Description

A.A spinning system according to the preamble is known from EP 122 464-A1 and GB 1 350 496-A.

Here, at least one heating chamber wall is movable in such a way that the spinning head can be clamped between the movable walls of the shaft.

This ensures good heat transfer between the heating box and the spinning head.

The spinning system according to GB 1 350 496-A is disadvantageous because the shaft between the two parts of the heating chamber remains open at the top, so that strong convection and thus considerable heat losses and uneven temperatures must be expected here.

In addition, the disadvantage of the known design is that the spinning head can only be removed from the top of the heating box and that the heating chamber parts must be detached from each other.

Die Befestigung der Haltevorrichtung in dem nicht dargestellten Heizkasten ist in der DE 24 29 654-A1 nicht erwähnt.DE 24 29 654-A1 has finally disclosed a holding device for spinneret plates in extrusion presses, in which the nozzle plate and the filter are built into a holding device and held in position by support strips which are inserted into a circumferential groove in the holding device becomes. The attachment of the holding device in the heating box, not shown, is not mentioned in DE 24 29 654-A1.

The object of the invention is to provide the connection between the heating box and the spinning head in such a way that heat convection is avoided, that the spinning head can also be installed and removed from below with a cuboid design, and that metallic heat contact between the shaft walls of the heating box and the side walls of the spinning head good heat transfer from the heating box to the spinning head takes place in such a way that there are practically no temperature differences between the two.

Anspruch 2.The solution results from the characterizing part of claim 1 or claim 2.

The contact surfaces are according to claim 1 for installation direction, i.e. inclined to the vertical and also to the horizontal. They can be aligned parallel to each other. They must be inclined so that they can transfer the weight and pressure of the spinning head to the heating box using the support bar. The support strips have mutually opposite surfaces which are adapted to the contact surfaces on the spinning head or heating box. Therefore, there is metallic contact between the heating box and the spinning head via the support strips.

Due to the contact surfaces according to claim 2, groove-shaped recesses (longitudinal grooves) are formed in the opposing walls of the spinning head and the heating box. When installed, the interfaces of these longitudinal grooves overlap. The support strips are shaped so that they are enveloped by the cross section of the longitudinal grooves in their overlapping state.

In one embodiment of the invention, in which the support strips are pushed in the longitudinal direction into the overlapping longitudinal grooves in order to install the spinning head in the heating box, or are pulled out of the longitudinal grooves for removal in the longitudinal direction, the support strips have in essentially the same cross section as the overlapping longitudinal grooves.

This longitudinal movement of the support strips may be structurally difficult. A further embodiment of the invention avoids this Disadvantage in that the longitudinal grooves are each designed as a section of a common circular cylinder and that the support strips are designed as a section of the same circular cylinder. The central angle - based on the cross-section - of the support bar corresponds approximately to the central angle that the groove - in cross-section - of the heating box. By turning the support bar, the support bar for removing and installing the spinning head disappears essentially flush behind the corresponding shaft wall of the heating box. In a different rotational position, the support bar protrudes into the shaft area and supports the spinning head via the corresponding contact surfaces on the spinning head and the shaft chamber wall.

In order to achieve the largest possible contact surface on the spinning head and heating chamber and good guidance of the support strip during its rotation, the center line of the imaginary circular cylinder that circumscribes the longitudinal groove is not created in the joint between the shaft wall and the spinning head wall, but in the direction of the shaft wall relocated. The center line preferably lies in the shaft wall, and preferably at a distance from the shaft wall which corresponds to 10 to 15% of the diameter of the circular cylinder. Since the cross section of the support bar essentially corresponds to the cross section of the longitudinal groove in the shaft wall of the heating box, the support bar now comprises a cylindrical jacket with a central angle of more than 180 °. This enlarged jacket is now available for establishing the metallic contact between the spinning head and the heating chamber.

Particularly in the case of the last-mentioned mounting of the spinning head, in which the spinning head is released solely by rotating the support strips, there is a risk that this rotation will occur unintentionally. For this reason, a safety latch is provided which prevents the spinning head can accidentally fall out of its holder. The safety bolt is preferably designed so that it can be automatically relaxed by a carrying device which is moved under the spinning head, for example with a mechanical lifting device.

The invention is described below using exemplary embodiments.

The heater box 1 is only partially shown in all the figures. The heating box 1 consists of closed chambers which are filled with a heated liquid or a vapor that condenses on the walls. The chambers together form a shaft into which the spinning head 2 is inserted. Above the spinning head is the pump block or another heat transfer block 3, which rests on all sides on the support surfaces 6 and closes the shaft tightly at the top. The melt line 5 comes through the pump block 3. The melt line 5 then penetrates the seal 7 and the piston 8, which is slidably guided in the spinning head 2. Membrane 9 seals the lower part of the spinning head 2. The lower part of the spinning head is filled by filter 10, which lies on the distributor body 11, by seal 13, which seal the distributor body 11 and the nozzle plate 12 against one another, and by nozzle plate 12, which lies on the support surfaces 14 of the spinner head. The seal is described in EP-OS 12 24 64. However, other seals are also conceivable, for example self-sealing sealing tubes which are introduced into the melt line and the interface between them due to the melt pressure Seal the pump block and spinning head. The spinning head 2 is a cuboid housing that is wider in the transverse plane (drawing plane) than in the longitudinal plane perpendicular to it. The contours of the shaft that the heating chamber forms essentially correspond to the contours of the spinning head 2. Therefore, the transverse and longitudinal walls of the spinning head nestle against the shaft walls with the tightest possible play. However, there is a gap so that the spinning head can be easily inserted into the shaft and removed from the shaft.

The longitudinal walls (perpendicular to the plane of the drawing) of the spinning head 2 and the heating box 1 have longitudinal grooves, namely 17 and 18 on one and 19 and 20 in the lower region of the spinning head, that is to say approximately at the height of the nozzle plate. When the spinning head 2 is in the installed state, these longitudinal grooves 17 and 18 or 19 and 20 overlap. A longitudinal groove is therefore formed which is essentially closed in cross section and into which - in the picture - the support strip 15 is inserted on the right and the support strip 16 is inserted on the left.

Longitudinal grooves 17 and 18 in heating box 1 and / or in the heating box 1 and attached in the spinning head 2. In the installed state of the spinning head 2, which is shown in FIG. 3A, the two longitudinal grooves form a circular cross section, that is to say they describe a circular cylinder jacket. The center M of this circular cylinder jacket is not in the gap between the walls of the heating box 1 and the spinning head 2, but laterally offset in the area of the heating box 1. The distance A from the shaft wall of the heating box 1 is preferably 10 to 15% of the total diameter. The support bar 15 has the same diameter, but is partially in the longitudinal direction cut off so that its cross-section essentially corresponds to the cross-section of the longitudinal groove 17 in the shaft wall of the heating box 1. If the spinning head is to be removed or installed, the support bar 15 is rotated so that it lies essentially flush with the shaft wall of the heating box 1 or disappears slightly behind it or only slightly protrudes beyond it. The spinning head can now be installed or removed using a lifting platform 27. When the spinning head 2 has reached its installation position according to FIG. 3A, the support bar 15 is rotated so that it touches the bearing surface in the region of the longitudinal groove 18 as far as possible.

The lifting device 27 can now be lowered again. The spinning head 2 is supported and held over its bearing surface in the region of the longitudinal groove 18 and over the circumference of the support strip 15 on the bearing surface of the longitudinal groove 17 on the heating box 1. A bolt 23 is straight in the straight guide 24 parallel to the underside of the spinning head 1 and pressed by spring 25 into the opening region of the shaft. The bolt has a sliding surface 26 which is inclined to the horizontal. When the lifting device 27 moves into the area of the shaft, the bolt - as shown in FIG. 3B - is pushed laterally out of the shaft area so that the spinning head can be lowered. If the stage is lowered again, the bolt 23 moves into the fall area. In this way, the bolt 23 prevents the spinning head from falling out of the shaft of the heating box 1 if the support strip 15 is inadvertently rotated without the spinning head 2 being supported from below.

Im Bereich des Schachtes besitzt der zylindrische Bolzen 15 eine Abflachung 29.Fig. 5 shows a section through the spinning system essentially through the longitudinal axis of the support bar 15. The support bar 15 can be seen, which is designed as a round bolt. This round pin is rotatably mounted in a hole. The hexagon 28 is used for turning using a wrench. In the area of the shaft, the cylindrical bolt 15 has a flattened portion 29.

Fig. 4 shows an alternative to the attachment of the spinning head according to Fig. 1 or 3A, 3B. The difference is that the longitudinal groove 18 is attached to the spinning head 2 on the lower longitudinal edge. This construction can be justified statically, because anyway only the part of the support surface 18 absorbs the weight that lies above the horizontal plane passing through the common center M. With this construction, however, it can be achieved that the heating box 1 protrudes slightly further down over the spinning head 2, so that a warm air cushion is formed in the area of the shaft 30 that remains free below the spinneret.

A further alternative, which represents the principle of the invention, is shown in the detailed drawing according to FIG. 2. Here the longitudinal grooves have a prism-shaped cross section. The prism angle is preferably 90 °. The two longitudinal grooves complement each other to form a square, preferably a parallelogram, preferably a rectangle or square. The support strips 15 and 16 (the latter is not shown) have a corresponding cross section, that is to say a rectangular cross section in the case shown. They are supported on the contact surfaces 21 and 22. The bearing surfaces 21 and 22 are inclined both with respect to the horizontal and to the vertical such that the weight and the compressive forces on the spinning head 2 can be transmitted to the spinning head 2 via the support bar 15. In this version, it is necessary for installation and removal to pull the support strips in the longitudinal direction out of the overlapping longitudinal grooves or to push them back into the longitudinal grooves.

The particular advantage of the invention is that, on the one hand, there is a very simple installation and removal option for the spinning head, the shaft being hermetically sealed at the top and the spinning head being able to be installed and removed from below. Despite this simple operation a metallic, good heat-conducting contact can be made between the heating box and the spinning head. On the one hand, this metallic contact is quite large, since the support strips extend on the long sides over the entire length of the rectangular spinning head. There is also the advantage that the gap between the shaft walls on the one hand and the walls of the spinning head on the other hand is closed in the lower region by the metallic support strips, so that no air exchange can take place here.

It should be mentioned that, if necessary, corresponding strips, which are arranged at a somewhat higher or lower level, can also be provided for the transverse walls. However, it has been shown that the temperature uniformity can already be achieved in that metallic contact occurs in the area of the long sides.
