Description

The invention relates to a carriageway composed of collapsible carriageway sections for freely moving toy vehicles with lanes formed next to one another and guide walls arranged on the outer edge edges of the lanes.

A corresponding roadway route has already been described in US Pat. No. 3,858,875. A single lane is provided on this lane route, which branches off from the normal lane and continues in the same direction at a distance above the normal lane and ends there. Although this known roadway allows jumps to be made in the toy vehicle, it is not possible to overtake several toy vehicles located on the roadway.

It is therefore an object of the invention to take measures which ensure an increase in the incentive to play on road sections of the generic type. This aim is achieved according to the invention in that an outward-facing lane is branched off at one of the lanes, which lane is returned and ends via a lane loop at a distance above at least one of the lanes of the lane route in the direction of the lanes. The carriageway is preferably equipped with two lanes. In this way, there is the option of either traveling the route or the branched-off lane as an additional route at reduced or increased speed and thus using a shortened route to get to the toy vehicles departing from the route. The decisions necessary for this increase the incentive to play.

According to one embodiment of the carriageway, it is provided that the carriageway loop is single-track. Expediently, however, the lane loop can also be formed in two lanes and end at a distance above both lanes of the lane route. With this configuration, there is the possibility of having the toy vehicles guided over the branched-off lane selectively jump onto one or the other lane of the carriageway.

In a further embodiment of the carriageway it is provided that the branched-off lane and the lanes of the carriageway in the area of the junction are formed by a common carriageway section. By exchanging sections of the carriageway, there is the possibility of branching off one or more lanes in carriageway sections. It is further provided that the lanes of the lane in the area of the branching lane are separated from one another by a central guardrail and that the branched lane is delimited on the outside by a right-angled triangular body, the boundary surface forming the hypotenuse serving as the outer guide wall for the branched lane. It has proven to be particularly advantageous to form the central guardrail and / or guide walls and / or triangular body by means of components which are independent of the part of the carriageway section forming the lanes and which can subsequently be detachably or releasably attached to the part forming the lanes, e.g. B. be infected. In addition, the arrangement of a predetermined breaking point in the lane section between the lanes and / or the lanes and the branched lane has proven to be advantageous. This makes it possible to achieve changes in the carriageway by simply breaking off lanes or the branched lane. Finally, it is conceivable that the lane loops can be formed as desired by straight and curved or only curved lane sections. This makes it possible to carry out road loops of any size and length.

In a further development of the inventive concept, it is provided to arrange at least one lane section extending obliquely to the direction of travel and upwards between the branched lane and the lane loop to the plane of the lanes of the lane route. By driving on the sloping section of the lane, the toy vehicle using the branched lane can be brought into a lane above the lane and can jump back from this lane into the plane of the lane. There is also the possibility of forming the branched-off lane itself in the direction of travel and upwards at an angle to the lanes of the carriageway.

Ultimately, it is also provided to provide the lane loop at the free end with an in particular flat jump plate, which can be designed with the width of one or both lanes of the lane section. It is advantageous if the jump plate is fixed at a distance from one another by means of supports on a section of roadway.

In the figures, 1 denotes a carriageway that is formed in a manner known per se from independent carriageway sections 1 ′, which are releasably secured to one another by pins 13 and recesses 14 of adjacent carriageway sections (FIG. 4). The carriageway 1 is straight or arched erected sections of the route. The roadway sections 1 'are provided with busbars 3 accommodated in grooves 2, as further shown in FIG. 4. The grooves 2 and busbars 3 have been eliminated in the remaining figures only for reasons of clarity. A carriageway section 1 "is designed in three lanes, the lanes 5 and 6 being separated from one another by a central guardrail 4. The lane 7 forms a branched lane. This is covered in half by a right-angled triangular body 8 (FIG. 7), which by means of openings in the Pins 9 engaging lane 7 is fixed on lane 7. The boundary surface forming the hypotenuse of the triangular body 8 serves as a guide wall for toy vehicles on the branched lane 7. A lane section 10 'is connected to the branched lane 7 via an inclined lane section 1' 11 , which is formed from a plurality of pluggably connected lane sections 11 and ends with its free end at a distance above lanes 5 and / or 6 of lane section 1. As shown in Fig. 3, lane loop 10 is connected to lane section 1 by supports 12 and The middle guardrail 4 is at execution Example is simply formed by a bar, which is either permanently connected to the road section 1 'or 1' and 1 ", or as shown in Fig. 4, is releasably held in the recesses of the road section by means of pins 18 or bars. An additionally provided predetermined breaking point 19 enables lane sections 1 "to be divided into independent longitudinal parts. While in the embodiment of FIGS. 1 and 2 the lane loop 10 ends over a single lane 5 or 6 of lane section 1, in the embodiment of FIGS. 3 and 5 the lane loop 10 is closed widened free end, whereby the lane 10 overlaps both lanes 5 and 6. At the free end of the lane 10, a bounce plate 17 is provided for the toy vehicles (not shown), from which the toy vehicles by a free air jump on the lanes 5 and 6 of the Get to lane 1.

Das gleiche gilt für den Dreieckskörper 8 und für die Mittelleitplanke 4.To use the lane 1 it can be assumed that z. B. two toy vehicles drive the straight lanes 5 and 6 of the lane 1. In the area of the branched lane 7, the toy vehicles can optionally be kept in the lanes 5, 6 or one can pass the branched lane 7 onto the lane loop 10 in order to jump off from there via the jump plate 17 onto the lanes 5 or 6 of the lane section 1. This provides the possibility of anticipating and overtaking the toy vehicles remaining in the lanes 5 and 6 despite the possible slower driving movements of the branched-off toy. While in the embodiment of FIG. 4 the guide walls 15 are firmly connected to the part of the roadway sections 1 'which has the lanes, in the embodiment of FIG. 6 a guide wall 15 is detachably fixed to the roadway section 1' by means of a pin 16 or a strip. The same applies to the triangular body 8 and to the central crash barrier 4.
