Abstract

In a file folder (1) which consists of a back (2) and a cover (3), which are connected to one another by a folded back strip (4), a tab (10) is provided between the back (2) and the cover (3) in the region of the fold (5), which tab is connected to the file folder (1). Tongues (13, 14), extending in the region of the fold (5) essentially parallel to the fold (5), are punched free out of the back (2).
