Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wickelrollenlagerung, bestehend aus zwei an einem Maschinengestell befestigten Tragarmen mit nach oben hin offenen Lagerschalen, die Lagerflächen in Form von etwa mittig geteilten Hohlzylindern aufweisen, mit einer die Abrolldrehbewegung der Wickelrolle abbremsenden Einrichtung. Bei üblichen Wickelrollenlagerungen dieser Art besteht die Bremseinrichtung aus einem mit ihrem einen Ende an dem Maschinengestell befestigten Gurt, der derart über einen Teil des Umfangs der Wickelrolle gelegt ist, daß dessen anderes Ende frei über diese herabhängt, wobei an dieses freie Ende ein Gewicht angehängt ist. Aus der DE-PS 12 52 705 ist eine komplizierter aufgebaute Abwickelrollenbremse mit einem die Wickelrolle telweise umschlingenden Bremsband bekannt, das statt mit einem Gewicht mit einer Zugvorrichtung verbunden ist, die das Bremsband während des Betriebes mit veränderbarer Zugkraft spannt. Durch diese veränderbare Zugkraft kann die auf die Wickelrolle wirkende Bremskraft derart eingestellt werden, daß diese auch bei Abnahme des Wickelrollendurchmessers im wesentlichen konstant bleibt. Die bekannten Wickelrollenbremseinrichtungen mögen zufriedenstellend arbeiten, solange die Wickelrolle mit kontinuierlicher Drehung abgewickelt wird. Es gibt jedoch Anwendungsfälle, in denen die Materialbahn von der Wickelrolle aufgrund einer taktweisen nachfolgenden Verarbeitung intermittierend oder diskontinuierlich abgezogen wird, was bedeutet, daß die Wickelrolle bei jedem Takt beschleunigt und wieder zum Stillstand gebracht werden muß. Eine ähnlich diskontinuierliche Arbeitsweise ergibt sich, wenn in Intervallen von der Wickelrolle Materialbahnlängen zur Auffüllung eines Materialbahnspeichers abgezogen werden, aus dem dann die Materialbahn im Takt der Verarbeitung entnommen wird. Wird eine taktweise oder in kurz aufeinanderfolgenden Intervallen beschleunigte Wickelrolle durch ein auf deren Umfang wirkendes Bremsband abgebremst, so können sich insbesondere bei glattem Bahnmaterial die äußeren Lagen der Wickelrolle gegeneinander verschieben. Durch dieses Verschieben oder Verrutschen insbesondere lose gewordener Lagen können diese seitlich auswandern, so daß sich ein schräger Einlauf der Bahn in die Maschine ergibt, der zu erheblichen Faltenbildungen führen kann. Häufig kann eine schrägeinlaufende Bahn nicht mehr verarbeitet werden, so daß es zu Störungen kommen kann. Um ein Verschieben und Auswandern der äußeren Lagen der Wickelrolle durch deren Abbremsen an deren Umfang zu vermeiden, kann diese über die Wickelrollenwelle abgebremst werden. Bei einer aus der DE-PS 33 35 968 bekannten Wickelrollenbremse dieser Art wirken die Auflagerreaktionen über eine Pendelachse und einen kippbaren Hebel auf eine Bremsscheibe, die über eine mit einem Bremsbelag versehene Gegenscheibe die Wickelrollenwelle mit einer Bremskraft abbremst, die proportional zu dem Gewicht der Wickelrolle ist. Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe bei einer Wickelrollenlagerung der gattungsgemäßen Art dadurch gelöst, daß die Lagerfläche aus einer Schicht aus Vulkollan oder einem anderen Material mit ähnlich guten Verschleißeigenschaften und ähnlich hohen Reibwerten besteht. Vulkollan besitzt einen verhältnismäßig hohen Reibwert, so daß die Welle, die auf einer aus Vulkollan bestehenden Lagerfläche gelagert ist, abgebremst wird. Da die Reibkraft gewichtsproportional ist, wird die in dem erfindungsgemäßen Lager gelagerte Wickelrolle desto stärker abgebremst je größer ihr Wickeldurchmesser ist. Dies entspricht den Erfordernissen, weil zum Abbremsen einer Wickelrolle mit größerem Durchmesser eine größere Bremskraft als zum Abbremsen einer Wickelrolle mit kleinerem Durchmesser aufgewendet werden muß.
