Description
The subject matter of the invention relates to a packaging method for general cargo parts, in particular small parts of different or identical dimensions according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
When packing piece goods for transport or storage, it is a requirement to secure the goods in the packaging against slipping and / or colliding.
For general cargo parts of different or identical dimensions, known cardboard boxes or folding boxes can be used, in which form-fitting cushioning or compensating elements, packaging inserts, packaging films (DE-U-19 12 467, DE-U-17 70 573, DE-U-19 94 988 ) or fillers are used to protect the packaged goods.
The cushioning or compensating elements used in this packaging usually require a lot of work during packaging and take up a large part of the storage capacity.
Form-fitting packaging aids are usually even more expensive because they are only intended for the packaging goods that correspond to the shape. A packaging with an air cushion as a compensating element is known from WO 85/00151, the air cushion being able to be closed by means of a check valve which is arranged in the wall of the packaging container and is connected to the air poster and the packaging wall.
However, the use of such a valve device requires a higher manufacturing outlay.
A packaging method is known from US-A-35 14 157, in which the goods to be packed are stored in a transport container. The rest of the interior of the transport container is a foldable and flexible Plastic, rubber or airtight fabric bags. This bag has a valve which is guided outwards through an opening in the wall of the transport container. The bag is inflated with air via this valve so that the packaged goods can be transported in a shockproof manner in the transport containers. A disadvantage of this method, however, is that the packaging is relatively cumbersome and time-consuming.
The invention is therefore based on the object of proposing a packaging method in which the protection of the packaged goods during transport and storage is ensured simply and quickly using simple and inexpensive means.
This object is achieved by the features specified in claim 1.
The process according to the invention achieves the advantage that the packaging process is simplified and that the process sections can be carried out easily and quickly manually or automatically.
Gaszufuhreinrichtung,
Figur 2- einen Verpackungsbehälter nach Figur 1 nach Beendigung des Füllvorgangs,
Figur 3- einen Verpackungsbehälter nach Figur 1 mit Einlaßkanal.
- Figure 1
- a packaging container with inserted piece goods seen from the side in section with a schematically indicated air or gas supply device,
- Figure 2
- a packaging container according to Figure 1 after completion of the filling process,
- Figure 3
- a packaging container according to Figure 1 with inlet channel.
In Figure 1, the packaging container is designated (1).
The piece goods parts (2) are placed in the packaging container (1), which is preferably designed as a cardboard box or folding box, and the packaging container (1) is closed.
The cushion or compensating element, which is preferably designed as a plastic bag (3), is then passed through an opening (5) arranged in the packaging container (1) in the state not filled with air or gas and filled with gas or air.
Nach diesem Füllvorgang wird der Luft- bzw. Gaseinlaßkanal (4) des Polster- bzw. Ausgleichselementes von der Luft- bzw. Gaszufuhreinrichtung (7) abgetrennt und verschlossen. After this filling process, the air or gas inlet channel (4) of the cushioning or compensating element is separated from the air or gas supply device (7) and closed.
The device for inserting the cushioning or compensating element into the packaging can have a nozzle (6). In addition, the device is connected to the air or gas supply device (7). The nozzle (6) can be connected to the air or gas inlet channel (4) according to FIG. 1. After the filling process or after reaching the required pressure, the air or gas inlet channel (4) z. B. closed by a film sealing and separation process.
Gaseinlaßkanal (4).A particularly advantageous embodiment of the plastic bag (3) provides for the air or gas inlet channel (4) to be tubular and to be welded to the plastic bag (3) in such a way that there is only a small passage opening for the air supply. The plastic bag (3) and the air or gas inlet channel (4) are made of film tubes. The film tubes can be made of different or the same material or different or the same material thickness. For the plastic bag (3), a correspondingly long piece of film tube is welded at one end. The hose for the air or gas inlet channel (4) is inserted into the opening of the bag thus created. The two hoses are welded together so that only a small passage opening for the air supply remains in the inlet duct (9). The weld seam closes the plastic bag (3) and connects it at the same time in the area of the inlet duct (9) with the air or gas inlet duct (4).
As shown in Figure 3, one end of the air or gas inlet channel (4) extends into the interior of the plastic bag (3) and acts as an automatically closing lip valve. In order to fill the plastic bag (3) with air or the like, the nozzle of an air supply device is guided into the inlet channel (9) and the plastic bag is filled. The nozzle is then pulled out of the inlet channel (9). By the pressure prevailing in the plastic bag (3) is closed off in the manner of a lip valve by the opening (10) of the air or gas inlet channel located in the plastic bag (3). A particular advantage is that the channel (4) remains securely closed even with minimal excess pressure in the plastic bag (3) and prevents the air or the like from flowing back. After the filling process, it is possible to return the air or gas inlet duct (4) into the packaging container (1), to separate it or to glue it to the outer wall of the packaging container.
