Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Zeilentransformator für Fernsehgeräte gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.The invention relates to a line transformer for television sets according to the preamble of claim 1.
Aus der EP-B1-66 804 ist ein derartiger Zeilentransformator bekannt. Die Kontaktteile der Einstelleranordnung bestehen dabei aus an einem die Einsteller tragenden Substrat befestigten Lötösen, von denen gedruckte Leiterbahnen zu den Einstellern führen. Die Lötösen sind mit der Hochspannungswicklung bzw. dem Nullpotential verbunden. Der Abstand zwischen den Lötösen bestimmt die maximal an die Einstelleranordnung anlegbare Hochspannung. Hieraus ergibt sich dann die höchstens einstellbare Fokusspannung für die Bildröhre des Fernsehgerätes.Such a line transformer is known from EP-B1-66 804. Der in Fig. 1 dargestellte Zeilentransformator weist ein Isolierstoffgehäuse 1 auf, in dem ein Wickel 2 dargestellt ist, bei dem es sich um die Primärwicklung und die Niederspannungs-Sekundärwicklungen handelt. Auf einen Spulenkörper 3, der eine Anzahl von Wickelkammern aufweist, sind die Wicklungen der Hochspannungs-Sekundärwicklung gewickelt. Am Umfang des Spulenkörpers 3 sind die zwischen die Teilwicklungen der Hochspannungs-Sekundärwicklung geschalteten Dioden 4 angeordnet. Die Einstelleranordnung 7 ist ein quaderförmiger Kasten, in dem die Einsteller, bestehend aus veränderlichen und festen Widerständen, für die Einstellung einer Fokus- und Gitter-2-Spannung angeordnet sind. Außerdem sind an ihm die Leitungen 8 für die eingestellten und abzuführenden Spannungen befestigt. Die Einstelleranordnung 7 weist Kontaktteile 9 auf, die mittels angelöteter Drähte 13 bzw. 14 die Verbindung mit der Hochspannungswicklung und dem Nullpotential herstellen. Es ist ersichtlich, daß die Kontaktteile 9, wenn sich die Einstelleranordnung 7 an ihrem vorgesehenen Ort befindet, durch schmale Schlitze im Isolierstoffgehäuse 1 hindurchragen. An die mit der letzten Teilwicklung der Hochspannungswicklung verbundene Diode 4 ist eine Leitung 15 angeschlossen, mit der die erzeugte Hochspannung an die Bildröhre des Fernsehgerätes angelegt wird. Das Isolierstoffgehäuse ist an dieser Stelle durch eine über die Leitung 15 geschobene Tülle 16 verschlossen. Das Isolierstoffgehäuse 1 ist mit einem selbsthärtenden Kunstharz gefüllt, um die Spannungsfestigkeit zu erhöhen. Der Zeilentransformator weist darüberhinaus einen Ferritkern 12 auf.A
In der Fig. 2 ist die Einstelleranordnung 7 ohne ihren quaderförmigen Kasten in einer Draufsicht dargestellt. Das Substrat 17, beispielsweise aus Keramik, weist zwei halbkreisförmige Widerstandsbahnen 18, 19, eine gerade Widerstandsbahn 20 und zwei Leiterbahnen 21, 22 auf. Weiterhin sind zwei Schleifer 23 bzw. 24 vorhanden, an die die Leitungen 8 angeschlossen sind. Die halbkreisförmigen Widerstandsbahnen 18, 19 mit den zugehörigen Schleifern 23 bzw. 24 stellen die Einsteller der Einstelleranordnung dar. Die Leiterbahn 21 verbindet die Widerstandsbahn 18 mit einer als Kontaktteil 9 dienenden Lötöse, die mit dem Massepotential verbunden wird. Die Leiterbahn 22 verbindet die Widerstandsbahn 19 mit einem isolierten Draht 25, der längs des Substrates 17 verläuft und an den die Hochspannungswicklung angeschlossen wird. Dazu ist das über das das Kontaktteil 9 tragende Ende des Substrats 17 hinausragende Teil des isolierten Drahtes 25 an seinem Ende abisoliert. Der isolierte Draht weist darüberhinaus eine so hohe Steifigkeit auf, daß sein abisoliertes Ende wie die Lötöse des Kontaktteiles 9 beim Einsetzen der Einstelleranordnung 7 in die Schiebesitzführung 6 des Zeilentransformators durch die schmalen Schlitze im Isolierstoffgehäuse 1 hindurchschiebbar ist.
