Definitions
- the invention relates to a fastening for a staircase according to the preamble of the main claim.
- a generic ceiling hole frame is described in DE-GM 74 02 111.
- This known ceiling hole frame is height-adjustable and serves as a frame for a flight of stairs, the formwork for the ceiling opening being omitted, since the ceiling hole frame itself forms the formwork.
- the frame can be concreted in without any formwork and thus creates a veneer of the cross-section of the ceiling. It is equipped with bolts as holding elements, which are intended to allow the installation of the actual staircase and are welded on.
- the invention has for its object to improve the generic ceiling hole frame in that an arbitrary connection of the holding elements for the stairs is possible and that thereby occurring dimensional differences can be easily compensated for in the manufacture of the building.
- the ceiling hole frame with a preferably circumferential, possibly dovetail-shaped groove that narrows towards the open side, so that the retaining elements for the parts at any point on this groove and thus this ceiling hole frame of the stairs to be installed.
- These holding elements themselves are in turn variable and consist of two clamping plates which are inserted into the groove and anchor themselves in the deepest part of the groove, these clamping plates being held by threaded rods so that their height can be adjusted as desired.
- These threaded rods then simultaneously wear step shoes, which surround the step heads in a frame shape and into which the step heads are inserted. It can be seen from this that any desired stair width and thus also any stair runs, such as straight stair flights, 1/4 and 1/2-curled stair flights can be turned right and left and any step height can be used despite the use of a prefabricated fastening.
- the frame preferably has threaded screw sleeves on its upper side or also on its lower side, which can include the installation of additional components for later home design.
- Fig. 1 designates a perforated ceiling frame which has a vertical wall 2 and a lower horizontal flange 3 and an upper horizontal flange 4.
- the ceiling hole frame 1 delimits a concrete ceiling, part of which is shown at 5. It has the advantage that it can be made to the specified dimensions and can be laid at the same time as the conventional ceiling formwork.
- the profile height of the ceiling hole frame 1 determines the ceiling thickness and the ceiling 5 can be pulled off smoothly via the upper horizontal flange 4.
- a threaded screw sleeve 6 is provided in the upper flange 4, into which additional components 7 can be screwed, the threaded screw sleeve 6 being made by so-called blind screw during the concreting work ben is closed.
- circumferential groove 8 holding elements 9 can be used and fastened, which serve to hold the actual stairs.
- the groove 8 is designed in a circumferential manner, any connection possibility is given.
- the holding elements 9 are shown larger in FIG. 2 and, in the exemplary embodiment shown, consist of two clamping plates 10 and 11, which are arranged so as to be freely displaceable on a threaded rod 12.
- the clamping plates 10 and 11 have finger tabs 14 and 15 at their end facing away from the fastening end with respect to the threaded rod 12, the finger tabs of the upper clamping plate 10 being directed downward and two finger tabs 14 arranged at a distance from one another, while the finger tab 15 is on the lower clamping plate 11 is directed upwards and sits in the middle of the clamping plate so that it can reach through the two finger tabs 14 of the upper clamping plate 10.
- clamping plates 10 and 11 lie close together and the finger lobes 14 and 15 are extended up and down and lie in the deepest of the groove 8.
- the clamping plates 10 and 11 are in the embodiment shown in FIG Example secured by simple screws on the threaded rod 12, while in the embodiment shown in Fig. 2 screw sleeves 16 and 17 are provided, which perform the same function as the screws in Fig. 1, but also offer the possibility that the thread of Threaded rod 12 covering decorative sleeves 18 can be used in these screw sleeves, where they are fixed, for example, by a grub screw 19.
- a height compensation option is achieved by the threaded rods 12.
- the threaded rods 12 continue to wear step shoes 20 which have a receiving space 21 into which the head of a stair step can be inserted.
- This stairway step head then has a bore through which the threaded rod 12 passes through the step shoe.
- this step head shown in FIG. 2 offers the possibility that the steps are provided with a carpet covering and the butt seam of this covering lies inside the step shoe and is hidden here.
- FIG. 3 22 and 23 each denote a handrail which can be arranged on the threaded rods 12. Otherwise, the same reference numerals are used as in Fig. 1 and 2 and it is off This representation can be seen particularly clearly that it is possible without difficulty to move the retaining elements 9 engaging in the groove 8 of the frame 1 in the direction of the frame and thus to achieve any desired winding or design of the stairs. Furthermore, it is clear from the illustration in FIG. 3 that by using the threaded rods 12, which are equipped with an external thread, any desired height adjustment of both the stepped shoe 20 and the holding elements 9 with respect to the frame 1 is possible.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a fastening for a staircase according to the preamble of the main claim.
A generic ceiling hole frame is described in DE-GM 74 02 111. This known ceiling hole frame is height-adjustable and serves as a frame for a flight of stairs, the formwork for the ceiling opening being omitted, since the ceiling hole frame itself forms the formwork. The frame can be concreted in without any formwork and thus creates a veneer of the cross-section of the ceiling. It is equipped with bolts as holding elements, which are intended to allow the installation of the actual staircase and are welded on.
The invention has for its object to improve the generic ceiling hole frame in that an arbitrary connection of the holding elements for the stairs is possible and that thereby occurring dimensional differences can be easily compensated for in the manufacture of the building.
This object on which the invention is based is achieved by the teaching of the main claim.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind in den Unteransprüchen erläutert.Advantageous configurations are explained in the subclaims.
In other words, it is proposed according to the invention to equip the ceiling hole frame with a preferably circumferential, possibly dovetail-shaped groove that narrows towards the open side, so that the retaining elements for the parts at any point on this groove and thus this ceiling hole frame of the stairs to be installed. These holding elements themselves are in turn variable and consist of two clamping plates which are inserted into the groove and anchor themselves in the deepest part of the groove, these clamping plates being held by threaded rods so that their height can be adjusted as desired. These threaded rods then simultaneously wear step shoes, which surround the step heads in a frame shape and into which the step heads are inserted. It can be seen from this that any desired stair width and thus also any stair runs, such as straight stair flights, 1/4 and 1/2-curled stair flights can be turned right and left and any step height can be used despite the use of a prefabricated fastening.
Subsequent changes to the stairs are also facilitated by the attachment.
The frame preferably has threaded screw sleeves on its upper side or also on its lower side, which can include the installation of additional components for later home design.
- Fig. 1 shows schematically a section through the ceiling hole frame, in
- Fig. 2 on a larger scale the individual components for the holding elements to be connected to this ceiling hole frame and in
- Fig. 3 schematically shows a side view on a reduced scale on a step arrangement when using the perforated ceiling frame.
In Fig. 1, 1 designates a perforated ceiling frame which has a
In the exemplary embodiment shown, a threaded screw sleeve 6 is provided in the upper flange 4, into which
In the
In this
The
The threaded
Not shown in the drawing is the possibility that elastic support plates are provided in the step shoes for the step heads to be accommodated, so that any sound transmission is prevented. In addition, this step head shown in FIG. 2 offers the possibility that the steps are provided with a carpet covering and the butt seam of this covering lies inside the step shoe and is hidden here.
The advantages achieved by the arrangement described above are clearer from the illustration in FIG. 3. In FIG. 3, 22 and 23 each denote a handrail which can be arranged on the threaded
With this arrangement, it is possible in the simplest possible way to compensate for dimensional tolerances that occur during the manufacture of a building and to achieve any desired staircase configuration despite a uniformly manufactured fastening.
