Abstract

Um Hartstoffe bei kurzen Reaktionszeiten (rd. 1 - 10 ms) insbesonders auf dem Flugweg der Spritzteilchen in kosten­ günstiger Weise während des Lichtbogenspritzens erzeugen zu können, werden exotherm reagierende pulverförmige Ausgangs­ stoffe mit Hartstoffen und/oder metallischen und nicht­ metallischen Elementen und/oder Vorlegierungen in Pulver­ form zunächst mit organischen bzw. anorganischen Binde­ mitteln versetzt und hieraus durch Sprühtrocknung bzw. Agglomeration Verbundpulver hergestellt und anschließend zur Füllung von Hohldrähten verwendet.
Infolge des hierdurch gegenüber einer losen Pulvermischung verringerten Reaktionsweges und dem gleichzeitigen Frei­ setzen von Energie aufgrund stattfindender exothermer Reaktionen, wird der Hartstoffanteil in den gespritzten Schichten signifikant erhöht.
