Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Haltevorrichtung für Stanzmesser an einer Stanzmaschine, insbesondere Karrenbalkenstanze oder Brückentellerstanze, bei welcher der Druckfuß mit dem daran angebrachten Stanzmesser drehbar ist.The invention relates to a holding device for punching knives on a punching machine, in particular trolley punch or bridge plate punch, in which the pressure foot with the punching knife attached to it can be rotated.
Die Stanzmesser einer Stanzmaschine werden üblicherweise auf eine Tragplatte geschraubt und diese je nach Ausführung entweder in Winkelschienen oder Schwalbenschwanzschienen am Stanzkopf, welcher die Stanzbewegung ausführt, eingeschoben. Das Stanzmesser muß insbesondere bei programmierten Stanzen eine genau bestimmte Lage zum Mittelpunkt des Druckfußes des Stanzkopfes haben. Wird ein Stanzmesser an einer sogenannten Karrenbalkenstanze oder Brückentellerstanze eingesetzt, bei welcher der Druckfuß auch gedreht wird, muß das Stanzmesser genau zentrisch zur Drehachse montiert sein. Die genaue mittige bzw. zentrische Lage des Stanzmessers kann bei herkömmlichen Stanzmaschinen nur schwierig eingerichtet werden.The punching knives of a punching machine are usually screwed onto a support plate and, depending on the design, these are either inserted into angle rails or dovetail rails on the punching head which carries out the punching movement. Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Haltevorrichtung für Stanzmesser der gattungsgemäßen Art vorzuschlagen bei welcher eine einfache mittige bzw, zentrische Einrichtung des Stanzmessers möglich ist.The object of the present invention is to propose a holding device for punching knives of the generic type in which a simple central or central arrangement of the punching knife is possible.
Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß im wesentlichen dadurch gelöst, daß am Druckfuß eine Magnetspannplatte angebracht ist, welche auf der dem Stanzmesser zugewandten Anlagefläche wenigstens zwei Leisten oder Nuten aufweist, welche sich oder deren gedachte Verlängerungen sich in der Mittelachse bzw. Drehachse des Druckfußes schneiden, wobei das jeweilige Stanz messer auf seiner der Magnetspannplatte zugekehrten Anlagefläche zu den Leisten oder Nuten passende Nuten oder Stifte aufweist. Auf diese Weise läßt sich das Stanzmesser jederzeit problemlos mittig bzw. zentrisch am Druckfuß festlegen. Dadurch, daß die Magnetspannplatte sich in der Mittelachse bzw. Drehachse einander kreuzende Leisten oder Nuten aufweisen, über bzw. in welche bei Montage des Stanzmessers entsprechende Nuten bzw. Stifte greifen können, wird eine zwangsläufige Zentrierung erreicht. Der Stanzkopf von Fig. 1, der beispielsweise für eine nicht dargestellte Brückentellerstanze bestimmt ist, weist eine Magnetspannplatte 1 auf, welche an einen Druckfuß 2 des Stanzkopfes angeschraubt ist. Die Funktion einer solchen Brückentellerstanze ergibt sich beispielsweise aus der DE-A-2 827 138. Auf der unteren Anlagefläche der Magnetspannplatte 1 sind Leisten 3 vorgesehen, welche im Bezug auf die Mittelachse bzw. die Drehachse des Druckfußes 2 kreuzweise, und zwar wie sich aus Fig. 2 ergibt, im rechten Winkel zueinander verlaufen. In dem dargestellten Fall sind vier Leisten 3 vorgesehen, welche vor der Mittelachse bzw. Drehachse des Druckfußes 2 enden und bis zum Außenrand der Magnetspannplatte 1 verlaufen, wie insbesondere aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich ist. In den Stanzmessern 4 (Fig. 3) bzw. 5 (Fig. 4) sind Nuten 4ʹ bzw. 5ʹ eingearbeitet, welche mit geringem Spiel zu den Leisten 3 der Magnetspannplatte 1 passen. Statt der Leisten 3 kann die Magnetspannplatte 1 auch mit Nuten 6 versehen sein, wie Fig. 5 veranschaulicht.
