Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum gesteuerten,
dosierten Füllen von Metallpulver in Preßformen, mit der
eine geringe Lage- und Formabweichung der Preßteile, ihre
hohe Maßgenauigkeit und Gleichmäßigkeit der Materialdichte
erzielt werden soll.
Erfindungsgemäß wird dazu der aus dem Werkzeugbereich beweg
bare Füllschuh (1) mit einer Blendenverschlußeinrichtung in
der Bodenplatte (2) versehen, die über eine Hebelanordnung
erst geöffnet wird, wenn der Füllschuh (1) unmittelbar über
dem Werkzeugfüllraum positioniert ist. Über eine Kurve (16)
wird die Blendenverschlußeinrichtung gesteuert. Vor dem
Wegbewegen des Füllschuhs (1) aus dem Werkzeugbereich wird
die Blende geschlossen. Die wesentlichen Vorteile bestehen
in der Vermeidung eines Schatteneffektes und dem Erhalt
einer gleichmäßigen Pulverdichte beim Einfüllvorgang.

According to the invention, the movable filling shoe (1), which can be moved from the tool area, is provided with an aperture closure device in the base plate (2), which is only opened via a lever arrangement when the filling shoe (1) is positioned directly above the tool filling space. The shutter device is controlled via a curve (16). The cover is closed before the filling shoe (1) is moved away from the tool area. The main advantages are the avoidance of a shadow effect and the maintenance of a uniform powder density during the filling process.
