Die Erfindung betrifft ein motorisch betätigbares Druckventil für Kabinen von Eisenbahnwagen oder dergleichen, insbesondere für Fahrgastkabinen von Reisezugwagen.The invention relates to a motor-operated pressure valve for cabins of railroad cars or the like, in particular for passenger cabins of passenger cars.
In DE-B 1 680 792 wird eine Einrichtung zur Klimatisierung von Schienenfahrzeugen beschrieben, bei der eine Mischung aus Frischluft und Umluft durch ein Ventil steuerbar ist, welches eine geschlitzte Ventilplatte aufweist, die beweglich auf einer Führungsplatte abgestützt ist. Eine elektrische Lochschiebersteuerung für Klimaanlagen dieser Art ist aus der DE-B 2 038 912 bekannt, deren die Lochschieberstellung bewirkende Sensoren auf die Außentemperatur und die gewünschte Innentemperatur reagieren. Plattenventile allgemeiner Bauart sind aus der EP-A 147 562 bekannt. Zugbegegnungen auf der Strecke ganz allgemein und Zugdurchfahrten in. Tunneln führen besonders an den Tunnelein- bzw. Tunnelausfahrten und bei Zugbegegnungen im Tunnel zu hohen Schwankungen des Luftdrucks in der Umgebung der Kabine der Wagen des Zuges, so daß gegenüber dem Innendruck der Kabine ein erheblicher Überdruck oder auch ein entsprechend großer Unterdruck entsteht. Diese wellenförmig auftretende Druckschwankung setzt sich durch die relativ groß zu bemessenden Öffnungen für die Zuluft und Fortluft der Belüftung in den Innenraum der Kabine fort und führt dementsprechend auch in der Kabine zu einem plötzlichen Druckanstieg und/oder Druckabfall mit Wellencharakteristik. Solche Druckschwankungen in der Kabine stören die Insassen erheblich und beeinträchtigen die Steuerungen der Klimaanlagen von klimatisierten Kabinen für die Aufnahme von Personen und Frachtgut. Der Komfort moderner Reisezugwagen mit Klimaanlagen wird dadurch erheblich nachteilig beeinflußt. Diese Nachteile wachsen mit zunehmender Reisegeschwindigkeit moderner Züge oder zwingen zur Verringerung der Reisegeschwindigkeit bei Tunneldurchfahrten oder Zugbegegnungen, insbesondere Zugbegegnungen im Tunnel.Train encounters on the route in general and train passages in. Ein Druckventil mit diesen Ausbildungsmerkmalen ermöglicht extrem große Öffnungsquerschnitte für den Luftstrom und kann mittels eines motorischen Verstellantriebes in ganz kurzer Zeit dicht geschlossen und voll geöffnet werden. Trotz der für die Erreichung großer freier Strömungsquerschnitte bei geöffnetem Ventil erforderlichen Flächenausdehnung des Ventils läßt sich eine gute Steifigkeit erzielen, da die Führungsplatten die Ventilplatte von beiden Seiten aussteifen bzw. abstützen. Die Verwendung der Ventilplatte und deren Anordnung zwischen zwei Führungsplatten ermöglicht außerdem relativ breite Überdeckungsflächen an den Rändern zur Abdichtung, so daß bei geschlossenem Druckventil hohe Dichtigkeit über längere Zeiträume erreicht und auch bei wellenförmigen Druckschwankungen mit hohem Überdruck und hohem Unterdruck aufrechterhalten werden können. Dadurch lassen sich entsprechende Anforderungen für klimatisierte Kabinen von Reisezugwagen an geringe Leckagebeiwerte erfüllen. Durch die Beschichtung der relativ aufeinander beweglichen Flächen der Ventilplatte und der beiden Führungsplatten mit einem begrenzt elastischen Werkstoff mit geringem Reibungsbeiwert wird einerseits eine leichtgängige Beweglichkeit der Ventilplatte zwischen den beiden Führungsplatten und außerdem ein hohes Maß an Dichtigkeit erreicht. Für die Beschichtung eignet sich besonders Kunststoffmaterial, welches unter der Kurzbezeichnung PTFE handelsüblich ist. Dieser Werkstoff hat einen äußerst geringen Reibungsbeiwert und ist begrenzt elastisch, so daß er als Dichtungswerkstoff geeignet ist. Das geringe Spiel quer zur Plattenebene führt bei ausgeglichenem Druck zwischen dem Inneren und dem Äußeren der Kabine zu einer praktisch reibungsfreien Bewegung der Ventilplatte, so daß geringe Antriebskräfte ausreichen, und andererseits wird dieses Spiel praktisch genutzt, so daß die Ventilplatte bei geschlossenem Druckventil sowohl durch einen inneren Uberdruck als auch durch einen äußeren Überdruck mit diesem dichtenden Werkstoff fest gegen die jeweils stützende Führungsplatte gepreßt wird. Für die konstruktive Ausbildung des Druckventils ist vorgesehen, daß die Ventilplatte einen oder auch mehrere Zapfen aufweist, die sich quer zur Ebene der Ventilplatte erstrecken und in Schlitze einer Führungsplatte eingreifen, deren Länge den Weg der Bewegung derVentilplatte gegenüber den Führungsplatten begrenzt. Mit einem dieser Zapfen oder auch mit mehreren derZapfen kann der motorische Antrieb gelenkig verbunden sein, welcher vorteilhaft aus einer pneumatisch beaufschlagbaren Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit besteht. Diese Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit läßt sich in an sich bekannterweise durch bekannte Sensoren steuern, die die Druckdifferenzen in Schaltimpulse für den motorischen Antrieb umsetzen. Das in die Wand einer Fahrgastkabine eines Reisezugwagens oder dergleichen einbaubare Druckventil besteht aus der inneren Ventilplatte 1 und den beiden äußeren Führungsplatten 2 und 3, die die Ventilplatte 1 von beiden Seiten abstützen. In der Ventilplatte 1 sind in Abständen parallel zueinander verlaufende Schlitze 4 vorgesehen, und ebenso weisen die Führungsplatten 2 und 3 an sich überdeckenden Stellen zueinander parallel verlaufende Schlitze 5 und 6 auf, deren Breite etwa der Breite der Schlitze 4 entspricht. Die Breite der Stege zwischen den Schlitzen 4 derVentilplatte 1 ist jedoch erheblich größer als die Breite der Schlitze 5 und 6 in den Führungsplatten 2 und 3, so daß bei geschlossenem Druckventil, welches der Darstellung in den Zeichnungsfiguren entspricht, eine erhebliche Material- überdeckung zur Erzielung einer guten Dichtigkeit des Druckventils entsteht. Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel ist die Ventilplatte 1 zwischen den Führungsplatten 2 in ihrer Ebene quer zur Längsrichtung der Schlitze 4,5 und 6 beweglich angeordnet, wobei ein Zapfen 7 oder auch mehrere Zapfen diese Bewegung der Ventilplatte 1 gegenüber den Führungsplatten 2 und 3 begrenzt. Der Zapfen 7 ist auf der Ventilplatte 1 befestigt und erstreckt sich quer zur Ebene der Abdeckplatte 1 in ein Langloch 8, dessen Enden Anschläge für den Zapfen 7 bilden. Gleichzeitig ist dieser Zapfen 7 oder sind mehrere solcher Zapfen Angriffspunkte für den motorischen Antrieb zum Schließen und Offnen des Druckventils. Im Beispiel besteht dieser motorische Antrieb aus einer Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit, deren Kolbenstange 9 gelenkig mit dem Zapfen 7 verbunden ist und deren Zylinder 10 gegenüber der Führungsplatte 3 festgelegt ist. Die Besonderheit der Erfindung, daß die Ventilplatte 1 mit einem geringen Spiel quer zur Plattenebene zwischen den beiden Führungsplatten 2 und 3 dargestellt ist, ergibt sich aus den Zeichnungsfiguren 2 und 3. Zur Erzielung hoher Dichtigkeitswerte und einer leichten Verstellmöglichkeit der Ventilplatte 1 auch bei Druckdifferenzen sind die Anlageflächen der Führungsplatten 2 und 3 für die Ventiipiatte 1 mit einem Kunststoff beschichtet, der einen geringen Reibungsbeiwert aufweist und begrenzt materialelastisch ist.
