Claims (3)

1. Vorrichtung zum Bewerkstelligen einer Vordrehung mittels Reibung an einem faserigen Material, mit einem Gehäuse (8), an dem zwei Endlosriemen (1, 2) angebracht sind, die geneigt zueinander verlaufen, die auf zwei Paaren an Rollen (3, 4, 5, 6) angeordnet sind, und die zwei in gegenseitigem Kontakt befindliche Trums aufweisen, wobei das faserige Material (7) in dem Bereich zwischen den Riemen durchläuft, in dem diese in Berührung miteinander stehen, und zwar einerseits derart, daß diese ihm eine Vordrehung verleihen und andererseits dazu neigen, den gebildeten Faden zu transportieren, und wobei die Vorrichtung folgendes als Kombination enthält:
- Mittel zum Verändern der Neigung der beiden Riemen (1, 2) zueinander;
- Mittel zum Steuern des Druckes (oder des Abstandes) der Riemen untereinander;
- Mittel zum Drehantreiben der Tragrollen der Riemen (1, 2) sowie zum Einrücken bzw. Ausrücken derselben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragrollen (3, 4, 5, 6), die die beiden Riemen (1, 2) tragen, mittels zwei Paaren an Tragarmen (9, 10, 11, 12) am Gehäuse (8) befestigt sind, wobei
- einer der Tragarme (10, 12) eines jeden Paares der Wirkung von Druckmittel ausgesetzt ist, um die Spannung jedes Riemens (1, 2) sicherzustellen;
- wobei zumindest einer der beiden anderen Tragarme (9, 11) derart am Gehäuse (8) befestigt ist, daß er um eine Achse verschwenkbar ist, damit der Druck der beiden Riemen untereinander regelbar ist, wobei die Parallelität zwischen den Achsen der Rollen außer Acht gelassen werden kann;
- wobei die äußeren Enden der Tragarme (9, 10, 11, 12) an denen die Tragrollen (3, 4, 5, 6) befestigt sind, geneigt verlaufen, um den gewünschten Winkel zwischen den beiden Riemen (1, 2) zu erreichen.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Tragrollen (3, 4) oder (5, 6) jedes Riemens (1, 2) verschiedene Durchmesser aufweisen, wobei diejenige Rolle (4, 6), die am weitesten vor dem Gehäuse (8) angeordnet ist, deutlich unter der anderen Rolle angeordnet ist, wobei die Oberflächen der Rollen und der von diesen getragenen Riemen zum einen zumindest eine fortlaufende Rille und zum anderen zumindest einen entsprechend erhabenen Bereich aufweisen, wodurch eine raumfeste Positionierung der Riemen (1, 2) erreicht wird, und zwar trotz der Nicht-Parallelität, die zwischen den Achsen vorhanden sein kann, und wobei dies der Fall ist, wie auch immer der Winkel der Riemen (1, 2) ist.
3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Antreiben der Antriebsrollen (3, 5) jedes Paares an Rollen mittels eines Endlosriemens (22) erreicht wird, der beiden Rollen gemeinsam ist.
