Abstract

L'invention concerne un segment de coupe (1) propre à équiper une surface de coupe qui guide de manière précise une lame de scie (3) à travers la pierre, le béton et les matériaux similaires. Le segment de coupe (1) comprend un corps métallique unitaire présentant une paroi apparente (6) définissant une surface de coupe, une paroi de contre-parement (7) opposée à la surface de coupe, deux parois latérales (8) opposées et deux parois opposées d'extrémité (10). Au moins une des parois d'extrémité (10) présente en creux, un canal (11) ménagé dans chacune des parois d'extrémité (10). Ce canal (11) permet de créer une rainure arquée de coupe qui s'étend longitudinalement le long d'une portion centrale (9).
