Claims (6)

1. Schallschutzwand zum Teil bestehend aus lebendem Material in der Form von in dem Boden (2) gepflanzten, holzigen Gewächsen (8), wobei zwischen zwei aussen gesetzten Gewächsreihen wenigstens eine geschlossene Platte (1,14) angeordnet ist um eine Schallschutzwand unmittelbar nach dem Pflanzen des Gewächses zu erhalten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reihen holziger Gewächse (8) in dem Boden (2, 11) in einem Abstand voneinander und in einer zueinander hin geneigten Richtung gepflanzt sind, so dass die oberen Enden miteinander verbunden werden können.
2. Schallschutzwand gemäss Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Platte (1, 13, 14) unmittelbar neben jeder Gewächsreihe (8) angeordnet ist.
3. Schallschutzwand gemäss Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die der Schallquelle zugewandte Wandseite mit Oeffnungen versehen ist, während bei der anderen Seite eine geschlossene Platte (14) angeordnet ist um einen schallabsorbierenden Raum (17) innerhalb der Wand zu erhalten.
4. Schallschutzwand gemäss Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ummittelbar neben der Gewächsreihe (8), wodurch die mit Oeffnungen versehene Wandseite gebildet wird, eine Gitterplatte (13) oder ein Stahlnetz vorgesehen ist.
5. Schallschutzwand gemäss Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der von der Gewächsreihe (8) abgewandten Seite der geschlossenen Platte (14) ein schalldämpfendes Material (18) vorgesehen ist.
6. Schallschutzwand gemäss einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der von den Gewächsreihen eingeschlossene Winkel zwischen nahezu 5° und 15° liegt.
