Abstract

Description

Gleiches gilt auch dann, wenn der Wärmetauscher mit verschiedenen Rohrzügen versehen sein soll, d. h., wenn das Wärmetauschmittel im Zick-Zack durch die Flachrohre oder durch Gruppen von diesen geführt werden soll. Nachteilig ist daher, daß mindestens zwei Typen von Flachrohren gefertigt und zum Zusammensetzen des Wärmetauschers auf Lager gehalten werden müssen, was den Bauaufwand für solche Wärme­tauscher erhöht. Fig. 1 zeigt, daß die äußere der beiden Kappen (4) mit ihrer Verschlußwand an der Außenseite des äußersten Flachrohres anliegt, so daß dadurch der Flachrohrblock nach außen abge­schlossen ist. In dem an das Rohr (2ʹ) rechts angrenzenden Flachrohr ist die Kappe (4) anders herum eingesetzt, so daß ihr Wandteil (7) die nach rechts weisende Öffnung (5) verschließt. Das durch die Zuführleitung (15) zugeführte Wärmetauschmittel wird dadurch gezwungen, in den drei benachbarten Flachrohren nach unten zu strömen, von wo es es wiederum in die drei benachbarten Rohre bis zu dem Rohr (2ʹ) strömen kann, dessen unterer erweiterter Teil (2aʹ) durch eine Kappe (4) so abgeschlossen ist, daß das Wärmetauschmittel nicht nach außen und nicht zum rechts benachbarten Rohr strömen kann. Im oberen Bereich ist das 5. In order to ensure that the heat exchange medium flows through the flat tube block as evenly as possible, it is initially provided that adjacent tubes (2) are closed at the top by caps (4) adjacent to the flat tube (2ʹ) to which the heat exchange medium is supplied. as will be explained with reference to FIGS. 4 to 6, are bowl-shaped, but are provided with depressions (6), each of which has wall parts (7) which are designed such that, when the cap (4) is inserted, one of the two openings ( 5) can close in the extended parts (2a) of the flat tubes. Fig. 1 shows that the outer of the two caps (4) rests with its closure wall on the outside of the outermost flat tube, so that the flat tube block is thereby closed to the outside. In the flat tube adjoining the tube (2ʹ) on the right, the cap (4) is inserted the other way around, so that its wall part (7) closes the opening (5) pointing to the right. The heat exchange medium supplied through the feed line (15) is thereby forced into the three adjacent flat tubes to flow downwards, from where it in turn can flow into the three neighboring pipes to the pipe (2ʹ), the lower extended part (2aʹ) of which is closed by a cap (4) so that the heat exchange medium is not outwards and not can flow to the pipe on the right. In the upper area, the 5th flat tube is again fitted with a cap (4) from the right, so that a zigzag flow of the heat exchange medium is brought about in the flat tube block before it is discharged through the outlet connection (16).

Nach dem Einsetzen der Kappen und der, nicht im einzelnen beschriebenen Abschlußkappen, die für Zu- und Abflußstutzen vorgesehen sind, wird der Flachrohrblock verlötet, so daß die Kappen (3, 4) dicht in den Enden der Flachrohre (2) und diese durch das In­einandergreifen der Stutzen (110) und der Öffnungen (5) auch dicht aneinander gehalten sind. Die beim Ausführungsbeispiel vorgesehenen Flachrohre weisen dabei erweiterte Teile (2a) auf, die nicht der vollen Breite (b) des Wärmetauschers entsprechen. Die Flachrohre sind bei dieser Ausführung dadurch hergestellt worden, daß ausgehend von Rohren mit einem ovalen Querschnitt entsprechend den erweiterten Teilen (2a) in dem mittleren Bereich (2b) flachgewalzt oder -gepreßt wurden.The expanded parts (2a) which are not closed with the caps (4) are sealed with caps (3), the shape of which is also clear from FIGS. 7 to 9. Claims (6)

Wärmetauscher, insbesondere Kältemittel-Verdampfer, bestehend aus mehreren parallel zueinander angeordneten Flach­rohren, die jeweils an ihren Enden gegenüber dem Mittelteil erweitert und stirnseitig durch Kappen verschlossen sind, wobei die Endteile Verbindungsöffnungen zum Nachbarrohr aufweisen und mit dem Nachbarrohr verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Flachrohre (2) gleich und mit je zwei Verbindungsöffnungen (5, 5ʹ) zu benachbarten Flachrohren versehen sind, und daß ein Teil (4) der Kappen (3, 4) mit nach innen ragenden Ansätzen (6) versehen ist, die mindestens eine der Verbindungsöffnungen (5) verschließen.1.
