Definitions
- the invention relates to a couch made of a hammock and a frame, of which the frame has at least one keel-like, multi-plug-in bending beam consisting of elements, and that the deformation of the bending beam serves as an overload protection device, the frame being used for additional attachment of protective screens and / or Forming a tent is suitable and can be disassembled into a packing bag.
- This hammock lounger consists only of a “U” -shaped console and two skids rotated by 90 ° to this console, arranged parallel to the floor and practically fully supported on these runners.
- the hammock is attached to the leg ends of the console, and the bed extends between the leg ends.
- the console is obviously designed in such a way that it has sufficient security against breaking under normal loads. Not least for this reason, it is designed as a stationary, relatively massive, domestic facility, which is supposed to help you relax in the gazebo or on the terrace in the mild season.
- the problem of hanging up the hammock without using local conditions can be regarded as successful thanks to the state-of-the-art frame constructions, but the price for this is the loss of mobility due to heaviness, unwieldiness, and unreasonable need for transport volume.
- the frames according to the state of the art are characterized by a lack of adaptability in the field.
- the aim of the invention is therefore to create a hammock couch without these disadvantages, for example, to be able to use it unrestrictedly for picnics and camping, ie in leisure time and in the great outdoors.
- These couches should be easy to transport in cars, but also on bicycles, and protect the user against wind, sun and weather with additional tarpaulins. Thanks to these properties, the loungers should ideally serve as beds or even as accommodation for expeditions or for people in need.
- the bed 1 shown in Fig. 1 consists of the hammock 2 and a frame 3, of which the frame has a keel-like, multi-plug bending beam 4.

- Such cap-like connections 5 can be produced from water-resistant, high-strength fabrics made of polyester fibers, which are known, for example, under the brand names TERILEN, DAKRON and BAINBRIDGE.
- the bending beam 4 can for example be made of high-strength aluminum tube, which is drawn conically from aluminum-copper alloy, and has a strength of 500 - 600 N / mm2, or consist of epoxy resin-bonded, wound carbon fiber tubes.
- the legs 6.1 to 6.4 can be made of the same materials and can have similar dimensions and mechanical properties as the ski poles. Depending on the nature of the subsurface, the legs 6.1 to 6.4 can be supported either on a plate 8, which can be made of a glass-reinforced polyamide, for example, or in a hardened steel tip (not shown) in order to provide the best conditions for soft and hard floors create.
- the connection of the bending beam 4 to the legs 6.1 to 6.4 is shown with an envelope 7 (see FIG. 3).
- This envelope 7 is lined with Velcro 7.1 inside.
- Velcro strips are also preferably glued with an epoxy adhesive in the area of the envelope 7, so that between the bending beam 4 or. the intermediate piece 4.2 and the envelope 7 when creating a firm connection. It is important to ensure that the pockets 7.2 that are used to hold the legs 6.1 to 6.4, as shown in FIG. 1, are aligned. The tapes 7.3 and 7.4 are then wrapped around the envelope 7 and tied together to secure the connection.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a couch made of a hammock and a frame, of which the frame has at least one keel-like, multi-plug-in bending beam consisting of elements, and that the deformation of the bending beam serves as an overload protection device, the frame being used for additional attachment of protective screens and / or Forming a tent is suitable and can be disassembled into a packing bag.
In order to be free from the local possibilities for hanging hammocks, independent racks for hammocks have been proposed, for example in Swiss patent specification 473 553. This frame, consisting essentially of two collapsible runners, has the disadvantage that the spread position of the runners cannot be locked. Thus, when the hammock swings sideways under load, such a frame can change the position of the runners so that the frame can ultimately tip over. Locking the collapsible runners has been recommended in German 0S 25 40 693, while German 0S 27 02 593 suggests cross braces for a collapsible version to keep the runners at a fixed distance.
While these suggestions do not seem to reach maturity in commercialization, a construction from the HEINE "Garden Ideas" catalog / 1987 is known. This hammock lounger consists only of a "U" -shaped console and two skids rotated by 90 ° to this console, arranged parallel to the floor and practically fully supported on these runners. The hammock is attached to the leg ends of the console, and the bed extends between the leg ends. The console is obviously designed in such a way that it has sufficient security against breaking under normal loads. Not least for this reason, it is designed as a stationary, relatively massive, domestic facility, which is supposed to help you relax in the gazebo or on the terrace in the mild season. Due to the heavy, massive frame, some qualities of the hammock - an ingenious construction of the original inhabitants of America - are lost, because these net-like couches are not least very light and therefore, as non-localized "soft furniture", top products of humane living culture. The problem of hanging the hammock was originally solved by natural local conditions, eg two trees, or by two poles stuck at a certain distance. The frame mentioned at the beginning, representative of other similar solutions of the prior art, enables the hammock to be suspended on a floor-standing collapsible or disassembled frame on which the hammock is pivotally mounted. In other words, the problem of hanging up the hammock without using local conditions can be regarded as successful thanks to the state-of-the-art frame constructions, but the price for this is the loss of mobility due to heaviness, unwieldiness, and unreasonable need for transport volume. In addition, the frames according to the state of the art are characterized by a lack of adaptability in the field. The aim of the invention is therefore to create a hammock couch without these disadvantages, for example, to be able to use it unrestrictedly for picnics and camping, ie in leisure time and in the great outdoors. These couches should be easy to transport in cars, but also on bicycles, and protect the user against wind, sun and weather with additional tarpaulins. Thanks to these properties, the loungers should ideally serve as beds or even as accommodation for expeditions or for people in need.
In order to achieve these ambitious goals, extreme lightweight construction is sought. In contrast to the constructions of the prior art, a soft deflection of the mat suspension under load is permitted, even promoted by the suspension deforming to such an extent that the failure point of the hammock touches the ground, and thereby protecting the user from falling and protecting the construction from damaging overload. In the style of this gentle technique, the use of classic connecting elements is preferably avoided. For example, in a preferred embodiment, where the frame is supported by a keel-like bending beam on four stick-like legs, an envelope with Velcro lining and pockets on the opposite side is used instead of a fitting for receiving the stick-like legs. For the design of the bending beam and the legs, fiber composite materials and for the envelopes, high-strength, rot-proof fabrics made of synthetic fibers are provided. Great attention is paid to the plug connections, because they must be designed so that they are protected from dirt and corrosion.

Fig. 3) gezeigt. Das Gewicht der Liege ohne Zelt beträgt etwa 3 bis 4 kg - mit Zelt etwa 5 kg.The bed 1 shown in Fig. 1 consists of the
