Abstract
Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Umlaufseilbahnanlage mit Ablenkung des Zug-Tragseilverlaufes.The present invention relates to a circulating ropeway installation with deflection of the course of the supporting cable.
Bekannt ist das Problem, den Verlauf eines Zug-Tragseiles in einer Umlaufseilbahnanlage seitlich abzulenken, wenn sich die Ablenksführungen bzw. -rollen außerhalb des vom Tragseil gebildeten Ringes befinden, d.h. wenn die Spannklemme mit ihren Backen derart ausgerichtet ist, daß die Aufhängung gemeinsam mit dem Fördermittel zur die Ablenksführungen tragende Stütze gewandt ist. Durch diese vorgefundene Schwierigkeit wurden bis jetzt nur wenige Umlaufsseilbahnanlagen mit einer seitlichen Ablenkung des Tragseilverlaufes ausgerüstet. Sehr häufig besteht jedoch das Bedürfnis den Verlauf des Zug-Tragseiles derart abzulenken, daß das Fördermittel an eine für den Abstieg oder den Aufstieg des Benützers geeignete Stelle, etwa in der Nähe der Station gebracht wird oder aber um Hürden im Gebirge zu umgehen.The problem is known of laterally deflecting the course of a traction cable in a cable car system when the deflection guides or rollers are located outside the ring formed by the cable, i.e. if the clamping clamp is aligned with its jaws in such a way that the suspension, together with the conveying means, faces the support carrying the deflection guides. Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt darin, diesen Mangel zu beheben und eine Umlaufseilbahnanlage vorzuschlagen, die derart gestaltet ist, daß die durch die Stützen der Ablenksführungen gebildeten Hürden überwunden werden, sobald das Zug-Tragseil mit der Klemme mit ihrem Trum im Inneren der Führung oder der Rolle läuft. Eine weitere Aufgabe liegt darin, Schwankungen der Aufhängungen in einer zum Zugseil senkrechten Ebene zu verhindern. Eine weitere Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung besteht überdies darin, eine Lösung zu diesem Problem vorzuschla gen, die kostengünstig und leicht ausführbar ist.The object of the present invention is to remedy this deficiency and to propose a circulating ropeway system which is designed in such a way that the hurdles formed by the supports of the deflection guides are overcome as soon as the train carrying cable with the clamp with its strand inside the guide or the role is running. Diese und andere Aufgaben der vorliegenden Erfindung werden durch eine Umlaufseilbahnanlage mit Ablenkung des Zug-Tragseilverlaufes gelöst, bestehend aus einem zwischen einer talseitigen und einer bergseitigen Seilscheibe gespanntem Seil, aus einer Vielzahl von mit dem Zugseil über jeweils eine Aufhängung mittels einer Spannklemme verbundenen Fördermittel, wobei längs des Verlaufes des Zug-Tragseiles an mindestens einer zweckmäßigen Stelle eine mit oben freien Führungen versehene Stütze vorgesehen ist, wobei diese Führungen die Trums des durch das Seil gebildeten Ringes seitlich ablenken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erwähnte Klemme einen länglichen Körper aufweist, der sich senkrecht zum Zug-Tragseil und mit Abstand von diesem derart erstreckt, daß jede das Zug-Tragseil ins Ringinnere drückende Führung überbrückt wird, wobei das dem Ende zur Befestigung am Seil abgewandte Klemmenende auf einer Auflage des Ablenkabschnittes eines jeden Seiltrums derart gleitbar ist, daß die Aufhängung gegenüber dem Seil im wesentlichen in einer gewünschten Stellung gehalten wird.These and other objects of the present invention are achieved by a circulating ropeway system with a deflection of the course of the carrying cable, consisting of a rope stretched between a valley-side and a mountain-side rope sheave, and a plurality of conveying means connected to the rope by means of a suspension by means of a tensioning clamp, whereby along the course of the traction carrying cable at at least one convenient point a support provided with free guides is provided, these guides laterally deflecting the strands of the ring formed by the cable, characterized in that the clamp mentioned has an elongated body which is extends perpendicularly to and at a distance from the train carrying cable such that each guide pressing the train carrying cable into the ring interior is bridged, the end of the clamp facing away from the end for fastening to the cable being slidable on a support of the deflecting section of each cable run in such a way that the suspension is held substantially in a desired position with respect to the rope.

Um die Verlaufsrichtung des Seiles 1 zu verändern, sind außen und innen eines jeden Trums 5, 6 des Zugseiles 1 Rollen 4 vorgesehen. Bei den genannten Figuren trägt eine zweckmäßig mit dem nicht gezeichten Boden verankerte Stütze 7 oben eine Traverse 8, die ihrerseits an in wesentlichen spiegelbildlichen Stellen Halter 9, 10 trägt, an die jeweils eine Konsole 11, 12 befestigt ist. In der Konsole 11 ist eine drehbare mit vertikaler Achse 13 angeordnete Flanschrolle 14 aufgenommen, die den Trum 5 des Zugseil 1 ins Innere des von ihm gebildeten Rings ablenkt. In der Konsole 12 hingegen ist mit vertikaler Drehachse 15 eine Ablenkrolle 16 drehbar gelagert, die den Trum 6 des Zug-Tragseils 1 ins Innere des von ihm gebildeten Ringes ablenkt. An den Trums 5, 6 des Zugseils 1 sind Fördermittel, z.B. nicht gezeigte Sessel mittels einer auf schwenkbarer Weise in Fahrtrichtung in 18 an den Endabschnitt einer Klemme 19 befestigten Aufhängung 17 aufgehängt, wobei das andere Ende der Klemme am Zugseil 1 festgespannt ist. Wie weiters in der Figur 3 gezeigt, weist jede Klemme 19 einen Körper 20 auf, an dessen einem Ende die festliegende Klemmenbacke 21 ausgebildet ist, während er am anderen Ende auf schwenkbare Weise mittels eines Lagers 22 die Aufhängung 17 eines nicht gezeigten Fördermittels trägt. Am Endabschnitt, neben dem Lager 22 ist zudem in 24 eine Rolle 25 drehbar gelagert. Diese letzere ist dazu bestimmt, auf einer Führung oder einem Auflager 26 zu gleiten, sobald das Zugseil 6 durch die Ablenkrolle 16 abgelenkt wird. Im Körper 20 ist überdies gleitbar eine Zugstange 27 aufgenommen, die dazu bestimmt ist in bekannter Weise die bewegliche Backe 28 am Zugseil 1 um den an der festen Backe 21 angeordneten Drehpunkt 29 zu beaufschla gen. Dazu drückt die Zugstange 27 mit ihrem kegelstumpfförmigen Endabschnitt 30 auf eine Ringschulter 31 in der beweglichen Backe 28. Diese Beaufschlagung ist auf eine Feder 23 zurückzuführen, die zwischen einer inneren Ringschulter 33 des Körpers 20 und einem Ring 34 zusammengedrückt wird, der gleitbar am freien Ende der Stange 27 und in Anschlag in bekannter Weise am genannten Ende befestigtem Gegenlager 35 angeordnet ist. Die Bestandteile der Klemme 19 werden nicht eingehender erläutert, da sie den Stand der Technik bilden, sowie auch die Klemmen 19 selbst anderer bekannter Art sein könnte.As further shown in FIG. 3, each
Es ist zu bemerken, daß die Klemme 19 die Flanschrolle 16 "überbrückt", die dazu bestimmt ist, den Trum 6 des Zugseils 1 ins Innere des von ihm gebildeten Ringes abzulenken. Um Schwankungen der Aufhängung 17 in einer zum Zugseil 1 senkrechten Ebene zu vermeiden, die Stöße der Klemme 19 auf die Flanschrolle 16 im Bereich der Ablenkrollen selbst verursachen könnten, ist mindestens ein Auflager 26, hier jedoch auch eine obere Gegenführung 36, vorgesehen. Das Auflager und die Gegenführung bilden miteinander eine trichterförmige Einladung am Eingang und am Ausgang des Ablenkbereiches, um die Achse der Klemme 19 im wesentlichen horizontal zu tragen und so einen "weichen Übergang" oberhalb der Rolle 16 zu ermöglichen. Mindestens das Auflager 26 kann vorzugsweise ein im Querschnitt rohrförmige Gestalt aufweisen, wie dies klar aus Figur 3 in 26 hervorgeht, um so Schneeanhäufungen, wie z.B. bei einer flachen Führung, zu vermeiden.It should be noted that the
