Claims (6)

1. Récipient d'ouvrir en déchirant, notamment pour sorbets ou produits analogues, obtenu dans une forme tridimensionnelle par des opérations de pliage et de fixation en commençant à partir d'une seule ébauche plate de feuille imperméable, relativement rigide et relativement souple, comprenant des portions de pans de jonction latérales par recouvrement (5, 6) et un fond fermé (19′), ceux-ci étant rendus hermétiques ou scellés, et une partie limite (7, 8, 9, 10, 11) de l'ouverture supérieure qui peut être scellée après avoir placé le sorbet ou produit analogue dans le récipient, ainsi que des moyens d'enlèvement (12, 13, 14) pour ôter par déchirement une partie supérieure du récipient de la partie restante du récipient, ce récipient étant caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend dans une position centrale un pan de paroi arrière (2) de forme trapézoïdale, comportant deux côtés longitudinaux opposés reliés au moyen d'une ligne de pliage sur des premiers côtés longitudinau correspondants respectifs d'un premier (3) et d'un second (4) pan de paroi latérale ayant la forme d'un triangle isocèle, qui comporte les côtés longitudinaux opposés aux premiers côtés reliés au moyen d'une ligne de pliage sur les premiers côtés longitudinaux respectifs d'un premier (5) et d'un second (6) demi-pan de paroi avant, ayant une forme trapézoïdale, pouvant être partiellement recouverts lors de l'étape d'assemblage et scellés l'un sur l'autre le long des côtés longitudinaux libres respectifs opposés aux premiers côtés de façon à former la jonction latérale à recouvrement, chacun des pans et des demi-pans ayant le côté supérieur relié par une ligne de pliage à un rabat respectif (7, 8, 9, 10, 11) de forme sensiblement rectangulaire, ces rabats formant la partie limite de l'ouverture supérieure du récipient, dont le fond fermé est formé, après l'assemblage, par scellement l'une sur l'autre des portions inférieures du pan de paroi arrière (2) et des demi-pans (5, 6) au niveau des côtés respectifs opposés aux côtés supérieurs, les pans et les demi-pans étant munis transversalement de moyens d'enlèvement, constitués par au moins une ligne de force réduite continue (12) aboutissant sur une extrémité par une languette de déchirure (14) faisant saillie intégralement à partir du côté libre longitudinal de l'un des premier et second demi-pans de paroi avant (5, 6), dans la portion supérieure de chacun des premier et second pans de paroi latérale (3, 4) des lignes de pliage (15, 16, 17, 18) étant formées, et disposées de manière à permettre, après l'assemblage, la réalisation d'une fermeture scellée ou hermétique de l'ouverture supérieure du récipient sous une forme tridimensionnelle par pliage ver l'intérieur des portions supérieures des premier et second pans de paroi latérale (3, 4) de façon à replier sur eux-mêmes les rabats (8, 9) respectivement associés aux premier et aux second pans de paroi latérale (3, 4) et pour amener le rabat (7) sur le plan de paroi arrière (2) en contact avec les rabats (10, 11) sur les premier et second demi-pans de paroi avant (5, 6) puis à sceller l'une contre l'autre les portions repliées sur elles-mêmes des rabats (8, 9) associés aux premiers et aux second pans de paroi latérale (3, 4) et le rabat (7) du pan de paroi arrièrre (2) en contact avec les parois (10, 11) sur les premier et second demi-pans avant (5, 6).
2. Récipient selon la revendication 1, dans lequel une seconde ligne de force réduite continue (13) parallèle à au moins une ligne de force réduite (12) est prévue de façon à former entre elles une bande pouvant être déchirée, se terminant par une languette de déchirure (14) ayant une largeur correspondant à celle de la bande et s'étendant intégralement à partir du côté libre longitudinal de l'un des premier et second demi-pans de paroi avant (5, 6).
3. Récipient selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel les lignes de pliage (15, 16, 17, 18) formées dans la portion supérieure de chacun des premier et second pans de paroi latérale (3, 4) comprennent deux lignes de pliage s'étendant à partir du point central du côté des pans (3, 4) qui forme le bord de l'ouverture supérieure du récipient, en relation opposée à une inclinaison de 45° par rapport à l'axe de ces pans, jusqu'à l'intersection des côtés longitudinaux respectifs des premier et second pans de paroi latérale (3, 4).
4. Récipient selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la feuille imperméable constituant l'ébauche monobloc plate est réalisée à partir d'un matériau thermosoudable.
5. Récipient selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le matériau de feuille thermosoudable imperméable est un matériau revêtu de polyéthylène.
6. Récipient selon la revendication 4 ou 5, dans lequel le scellement des portions se chevauchant des premier et second demi-pans de paroi avant (5, 6) et des portions se chevauchant des rabats relatifs associés (10, 11), des portions inférieures du pan de paroi arrière (2) et des demi-pans (5, 6) pour former le fond scellé du récipient et des rabats (7, 8, 9, 10, 11) associés au pan de paroi arrière (2), sur les premier et second pans de paroi latérale (3, 4) ainsi que sur les demi-pans de paroi avant (5, 6) pour former l'élément de fermeture scellé de l'ouverture supérieure du récipient, s'effectue par thermosoudage.
