  • the knife is secured to the bracket 43 by means of a downwardly extending arm 65, but may be adjusted in the direction of the arrow 66.
  • the knife 64 comprises a cutting edge 67 which extends to the right in Fig . 1A and which during the passage of a fish will cut the last meat fibres which may still connect the head and the body of the fish .
