Dadurch, daß keine angetriebenen Teile zu bewegen sind, ergibt sich ein erheblich vereinfachter konstruktiver Aufbau der Längsfalzvorrichtung. Bei mehreren nebeneinander angeordneten Flazrichtern genügt außerdem eine einzige durchgehende Trichtereinlaufwalze.

Die Fig.1 macht deutlich, daß eine derartige Verschiebung des Falztrichters den Winkel β, mit dem die Materialbahn 1 die Trichtereinlaufwalze umschlingt, nicht verändert. Fig.1 verdeutlicht außerdem den Zusammenhang zwischen dem horizontalen Versatz x der Trichternase und dem Verschiebeweg s des Falztrichters in Richtung der Trichterneigung in Abhängigkeit vom Neigungswinkel α gemäß der Beziehung x = s · cosα . Längsfalzvorrichtung mit mindestens einem Falztrichter, einer angetriebenen Trichtereinlaufwalze und Trichterauslaufwalzen, bei der der Falztrichter zur Veränderung der Lage der Trichternase in einer parallel zu den Achsen der Trichterauslaufwalzen liegenden Ebene verschiebbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Falztrichter (2,42) in Richtung der Trichterneigung verstellbar angeordnet ist.1. - daß in den Gestellseitenwänden (12,13) eine Synchronwelle (22) gelagert ist, die durch Aussparungen (31) in den Seitenwänden (3) hindurchgeführt ist, auf der in den über die Gestellseitenwände (12,13) hinausragenden Bereichen je ein Ritzel (23,24) angeordnet ist, das mit dem Zahnkranz (25) des Zahnrades (26) in Eingriff steht und auf deren einem Ende sich ein Schneckenrad (21) befindet,
- daß längs einer Gestellseitenwand (12) eine Antriebsspindel (18) angeordnet ist, die eine mit dem Schneckenrad (21) zusammenwirkende Schnecke (20) und an einem Ende ein Handrad (19) aufweist,
- und daß langlochförmige Führungen (14) in den Seitenwänden (3) des Rahmens (5) verlaufen, deren Längsachsen parallel zur Trichterneigung liegen und welche gegenüber in den Gestellseitenwänden (12,13) angeordneten Paßbolzen (15) um den Betrag der zweifachen Exzentrizität e bewegbar sind.

- daß in den Gestellseitenwänden (52,53) eine Synchronwelle (62) gelagert ist, die durch die Aussparungen (69) in den Seitenwänden (43) hindurchgeführt ist, die in den Durchtrittsbereichen durch die Seitenwände (43) je ein Ritzel (65,66) aufweist, das mit dem Zahnstangenprofil (67) in Eingriff steht und an deren einem über eine Gestellseitenwand (52) hinausragenden Ende sich ein Schneckenrad (61) befindet,
- daß längs einer Gestellseitenwand (52) eine Stellspindel (58) angeordnet ist, die eine mit dem Schneckenrad (61) zusammenwirkende Schnecke (60) und an einem Ende ein Handrad (59) aufweist,
- und daß langlochförmige Führungen (54) in den Seitenwänden (43) des Rahmens (45) vorgesehen sind, deren Längsachsen parellel zur Trichterneigung verlaufen und welche gegenüber in den Aufbauseitenwänden (52,53) angeordneten Paßbolzen (55) um einen Weg s bewegbar sind, der mit dem Cosinus des Trichterneigungswinkels α multipliziert den erforderlichen horizontalen Versatz x der Trichernase ergibt.
