- the first connector part 11 of the connector 10 fits into a known antenna socket 40 (FIG. 1) according to DIN 41 585, which is fastened, for example, to a rear wall 41 of a car radio.

- a capacitor is required because the comparatively larger connection capacity of new vehicle antennas has to be adapted to the input capacity of the previous car radios. Since the capacitor 63 is in series with the inner conductor of the antenna cable, it causes a reduction in the capacitance effective at the input of the car radio.

- the condenser 63 is a tubular condenser 80 which is plugged onto a piece of wire 81 and whose inner coating 82 is connected to the piece of wire by soldering.
- An outer coating 83 of the tubular capacitor is preferably connected to a collar 84 of the inner conductor part 61 by soldering.
- the wire piece 81 has no galvanic connection to the inner conductor part 61.
- An end 85 of the wire piece 81 protruding from the tubular capacitor 80 is connected directly to the inner conductor part 62 (cf. FIG. 11) by soldering.
- a coupling part 90 known per se according to the previous standard is connected via a cable piece 91 to an angled plug 92, which corresponds to the angled plug 53 according to FIG. 1, according to FIG. 12.
- a one-piece design of coupling part 90 and angle plug 92 is not possible because of the small installation depth available for a car radio and the plug connection between the antenna input of the car radio and the antenna cable of the vehicle antenna.
