Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to medical devices or equipment, in particular to devices for imitating human walking with restricted mobility.
The development of motor dysfunctions is generally associated with the fact that, under normal conditions, the support zones of the feet, Achilles tendon and other systems such as muscular are loaded actively and in a certain order after walking. However, under conditions of limited mobility, these support zones are not exposed to any other usual effects while walking, which ultimately leads to the disturbances in the static-kinetic regulation.
A device for the rehabilitation of lower extremities is known (see, for example, SU-PS 791 377, IPK 3 A 61 H 1/02, published in the sheet "Discoveries, Inventions, Industrial Designs, Trademarks", H. 48, 1980, VT Grublyak and others), which provides two spring-loaded platforms hinged to the base. In the upper part of the platforms mentioned, holes are cut out and a removable holding device is arranged, while on the side flanks of the platforms and, accordingly, also on the side flanks of the base, graduated scales and hands are provided in kg for measuring the compressive force when the spring compresses the extremities in Develop during the rehabilitation. Brackets are provided on the platforms for the extremities. Depending on the depth of rehabilitation, the device operates in two modes second hand.
In the initial stage of the disease, a lower limb remains immobile, while the patient remains lying down. The imitation device is attached to the bed through a special hole and the platforms are united into a unified whole by means of the holder. Then both extremities, namely the movable and rigid, are fixed to the platforms, while the patient performs the active movements with the healthy foot in the upper ankle.
With his healthy foot, the patient sets the rhythm for the paralyzed foot by first inducing the passive movement pathways with their gradual restoration to the active ones.
At the stage of active rehabilitation, the imitation device is changed differently, for which purpose the holder of the platforms is released and it is possible for the patient to alternate between active movements on the healthy and diseased foot, thereby creating the optimal conditions for resting the extremities.
In both cases of rehabilitation, the treating physician can use the pointer's deviations on the result scale to monitor the size of the restoration of active movements in the sick foot and its development of strength.
The mentioned known device for the rehabilitation of the lower extremities has no possibility of regulating the pressure force on the spring, as a result of which no metered load on the muscular system of the person can be set due to his condition. In addition, the design described above does not allow the synchronization of muscle loads with the rhythm when walking, that is, does not allow imitation of the locomotive act.
S.S. Another treatment device is known the post-insult patient (see SS Korsakov- Journal for Neuropathology and Psychiatry, vol. LXXXII, H. 8, pp. 26-29, "Medizin" publishing house, Moscow, 1982), which is designed in the form of vibrostimulating shoes. The device in question contains two platforms which have at least four vibrators arranged in pairs on each platform, the mechanical vibrations of which act on the support zones of the two feet resting on the platforms. These vibrators built into the platforms are attached to the patient's feet by means of the straps and connected to a program control unit by means of which the characteristic values of the vibratory excitation are set.
Die erwähnten Vibratoren greifen an den Stützzonen der Füße im Rhythmus des Gehens unter Erregung der an der Formgebung des lokomotorischen Aktes teilnehmenden Systeme an.The vibrators mentioned attack the support zones of the feet in the rhythm of walking, with excitation of the systems participating in the shaping of the locomotive act.
However, this known device for the treatment of post-insult patients is characterized by the fact that its use does not result in any strain on the foot muscles required for the perfect imitation of the locomotive act, and also in the device it is not possible to connect other sensory systems such as hearing, which is useful for realizing the imitation of the locomotive act.
The invention has for its object to develop a device for imitating human walking under conditions of restricted mobility, which enables a more effective intervention on the support zones of the feet and on the Achilles tendons while developing the muscle loads.
The task is solved in that in the device for imitating walking of humans under the conditions of its restricted mobility, which provides at least two platforms, each of which is equipped with at least four vibrators, which are arranged in pairs on each platform and attack with their mechanical vibrations on the support zones of the two feet which are close to the platforms, according to the invention each platform on the Pedals built into the support box are correspondingly arranged, each of which represents a two-armed lever with the different arms, which is articulated on the base of the support box, and the mentioned joint support is accommodated within the support box and is displaced along the longitudinal axis of the pedal to the rear part on which the Heel support zone of the foot is created.
Advantageously, the front part of the pedal supporting the toe support zone of the pedal in the device for imitating walking by humans is to be connected to the base of the base box under conditions of restricted mobility and this is made possible by regulating the pressure force on the spring by means of one together with the spring within the Fasten the base box to the screw pairs.
The device developed according to the invention was investigated under clinical conditions in the treatment of patients with motor dysfunctions of different pathology and proved to be effective, which had an effect in the case of an earlier and increased increase in movement activity in comparison with the control group. The patients get out of bed about three days earlier than in the control group. The transition to the vertical position is subjectively easier, the restoration of blood circulation faster, the function of external breathing improves in comparison with the control (pulmonary vital capacity increases by 28%).

The device according to the invention for imitating human walking under conditions of restricted mobility contains a support box 1 (FIG. 1) in which two pedals 2 are installed. Each pedal 2 represents a two-armed lever with different arms, on which a
The
The device according to the invention for imitating human walking under conditions of restricted mobility works as follows.
Depending on the condition of the patient, the load on the pedal 2 (FIG. 2) is set on the adjusting
The program unit 19 (FIG. 1) gives the possibility of setting a rhythm of walking with the speed of 30, 60 and 120 steps / min. By allowing a lag of walking up to 30 step / min, the device receives the imitation of walking man under conditions whose limited mobility extremely promising for the treatment of patients for years egg g enschaf- th for which patients years, the use of greater speed when walking causes certain inconveniences.
From the studies in the area of movement physiology it is known that when people walk naturally, all muscle groups of the foot are loaded in a certain order by pedaling from the heel to the toes, with most of the load being borne by the toes. For this reason, the pedal 2 is designed as a two-armed lever with arms of different lengths and divided into the toe or
The present invention is expediently to be used in the treatment of motor dysfunctions caused by the cerebral insult from a few months to a few years ago.
The treatment process is well transmitted. In a whole series of cases, the sensation of the vertical position and the perception of walking arise in patients, which enables the transition from the horizontal to the vertical position, which is significantly easier to take over, to expand the limits of mobility. The local vibro stimulation favors the improvement of blood circulation in the rigid extremity and occurs as a measure to prevent and prevent thromboembolism of the pulmonary artery.
The device for imitating human walking under conditions of restricted mobility is used in clinical practice for the treatment of motor dysfunctions of various origins and for the prevention and prevention of the negative effects of lack of movement.
