Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum Reinigen der Dichtungsflächen der Planierlochrahmen an den Türen von Horizontalkammer-Verkokungsöfen, bei der ein mechanisch betätigtes Reinigungswerkzeug nach Öffnen der betreffenden Planiertür gegen die zu reinigende Dichtungsfläche des Planierlochrahmens vorschiebbar ist.The invention relates to a device for cleaning the sealing surfaces of the bulldozer frame on the doors of horizontal chamber coking ovens, in which a mechanically operated cleaning tool can be pushed against the sealing surface of the bulldozer frame to be cleaned after opening the bulldozer door in question.
Eine derartige Reinigungseinrichtung ist aus der DE-OS 29 14 419 bekannt. Obwohl diese Einrichtung durchaus zufriedenstellend arbeitet, wird es doch als nachteilig empfunden, daß bei ihrer Anordnung auf der Koksausdrückmaschine diese hierfür eine zusätzliche Arbeitsstellung anfahren muß.Such a cleaning device is known from DE-OS 29 14 419. Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, die Reinigungseinrichtung der gattungsgemäßen Art derart auszubilden, daß die Reinigung der Dichtungsfläche in Planierstellung erfolgen kann, d.h. ein Verfahren der Koksausdrückmaschine zwischen dem Reinigungs- und dem Planiervorgang entbehrlich ist. Der Antrieb des Wagens 11 erfolgt von einem Hydraulikzylinder 15 aus, der bei 16 an der Planierschleuse 8 gelenkig gelagert ist. Der Hub des Kolbens des Hydraulikzylinders wird über einen Querträger 17, mit diesem verbundene und beiderseits der Planierschleuse bei 18 gelagerte Winkelhebel 19 und Lenker 2o auf den Wagen 11 übertragen. Der Hub des Kolbens ist hierbei so bemessen, daß das mit dem Wagen 11 verbundene Reinigungswerkzeug 12 die gesamte Dichtungsfläche 6 bestreicht und diese von anhaftenden Kondensaten säubert. Die obere und untere Endstellung des Wagens 11 ist in Fig. 1 mit durchgezogenen bzw. strichpunktierten Linien eingezeichnet. Beide Endstellugen können durch Futterbleche 21 und 22 variiert werden, die einerseits an einem Anschlag 23 und andererseits am Lager 16 angebracht werden können. An den Winkelhebeln 19 sind ferner Anschläge 24 bzw. 25 angeordnet, die mit Endschaltern 26 bzw. 27 zusammenwirken. Hier nicht eingezeichnete, von den Endschaltern betätigte Zeitrelais bewirken hierbei das exakte Erreichen der beiden Endlagen.The
Aus den Zeichnungen, insbesondere aus Fig. 1, ist deutlich ersichtlich, daß das Reinigungswerkzeug in seiner oberen und unteren Endlage die Planieröffnung vollkommen freigibt, so daß die Planierstange ungehindert in die Ofenkammer einfahren kann. Das bedeutet, daß der Planiervorgang einerseits und der Reinigungsvorgang an der Dichtungsfläche des Planierlochrahmens andererseits in derselben Stellung der Koksausdrückmaschine erfolgen kann.
