Claims (10)

1. Sommier comprenant un châssis rectangulaire, une série de lattes (2) et des éléments élastiques (3) montés entre les extrémités des lattes et les éléments longitudinaux (1) du châssis, dans lequel les éléments élastiques (3) sont constitués d'un ressort à lame dont l'axe longitudinal est dirigé pratiquement à angle droit avec l'axe longitudinal des lattes et dont le profil comprend de manière générale trois parties, une partie médiane (4) qui s'étend plus ou moins horizontalement et sur laquelle les extrémités d'une ou plusieurs lattes (2) est (sont) supportée (s), et deux parties latérales qui forment les extrémités (5) du ressort à lame, caractérisé en ce que les parties latérales précitées s'étendent, depuis la partie médiane (4), progressivement vers le bas avant de se rapprocher l'une de l'autre pour être reliées de manière rigide avec l'élément longitudinal (1) à une distance l'une de l'autre inférieure à la largeur de la partie médiane (4).
2. Sommier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, depuis la partie médiane (4), les extrémités (5) s'étendent d'abord vers le bas, puis se rapprochent l'une de l'autre pour ensuite s'étendre à nouveau vers le haut où elles sont connectées de manière rigide à l'élément longitudinal (1) à une distance mutuelle inférieure à la largeur de la partie médiane (4).
3. Sommier selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce les différentes directions du ressort à lame se fondent l'une dans l'autre en s'arrondissant
4. Sommier selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités (5) du ressort à lame sont reliées de manière rigide à une attache (7) qui est à son tour reliée également de manière rigide à l'élément longitudinal (1).
5. Sommier selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'attache (7) présente une ou deux gorges (9) qui s'étendent selon un tracé incurvé et dans lesquelles une ou les deux extrémités (5) d'un ressort à lame peut (peuvent) être insérée (s) sur leur pleine largeur.
6. Sommier selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité d'une latte (2) est raccordée à la partie médiane (4) d'un ressort à lame à l'aide d'un élément de liaison (11) doté d'une chambre (12) dans laquelle l'extrémité de la latte (2) s'adapte et, dans sa partie inférieure, d'une lèvre (13) derrière laquelle la partie médiane (4) peut s'insérer.
7. Sommier selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que certains éléments de liaison (11) sont équipés d'un bloc d'amortissement (15) qui vient reposer au-dessus des éléments longitudinaux (1) de telle sorte que l'élasticité des ressorts à lames dont les éléments de liaison (11) sont pourvus d'un bloc d'amortissement (15) soit limitée.
8. Sommier selon l'une et/ou l'autre des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la zone centrale du sommier est dotée d'éléments de liaison (11) équipés de blocs d'amortissement (15), et la zone épaules du sommier dotée d'éléments de liaison (11) non équipés de blocs d'amortissement (15).
9. Sommier selon l'une et/ou l'autre des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la hauteur des différentes lattes (2) en position de repos varie en fonction de la forme du corps.
10. Sommier selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que la hauteur à laquelle les différents éléments élastiques (3) sont raccordés à l'élément longitudinal (1) varie en fonction de la forme du corps.
