Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a sealed wall connection in double floors for clean rooms or the like. The floor panels are installed elevated on footrests.
It is known to arrange rectangular profile tubes laid in a grid on the footrests of raised floors, between which the base plates are arranged and their corners are placed on the footrests. The respective lightweight wall is sealed on these rectangular profile tubes for the purpose of dividing the space. However, wall mounting is cumbersome and also requires drilling the base plates. In addition, the floor panels in the wall area are difficult to remove when the need arises. In addition, the numerous joints between the rectangular profile pipes laid in the grid and the base plates, which remain visible in the area of the wall connection, are undesirable for various reasons (e.g. due to dirt accumulation).
Raised floors are also already known, in which profiled rails laid in a grid on the footrests are arranged in a concealed manner and only one joint remains between adjacent floor plates. However, the profile rails are used exclusively for the static bracing of the raised floor.
The invention has for its object to provide an easy to manufacture, sealed wall connection in raised floors for clean rooms or the like. In which adjacent floor panels only limit a joint that is covered in the area of the wall connection and in the area of a connected wall, the floor panels can be easily and quickly dismantled and reinstalled if necessary.
- a) the wall to be connected is connected at its bottom edge to connecting profile rails, the width of which corresponds at most to the wall thickness,
- b) the connecting profile rails are supported on support bodies provided at least on the footrests between the base plates
- c) the connection rails extend with their underside from the center in opposite directions obliquely outwards and upwards and
- d) elastically flexible seals are provided between both sides of the wall and the adjacent floor panels.
With this construction, the base plates can advantageously be supported with their corners on the footrests, while the wall is supported on support bodies via the connecting profile rails
are provided at least on the footrests. The installation of this wall connection is extremely simple and due to the special design of the bottom of the Connection profile rails can also be quickly and easily disassembled and reinserted in the area of the connected wall if necessary. The resilient seals between the two sides of the wall and the adjoining floor panels are particularly necessary for pressurized clean rooms and they can be deformed sufficiently elastically when the floor panels are removed in the area of a connected wall without losing their functionality. It is also important with this solution that all the slabs of the double floor, including those in the area of the wall connection, can have the same square floor plan and that only one joint is present between adjacent floor slabs, which is covered by the connected wall.
- a) the wall to be connected is connected at its bottom edge with connecting rails, the width of which corresponds at most to the wall thickness.
- b) the connecting rails are supported on at least on the foot supports provided support between the base plates and
- c) the connecting profile rails lie with their two longitudinal edges sealed on the adjacent base plates and these longitudinal edges are designed to be resilient. Instead of the seals to be attached laterally to the wall in accordance with the first solution, the longitudinal edges of the connecting profile rails are advantageous in the second solution formed as sealing elements, the z. B. create the required seal between wall and raised floor in pressurized clean rooms. This solution is therefore characterized by a structural simplification, the connecting profile rails fulfilling two functions simultaneously.
Further embodiments of the invention emerge from the subclaims. Thus, the support body can consist of pins co-axially screwed into the footrests, which are connected to the connecting profile rails by screws, the pins extending upwards through cavities which are formed by blunting the corners of adjacent base plates. The cavities with the unused peg-shaped support bodies can be easily closed by cover plates.
- a) the connecting profile rails have a central, downwardly projecting longitudinal web,
- b) limit the base plates on both sides of the wall to be connected a gap to accommodate the longitudinal web of the connecting rails and
- c) the connecting rails are connected with their longitudinal web with support bodies which are formed by profiles laid in a conventional manner in a grid on the footrests between the base plates. In this embodiment of the invention, the profiles acting as support bodies are concealed in the raised floor, ie they are closed off at the top by overlapping cover plates on the raised floor panels. Only those on both sides of the The existing floor panels to be connected have a different format from the others, in order to be able to form the gap for the appropriate accommodation of the longitudinal web of the connecting profile rails. This means that corresponding overlapping sections of the cover plates are missing in these base plates. The mentioned gap between adjacent floor panels is covered by the connecting profile rails or the wall upwards and between the adjacent floor panels removed from the connected wall there is advantageously only one joint each.
A further development of the invention is characterized in that the connecting profile rails have a U-shaped longitudinal web, from the two upper longitudinal edges of which wall sections extend downwards at a lateral distance, the lower longitudinal edges of which are bent outwards and are resilient and sealing on the adjacent base plates rest, and that the wall to be connected with a longitudinal rib or similar protrusions can be inserted into the open top web of the connecting rails. These connection rails can e.g. B. from inexpensive sheet metal material.

In Fig. 1, a part of a double floor for a clean room is shown, which is to be divided by a wall (10) made of a lightweight construction. The raised floor consists of numerous self-supporting floor slabs (11) which are supported by their corners on footrests (12). The footrests (12) are set up on the bare floor (13) of the clean room and the height can be adjusted to level the floor plates (11). The clean room can be a manufacturing room for e.g. B. micro-components or a measuring, laboratory or the like. In the exemplary embodiments according to FIGS. 1 to 6, the base plates (11) consist of a supporting grate made of square tubes (14) welded to one another, on each of which a cover plate (15) and, in turn, a walking surface (16) are attached. The bottom plates (11) can, as indicated in Fig. 4, be firmly connected to their footrests (12) by screws.
In the exemplary embodiments according to FIGS. 1 to 5, profiles (17) in the form of rectangular tubes are laid between the base plates (11) in a grid on the footrests (12). These profiles (17) are normally covered by protruding sections (18) (Fig. 4) of the cover plates (15) and the walking surface (16). In the area of the wall (10) to be connected, however, sections (18) projecting on all sides on each base plate (11) are separated in order to form a gap (19), the purpose of which will be explained below.
At the bottom edge (20) of the wall (10) to be connected, one or more connecting rails (21) are attached, for. B. glued. The width of this connecting profile rail (21) corresponds to the width of the wall (10) in the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 3. The connecting profile rail (21) has a centrally formed, downwardly projecting longitudinal web (22) which fits exactly into the gap (19) between adjacent base plates (11). When the wall (10) is connected, this longitudinal web (22) of the connecting profile rail (21) is supported on the square tubes or profiles (17) lying in alignment, the width of which corresponds approximately to the width of the longitudinal web (22). These profiles (17) therefore form support bodies for the wall (10) which remove their weight on the footrests (12). The connecting profile rail (21) is connected by screws (23) to the profiles (17) arranged in alignment. Depending on the length of the wall (10) to be connected, one or more connecting profile rails (21) can be provided, the underside (24) of which extends obliquely outwards and upwards in opposite directions from the central longitudinal web (22). Due to this measure, the adjoining base plates (11) can be easily and quickly removed and reinserted when the wall (10) is connected. On both sides of the wall (10) are also elastically flexible strip-shaped seals (25) attached, for. B. glued, which resiliently rest on the adjacent floor panels (11) and produce a seal between the wall (10) and the double floor, which is required in clean rooms, in which there is generally a slight excess pressure.
Otherwise the same conditions are present as in FIG. 3 and the same parts are therefore identified by the same reference numbers. The connection rail (21 ') can, for. B. are made of galvanized sheet steel and it has a U-shaped longitudinal web (26), which is supported with a connected wall (10 ') on the aligned profiles (17) and screwed to them. From the upper longitudinal edges of the U-shaped longitudinal web (26), wall sections (27) are bent outwards and downwards, the lower longitudinal edges (28) bent outwards resting resiliently and sealingly on the covering (16) of the adjoining base plates (11), and under the influence of the weight of the wall (10 '), which with a longitudinal rib (29) on its underside (20) fits into the open longitudinal web (26) of the connecting profile rail (21').
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 6, the connecting profile rail (21˝) does not have a central longitudinal web, but its underside is composed of a strip-shaped, central, flat longitudinal section (30) and of sections which run obliquely outwards and upwards in opposite directions ( 24), similar to the embodiment of FIG. 3. The connecting profile rail (21˝) is here only supported on pins (31) and each with a screw (32) with them connected. The pins (31) are screwed with a threaded section (33) into a corresponding threaded hole in the footrests (12), these footrests (12) being aligned with the wall (10) to be connected. However, it is also possible to equip all the supports (12) of the double floor with such pins (31) in order to be able to carry out wall connections at any point on the double floor, in which case the pins (31) which are not required can be covered by caps (not shown). The pegs (31) extend upwards through cavities (34) which are formed by blunting the corners of four base plates (11) which meet on a footrest (12). These cavities (34) between the base plates (11) can therefore have a square outline and, as already mentioned above, can be covered by caps when the pins (31) are not used.
