- the invention relates to an air rifle, pistol or similar weapon, comprising a breech, a barrel, a cylindrical housing connected to said breech opposite said barrel, a magazine holder, an ejector chamber, a ejector means and a loading and pressure outlet tube by which, when loading said weapon, a cartridge is brought into such a position that when firing the weapon the pressurized medium, via the outlet tube, is brought into contact with a cylindrical case portion of said cartridge and a pellet connected to said cylindrical case portion will be moved through the barrel outwardly the ejector means ejecting a used cylindrical case portion on completion of the next loading cycle.

- the compression cylinder is held in the position in which the pressure outlet tube is positioned in the cylindrical case portion of a cartridge after loading of the weapon by either a pressure spring or a locking catch activated by the cocking arm at the breech.

- the compression cylinder is provided with an ejection chamber cover plate formed by a partly circular element extending from the end of the compression cylinder and protruding into the breech directly above the ejection chamber during a loading position of thy weapon, an opening being present in the cover plate between the compression cylinder and the breech to assure that an empty cylindrical case portion is ejected when the weapon is loaded.

- the cartridge which has to be used is held in position by the pressure of the spring 17 from below and by the underside of the empty cylindrical case 22 from above.
- the piston 5 is engaged by the trigger unit and is held in that position.
- An ejector chamber cover plate 27 is also attached to the compression cylinder 4 to hold the empty cylindrical case 22 in the chamber 25 until the pressure outlet tube 11 has passed into the next cylindrical case portion 22, at which moment the ejector chamber 25 is opened and the empty cylindrical case 22 is ejected.
- Said ejection is provided by a projecting portion 26, see Fig. 4, mounted to the partly circular plate 27 having a diameter corresponding to the width of the channel 20, said plate 27 being an elongation of the compression tube 4 and having an opening 27a which, during re-loading of the weapon, that means when the pressure outlet tube 11 is brought into a cartridge, is coming to lie beside the ejector chamber 25 so that the cylindrical case portion may leave said ejector chamber.

Claims (7)
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Kugel (21) sich innerhalb der zyklischen Hülse (22) der Patrone (19) befindet, wobei die zylindrische Hülse (22) das Lade- und Druckauslassrohr (11) umfasst nachdem die Kugel (21) beim Laden der Waffe aus der zylindrischen Hülse (22) in den Lauf (2) bewegt ist, und die zylindrische Hülse (22) beim Entladen der Waffe als eine Druckabdichtung wirkt.
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass nach Ladung der Waffe der Kompressionszylinder (4) in der Stellung gehalten wird, in der das Druckauslassrohr (11) sich in der zylindrischen Hülse (22) einer Patrone (19) befindet, durch entweder eine Druckfeder (9) oder eine Sperrklinke, die durch den Spannarm an dem Verschluss (13) betätigt wird.
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Patronen (19) sich in einem auswechselbaren, federbelasteten Magazin (15) befinden, welche Patronen (19) nach einander in die Ladestellung gebracht werden.
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Kompressionszylinder (4) mit einer Abdeckplatte (27) der Auswerfkammer (25) versehen ist, die durch ein teilweise kreisförmiges Element gebildet wird, das sich von dem Ende des Kompressionszylinders (4) erstreckt und während einer Ladestellung der Waffe in den Verschluss (13) direkt oberhalb der Auswerfkammer (25) hineinragt, wobei eine Öffnung (27a) in der Abdeckplatte zwischen dem Kompressionszylinder (4) und dem Verschluss (13) vorgesehen ist um zu garantieren, dass eine leere zylindrische Hülse (22) ausgeworfen wird, wenn die Waffe geladen wird.
dadurch gekennzeichnet
dass ein gewöhnliches Diabolo oder eine andere Kugelform (21) sich vollständig innerhalb einer zylindrischen Hülse (22) befindet.
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die zylindrische Hülse (22) sich von der Innenbohrung ab nach aussen verjüngt um einen glatten Eingang des Druckauslassrohrs (11) in diese zu erlauben.
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die zylindrische Hülse (22) mit einer kreisförmigen Innennut (23) versehen ist.
