Abstract

The overhead cable mountain railway has the cable (1) formed in a continuous loop with turn round pulleys (2,3) at each end of the loop. The cable is guided by groups of pulleys (4) to enable the cable cars to avoid any obstacles. Each cable car is attached to the cable by an arm in the form of an inverted L. The horizontal part of the arm has a clamping device to grip the cable. This horizontal part is so dimensioned that it can extend over the guide pulleys when the direction of curvature of the cable strand (6) is such that the cable lies on the side of the guide pulley (4) opposite to the vertical part of the arm which supports the cable car.

Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Umlauf­seilbahnanlage mit Ablenkung des Zug-Tragseilverlaufes.The present invention relates to a circulating ropeway installation with deflection of the course of the supporting cable.

Bekannt ist das Problem, den Verlauf eines Zug-Tragseiles in einer Umlaufseilbahnanlage seitlich abzulenken, wenn sich die Ablenksführungen bzw. -rollen außerhalb des vom Tragseil gebildeten Ringes befinden, d.h. wenn die Spann­klemme mit ihren Backen derart ausgerichtet ist, daß die Aufhängung gemeinsam mit dem Fördermittel zur die Ab­lenksführungen tragende Stütze gewandt ist. Durch diese vorgefundene Schwierigkeit wurden bis jetzt nur wenige Umlaufsseilbahnanlagen mit einer seitlichen Ablenkung des Tragseilverlaufes ausgerüstet. Sehr häufig besteht jedoch das Bedürfnis den Verlauf des Zug-Tragseiles derart abzu­lenken, daß das Fördermittel an eine für den Abstieg oder den Aufstieg des Benützers geeignete Stelle, etwa in der Nähe der Station gebracht wird oder aber um Hürden im Ge­birge zu umgehen.The problem is known of laterally deflecting the course of a traction cable in a cable car system when the deflection guides or rollers are located outside the ring formed by the cable, i.e. if the clamping clamp is aligned with its jaws in such a way that the suspension, together with the conveying means, faces the support carrying the deflection guides. Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt darin, die­sen Mangel zu beheben und eine Umlaufseilbahnanlage vor­zuschlagen, die derart gestaltet ist, daß die durch die Stützen der Ablenksführungen gebildeten Hürden überwunden werden, sobald das Zug-Tragseil mit der Klemme mit ihrem Trum im Inneren der Führung oder der Rolle läuft. Eine weitere Aufgabe liegt darin, Schwankungen der Aufhängun­gen in einer zum Zugseil senkrechten Ebene zu verhindern. 1 - Umlaufseilbahnanlage mit Ablenkung des Zug-Tragseil­verlaufes, bestehend aus einem zwischen einer talsei­tigen und einer bergseitigen Seilscheibe gespanntem Zug-Tragseil, aus einer Vielzahl von mit dem Zug-Tragseil über jeweils eine Aufhängung mittels einer Spannklemme verbundenen Fördermittel, wobei längs des Zug-Tragseilverlaufes an mindestens einer zweckmäßigen Stelle eine mit oben freien Führungen versehene Stütze vorgesehen ist, welche dazu bestimmt sind, die Trums des vom Zugseil gebildeten Ringes seitlich abzulenken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erwähnte Klemme (19) einen länglichen Körper (20) aufweist, der sich senkrecht und mit Abstand vom Zug­seil derart erstreckt, daß jede, das Zug-Tragseil (1) ins Ringinnere drückende Führung überbrückt wird, wobei das dem Befestigungsende am Zugseil (1) abge­wandte Ende der Klemme auf einem Auflager (26) des Ablenkabschnittes eines jeden Seiltrums (1) derart gleitbar ist, daß die Aufhängung (17) gegenüber dem Zugseil (1) im wesentlichen in einer gewünschten Stellung gehalten wird.1 - Circulating ropeway system with deflection of the train-carrying rope course, consisting of a tension-carrying rope stretched between a valley-side and a mountain-side rope sheave, from a multiplicity of conveying means connected to the train-carrying rope via a suspension by means of a tension clamp, whereby along the train-carrying rope course at at least one convenient point there is a support provided with free guides which are intended to laterally deflect the strands of the ring formed by the traction cable, characterized in that the mentioned clamp (19) has an elongated body (20) which is extends vertically and at a distance from the traction cable in such a way that each guide pushing the traction cable (1) into the ring interior is bridged, the end of the clamp facing away from the fastening end on the traction cable (1) on a support (26) of the deflection section of each cable strand (1) is slidable in such a way that the suspension (17) with respect to the traction cable (1) essentially is held in a desired position. 2 - Umlaufseilbahnanlage gemäß Anspruch 1, dadurch ge­kennzeichnet, daß am dem Ende der Klemmbacken (21, 28) abgewandten Ende der Klemme (19) eine Rolle (25) vorgesehen ist, die oben auf dem Auflager (26) ab­wälzbar ist, sobald das Zugseil (1) mit Backen (21, 18) der Klemme (19) auf der Ablenksführung (4, 14, 16) gleitet, wobei das genannte Auflager (26) sich in einer derartigen Stellung befindet, daß Verschwenkun­ gen der Klemme (19) in einer zum Zugseil (1) senk­rechten Ebene verhindert werden.2 - circulating ropeway system according to claim 1, characterized in that at the end of the clamping jaws (21, 28) facing away from the end of the clamp (19) a roller (25) is provided, which can be rolled on top of the support (26) as soon as the pull rope (1) with jaws (21, 18) of the clamp (19) slides on the deflection guide (4, 14, 16), said support (26) being in a position such that pivoting against the clamp (19) in a plane perpendicular to the pull cable (1). 3 - Umlaufseilbahnanlage gemäß den vorhergehenden Ansprü­chen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erwähnte Füh­rung mindestens eine Flanschrolle (14ʹ, 16) ist.3 - cable car system according to the preceding claims, characterized in that said guide is at least one flange roller (14ʹ, 16). 4 - Umlaufseilbahnanlage gemäß Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erwähnte Auflager durch eine rohrförmige Führung (26) gebildet ist.4 - cable car system according to claim 1 and 2, characterized in that said support is formed by a tubular guide (26). 5 - Umlaufseilbahnanlage gemäß den Ansprüchen 1, 2 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erwähnten Führung (26, 26ʹ) eine Gegenführung (36, 36ʹ) gegenüberliegt, die mit dem Auflager (26, 26ʹ) eine trichterförmige, in einer im wesentlichen vertikalen Ebene am Eingang und am Ausgang des Ablenkabschnittes angeordneten Einladung bildet.5 - circulating ropeway system according to claims 1, 2 and 5, characterized in that said guide (26, 26ʹ) is opposite a counter-guide (36, 36ʹ), which is funnel-shaped with the support (26, 26ʹ), in a substantially vertical Level forms at the entrance and exit of the deflection section arranged invitation.
