Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a bed made of a hammock and a frame, of which the frame has at least one keel-like, multi-plug bending beam consisting of elements, and that the deformation of the bending beam serves as an overload protection. The frame is suitable for the additional attachment of protective screens and / or to form a tent and can be disassembled into a packing bag.
In order to be free from the local possibilities for hanging hammocks, independent racks for hammocks have been proposed, for example in CH-A-473 553. This frame, which essentially consists of two collapsible runners, has the disadvantage that the spread position of the runners cannot be locked. Such a frame can change the position of the runners when the hammock swings sideways under load so that the frame can ultimately tip over. A locking of the collapsible runners has been recommended in DE-A-25 40 693, while DE-A-27 02 593 proposes cross struts for a collapsible version in order to keep the runners at a fixed distance.
While these suggestions do not appear to reach maturity in commercialization, a construction from the HEINE "Garden Ideas" catalog / 1987 is known. This hammock lounger consists only of a "U" -shaped console and two skids rotated 90 ° to this console, arranged parallel to the floor and practically fully resting on them. The hammock is attached to the leg ends of the console, and the bed extends between the leg ends. The console is obviously designed in such a way that it has sufficient security against breaking under normal loads. Not least for this reason, it is designed as a stationary, relatively massive, domestic facility, which should help to relax in the gazebo or on the terrace in the mild season. Due to the heavy, massive frame some qualities of the hammock get lost - an ingenious construction of the original inhabitants of America, because these net-like couches are not least very light and therefore as non-local "soft furniture" top products of humane living culture. The problem of hanging the hammock was originally solved by natural local conditions, for example two trees, or by two poles stuck at a certain distance. The frame mentioned at the outset, representative of other similar solutions of the prior art, enables the hammock to be suspended on a stand that can be folded or dismantled on the floor and on which the hammock is pivotally mounted. In other words: the problem of hanging the hammock without using local conditions can be regarded as successful due to the state of the art frame construction, but the price for this is the loss of mobility due to heaviness, unwieldiness, disproportionate need for transport volume. In addition, the frames according to the state of the art are characterized by a lack of adaptability in the field. The same applies to the lounger with sunroof and tarpaulin proposed in US Pat. No. 2,353,220 in order to cover the hammock frame laterally.
The aim of the invention is therefore to create a hammock couch without these disadvantages, for example, to be able to use it unrestrictedly for picnics and camping, that is to say in leisure time and in the great outdoors. These couches should be easy to transport in cars, but also on bicycles, and protect the user against wind, sun and weather with additional tarpaulins. Thanks to these properties, the loungers should ideally serve as beds or even as accommodation for expeditions or for people in need.
In order to achieve these ambitious goals, extreme lightweight construction is sought. It is a particular advantage that a soft deflection of the mat suspension under load, in contrast to the constructions of the prior art, is even promoted by the suspension deforming so much in the event of overload that the apex of the hammock touches the ground and thereby protecting the user from falling and preserving the construction from damaging overload. In the style of this gentle technique, the use of classic connecting elements is preferably avoided. For example, with a preferred embodiment, where the frame is supported by a keel-like bending beam on four stick-like legs, instead of a fitting, an envelope with Velcro lining and pockets on the opposite side is used to hold the stick-like legs. For the design of the bending beam and legs, fiber composite materials and for the envelopes, high-strength, rot-proof fabrics made of synthetic fibers are provided. Great attention is paid to the plug connections, because they must be designed so that they are protected from dirt and corrosion.

Das Gewicht der Liege ohne Zelt beträgt etwa 5 kg - mit Zelt und Hängematte etwa 8 kg.It is important to ensure that the pockets 7.2, which are used to hold the legs 6.1 to 6.4, as shown in FIG. 1, are aligned. The tapes 7.3 and 7.4 are then wrapped around the
The weight of the bed without a tent is about 5 kg - with a tent and hammock about 8 kg.
