10) of the dispenser (3).
3. Device according to claim 1 or 2,
   characterised in that the stiff sheet-like carrier (2; 27) has in the region of its rectangular opening (5) at least one inwardly projecting tongue (8; 30, 31, 49), which engages in a recess (39, 42, 50) of matching shape in the housing (9, 10; 30, 34) of the dispenser (3; 28).
4. Device according to one of claims 1 to 3,
   characterised in that the dispenser (3; 28) comprises a box-shaped housing (9; 33) and a base plate (10; 34) for mounting on it from the opposite side of the carrier (2; 27), a compression spring (18; 45) being mounted in the dispenser (3; 28) between the base plate (10; 34) and a cover plate (19; 54) of the housing (9; 33),the spring urging the goods (17; 48) present in the dispenser into the region of the removal opening (21; 40).
5. Device according to Claim 4,
   characterised in that the removal opening (21; 40) is in the form of a small rectangular opening over the width of the cover plate (19; 54) of the housing (9; 33), the outlet opening (21; 40) being present in the edge region of the end face (20; 41) and cover plate.
6. Device according to claim 4,
   characterised in that the compression spring (18; 45) is arranged near the removal opening (21; 40) in the dispenser (3; 28).
7. Device according to claim 4 or 6,
   characterised in that the compression spring (45) is a bowed leaf spring, of which one end is pivotally connected to the base plate (34) of the dispenser (28).
