Weapon or launcher system without projectile recoil, of the type having a propulsive charge (4), placed centrally in a tube (1) and interposed between, on the one hand the projective (3) and on the other a ballast (5), said ballast ensuring a compensation of the recoil impulsion caused by the launching of the projectile, characterized in that the ballast is constituted by a group of longitudinal wires (16), whose plastic and aerodynamic characteristics are chosen in such a way that their ejection only causes limited rearward effects and which are joined at their base in such a way as to ensure, during their passage in tube (1), the rear sealing of a variable volume chamber (22) located between the projectile (3) and the ballast (5).
2. Weapon or projectile launcher system according to claim 1, characterized in that the joining into a group of the wires (16) for ensuring the sealing of the central chamber (22) is brought about by the hot auto-welding of their base (17), or by potting a resin shoe (18).
3. Weapon or projectile launcher system according to either of the claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the group of wires (16) are made from polyamide or polyethylene.

Weapon or projectile launcher system according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the propulsive charge (4) has a compressible confinement (14) with a predetermined evolutive volume for making reliable and improving the ignition, said confinement being made from polyethylene foam, polyurethane or polyvinyl chloride, with or without an additional outer pocket.
5. Weapon or projectile launcher system according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the projectile has a base or hollow body ensuring an extension of the combustion chamber.
