Abstract

Le matériau composite comporte une phase liante, constituée par une matrice métallique ou céramo-métallique et une phase fibreuse de renforcement répartie uniformément dans cette matrice. La phase fibreuse est constituée par des fibres céramiques, séparées ou sous forme de nappe, et recouvertes d'un revêtement mince de protection en un matériau choisi parmi le groupe comprenant le carbone, le bore et les carbures, nitrures, borures, carbonitrures et oxydes des métaux de transition.
